Amber at the Hazel/Rancho Cordova Store was very knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this store and Sleep Train in general for mattress options. Some of the mattresses can be very pricey– but they will last for years and a good night’s sleep is priceless! :)

Buying a bed here is labor intensive. The sales people are so-so. The delivery driver didn’t want to take our old Cal King, which was in great shape, he saw a leaf on it because we had already taken it outside and said«you have bed bugs» What!!! We did not and do not! I think we would know if we had bed bugs! I am hugely disappointed it the claim of great customer service and satisfaction. Sadly, we spent $ 4000 on a company that in hindsight I wouldn’t have even shopped there. I would have not even given 1 star but Unilocal wouldn’t let me post without a star =/ The sheets that were delivered were wrong, they were for a split mattress, we had a single. They assured me my bed frame would work 100%. I sent measurements, photos, had them double and triple check. Now I have to take apart my 4-post bed so the new bed will fit. If I didn’t NEED a new bed(hip problems) I would tell them to put it back on their truck and go get my money and go somewhere else. I am so angry and frustrated. You should not feel this way when buying anything! Update: They have made good on all their errors, and have done the right thing. Changing my review to 4 stars!

We came to this store looking at all different bed styles and prices. We met Chris who provided us with outstanding service. Even though we were only looking, he took the time to answer our questions and gave us his opinions on different sets. This was fantastic service. 3 weeks later we came back to purchase our bed, again, he provided excellent customer service. If you’re in the market for a bed ad have a set budget, go to this location and see Chris. At no point did he try to sell us a more expensive product only to make a higher sale. He understood we had a budget that we did not want to go over. Go see this dude. Seriously !!

Recently purchased an eight thousand dollar tempurpedic split king cloud lux. After a month and half of use my shoulder began to hurt from sleeping on my side as the two sides are different heights. Poor quality and customer service for the money. Still dealing with the company as sleep train didn’t cover in their 100 day sleep guarantee. Jennifer

I purchased a bed for my master bedroom and a guest bed from John Wright. He did a wonderful job in explaining the different bed lines. He was very patient and had us try out many different beds. He was pleasure to deal with and his costumer service was off the charts. The delivery was right on schedule and they made sure to set up the beds for us. I would recommend coming to this sleep train and asking for John. He will definitely take care of you. I know when I need another bed, I will definitely be returning to John at Sleep Train.

Bought a Tempurpedic mattress here last month and got free delivery. Sales staff was helpful and not over-bearing. Will buy from here again if the need arises for another bed in the house. Hopefully, that’ll be a long while!
