no show. no call. Sick leave wasted. How unprofessional. I never do business with these low lives again.

The office support and coordination with owner leaves something to be desired. Fortunately the Technician on the call MANUEL was excellent! He worked diligently, diagnosed the leaky valves problem and replaced them effectively. He was knowledgeable, very friendly and honest. I asked for an invoice, paid IN FULL by check to Manuel as soon as the work was done.

Do not use SRG in Rancho Cordova. Not only didn’t show as scheduled but didn’t provide verbally contracted service. When confronted gave a lot of double talk and said I forgot to tell you the cost. No attempt to apologize and took the check and ran. Use at your own risk but beware or call another place.

Very disappointed with this company. Several weeks ago I scheduled an appointment on-​line and got all kinds of e-​mails confirming they would be there at the scheduled time. Not only did they not show up or call, but when i sent an e-​mail asking where they were, they finally called me back and said the technician’s car was broken down and that they could not reach him on a cell phone and I was out of luck for today. They asked if there was another day that they could come. I explained that this was really unfortunate because I took the time off from work and needed the work done today because some other contractors were coming in the next morning, and that I needed the lighting work done today. If I had not called them they never would have know they were not coming and the tech would have just not shown up. If they could have let me know there was a problem with the technician i could have called someone else to help me. Big double thumbs down to sprinkler repair guy. Really diappointed. I’ll never call them again.
