I am very sad to say that this is the worst service I had ever received.
I called to scheduled an appointment and was helped right away. Great customer service, I called on Thursday around 7:00 PM. I schedule for the Electrician to come on Tuesday at 2:00pm — 4:00pm. They informed me about the $ 40 dollar fee, which was fine by me because it gave me the incentive to call early if I ever need to cancel. On Friday, they called me saying that their Electrician was able to do Tuesday at 10:00am if he finish early. I soon realize on Saturday that I need to go out of town, so I called and left a voice message to either give me a call or have my appointment cancelled. It was Monday at 9:00 PM and I haven’t received a phone call yet. So I am just going to assume that they cancelled my appointment. Now, on Tuesday, I just received a call from the Electrician saying that he was at the location. I was so confused, so I called the office and they said that they never received my voice message. I’m just asking them to waive my $ 40 dollar fee, but they said there was nothing they could do because their Electrician had to drive a long distance. This company is a scam. I am very sorry to say, but they are hungry for money. I am going to pay the $ 40 dollar fee because they can’t do anything about it. Great customer service… They will lie and do whatever it takes to get that $ 40 dollar. I wonder how many people they have scammed?
This is my first time dealing with an Electrician and I won’t ever recommend this to anyone. This is a warning.

This company is expensive and there other companies to use that are more up front with their charges. After discussing my issue with them on the phone I was quoted $ 40 to come out which would be waived if I used them. The person I talked to at the shop and I both agreed my issue was a loose ground. I asked when making the appointment what the hourly rate was as I figured my job would need about an hour of work. I was quoted $ 120. When the electrician arrived he quoted me $ 175 to do a diagnostic as that’s what his book quoted and the hourly rate wasn’t available. It was either pay $ 40 for showing up or pay the diagnostic charge and go find someone else who was available. I had the electrician do the diagnostic.
Keith was very capable and 45 minutes later we found the issue began to make the repair. The total time was almost exactly an hour. So, instead of paying for an hour of labor I paid $ 175.99 for the diagnostic charge.
I liked Keith but I won’t use this company again for any of my rental properties.
