The food is great. My Kids love this place. They are little bit pricey but thats not stopping us to eat there. Thank you

Won’t go here again. Tried to use my receipt for the free entre’. The girl argued that I had 2 days to redeem. I said no 2 days to go online. No where does it say redeem in two days. They need to train their staf. f

This place is by my work and I decided to swing by for some Beijing beef while running some errands during my lunch break. When I got inside, there was already a long line (it was about 10:45 am when I was there). Some lady had called in 11 plates! Took forever to get my food because there was only 1 girl doing the whole line! And helping the lady with 11 plates! I’d say management there did a poor job! Should have more people opening the restaurant. Shouldn’t be 1 person doing the line and 2 chefs running the whole restaurant! Felt bad for the girl doing the line. The food was good. Beijing beef is still my favorite. =)
Nothing was over cooked or under cooked. Everything there was fresh (1045 am it better be fresh! Place just open). Environment was clean.

Always super busy with a line to the door, but they’ve always got a lot of staff working too.
Food is always being made/​replaced/​fresh so it’s hot and never stale or cold.
Love living so close to a Panda.

If there was a zero star this place gets that for worst customer service. After paying ahead for my order because one of the items I wanted ran out, the food came out and instead of filling the orders pre-​paid the staff ignored the customers waiting and fill the orders of the customers in line. I’m not going to this location again.

Every time I come in they are out of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken ! They say 9 minutes and I end up waiting 13 – 15 minutes. They need to get a better system with notifying the cooks when a replenish is necessary. Today we were approached by an employee while waiting for the food to cook. She kindly told us they were closing half the dining area with at least 1 hour til close. She asked us to notify anyone who tries to sit on this side it closed, but we could stay put. Why would I want to tell people where they can and can’t sit? That’s not my job. Why close half the restaurant when you still have at minimum one hour for people to dine? Manager must be off duty tonight. 2 stars because the wait was worth it and I still enjoyed my meal.

Had dinner here on Monday Night June 29^th about 8:00 PM. It was pretty busy for that late in the evening. Quick service, fresh food and quality service. Restaurant seemed clean and inviting. Servers were pleasant & an employee named Susie was a stand out for her sweet smile and great attitude.

Came here earlier with my boyfriend which is sort of our weekly thing.
The staff is fantastic. They are so sweet and always greet me when I come in. The place is always clean and they are typically quick on putting my order together… unless I get teriyaki chicken. I usually come in either early afternoon or late evening (either around 1:00 or 8:00) and almost every time that I have come they are out of teriyaki chicken and there is a 10 – 15 min wait. This is not fantastic home cooked food I am waiting on… this is Panda Express. I wait every time and I know it may not be their fault just my consistent awful timing but nonetheless I do recommend this place and will be back again next week.

Every time i come here and get lunch for the family they always mess up the order I highly don’t recommend this place

This is a good location for a panda express the staff was very friendly and the store was very clean! Very spacious seating area and the food was so fresh and neatly organize behind the glass where we stand to get food definitely five stars for this panda express

This place is awesome. Love going here and the night shift workers are extremely nice. I will recommend it to others. They also give you free food sometimes.

This afternoon I called to put in an order for a Family Feast (two large sides and two large entrees). The gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful. I arrived about 10 minutes later and my food was ready to go. There was a little holdup at the register due to one cashier working it, but that is forgivable. The order came out correctly, and when asked for extras like chili sauce and chopsticks, they weren’t cheap about it. The female employee gave me PLENTY of what I’d requested. I bought this huge meal with a $ 40 gift card for my boyfriend – no, NOT to eat in one sitting – so I cannot speak for myself of the food. But he said everything was yummy. Thanks, Panda!

This place is my haven of cheap tasty take away food and i recommend two entrees of honey walnut shrimp and one orange chicken. You can’t go wrong.

HOT FOOD! I had to ask the server to give me some Chow-​Mein and was in such a rush, didn’t think I seen her not put the regular amount of Chow-​Mein in my dish, when I recognized I had less than a scoop of Chow-​Mein, the second helper was laughing at so hard at the employee when she opened the container, I said, «Can I get some food in my container, she seems to want to hold a grudge and not want me to eat», she walked back over to the chow-​mein and added 2 scoops laughing. It was sad, because other’s in line seen what the first lady did, and said they did not want her serving their food if they do the same to him. She was relieved from her duties to the cash register, which is where a server like this needs to be. 3 stars because everything was fantastic, hot, delicious, and the service was corrected on the spot. I won’t name names, but she is the only short Asian lady with a purple shirt who works there, and this is the second time she has done this to me. I won’t be going back, but others will enjoy the place.

I just ordered here from their catering:
I arrived 15 minutes prior to my pick up time and the lady at the front register (I believe she’s the Manager) was hustling and got my order right. What I appreciated was that she was generous with their silverware and she made sure I had my serving utensils! I’ve ordered from other restaurants and they wouldn’t provide any serving utensils which was a pain in the butt.
It was expensive, but worth it as it had made my life easier. Thank you so much!

What more can you ask for?
I came in on a Saturday night around 8:30 and left around 8:32 with a takeout box full of delicious food. As someone who works in a restaurant, I was impressed. Fast, friendly service. Good food. Enough said.

Food is good
Service sucks. Always slow from 5pm to 8pm and they run out of food and have long waits
Always seem understaffed for dinner

When I got home my stuff wasn’t even closed so everything was cold when I got home, second the orange chicken didn’t taste right and wasn’t even seasoned right or sauced right! Some of the pieces look nonsauced. 3^rd I called and the lady basically told me to call back when I know what food didn’t taste right when I was in the middle of explaining it to her. Kind of rude… Don’t you think?

I think the moral of the story is that Panda Express, no matter where you go in the country, is consistently bad.
This location not only has mediocre food, the girl behind the counter this morning had a terrible attitude and treated me as though I was putting her out by ordering.
I get the bag back to my home office and I find no utensils, no napkins and very small portions. Perhaps she was telling me that I am too chubby, which may be the case since she was looking at me kinda jacked.
Anyhow, food and service sucked and backing out of the parking spots is like taking your life in your own hands!
Avoid this place and cruise around the corner to Kim’s chinese. They are nice and the food doesnt taste like left over chemicals from Breaking Bad.

Food: Like any other Panda Express it’s the same sorts of food. They do run out of certain food like kung pao chicken the last time I went so I waited for a fresh batch. Their food doesn’t look like it’s been sitting there like how some other Panda Express location foods look. I usually get the string bean with chicken, orange chicken or black peppered chicken.
Service: The employees are always nice. They are fast at their job and keep the place neat.
Price: I usually get the bowl and a regular drink which comes to about $ 7 or so. Average price for a lunch around this area.
Location: Beware! Getting out of this parking lot to get onto the street is very busy during lunch time. So don’t expect to get out easily.
I only go her when I want some «Chinese food» fast.
