Starbucks

The service is horrible and the employees don’t look very happy.

April 17^th at 624am had my first experience seeing roach pop out of a man lid while waiting for his drink. Young lady making drinks freaked out while her manager was advised and she seemed to be clueless to anything and continued to sweep out front.

I went to Starbucks yesterday and we ordered our drinks and the barista was nice and it was good service never took too long. i recommend this Starbucks than the one on greenback the drive thru one. nice little spot with a drive thru and it is close to my house. i will definitely come back to this one.

Love this place and their workers! So friendly and always willing to replace a drink! :)
I get the Venti Caramel Machiatto with Raspberry (only get 3 pumps instead of 6)
Only downside is they don’t have any comfy chairs like other Starbucks do.
Quick and friendly service wins for me though!

Wish it was drive thru but I love this location with the friendly staff and the music is not blaring like a lot of the Starbucks lately. Love the bar stools nice that it’s right next to a printing and facing location as well! Definitely helps with last minute businesses or school things but I do wish both places were open 24hours

I’m getting ready to have dinner with friends, but I have an hour kill, so popped into this Starbucks to use a reward on a «Sweet Greens and Lemon» cold pressed juice.
THE SETUP
But I can tell just from the layout, and the vibe, and the clientele that this is one of those Starbucks that I would be spending a LOT of time at if I lived closer (like my «home» Starbucks @ 19^th & J, or @ 16^th & K).
POSTING
If you are looking for a really nice place to chill for an hour or two, that is very laptop friendly with LOTS of outlets and your choice of many different kinds of seating (big tables, little tables, computer bars with stools, etc.) this is your place if you are Rancho Cordova — or want to just pop off HWY 50 at the Zinfandel Exit: it virutally is just around the corner as soon as you exit.
THE LOWDOWN
A very nice, low key Starbucks, but fully furnished with all the branded coffees & food items.

This location has awful customer service. I was waiting in line and the person in front of me was an employee, and she spent 5 minutes talking to the cashier and ordering a ton of items off the menu and then continued to stand there, talking to the other employees when she was done ordering. No one even bothered to assist anyone else that was waiting in line. Employees are of course able to order things too, but don’t waste everyone else’s time while you chit chat.

I am a current barista at Starbucks for 3+ years, and it is amazing to me how some baristas lose quality in the customer service aspect. However, this location is the exact opposite!
It is absolutely refreshing to see someone smiling and interacting with you as if you were part of the family. I just wanted to take the time to shout out COURTNEY because shes the one in particular who has sparked my interest to write this post. She exemplifies excellent and efficient customer service all the while keeping an up beat bubbly personality that I’ve grown fond to over the short 2 – 3 times that I’ve been here.
I appreciate the service here and love the quality the work. Thanks for the caffeine guys and keep doing you!

I had that mid-​day caffeine craving and was surprised that right at 12 there was so many people occupying this location. Shouldn’t you people be eating? J/​K, the line was reasonable and I got my drink quickly.
The location is typically busy, but the folks that work there are consistent and know their craft. The location is like any other Starbucks – the store is clean and product tasty.

I was basically accused of trying to walk away with a coffee traveler without paying for it yesterday. I called in my order ahead of time, came in, paid for it and used the restroom. When I came out and the barista handed everything to me and I was leaving, an employee (not sure if the manager) called out after me very loudly and in front of a long line of customers and asked if I had paid for the coffee in a rather accusatory tone. I told her I had and she still persisted and asked how that could be when it was an order that was called in (again in a very accusatory tone). I told this person I was the one that called it in and offered to show my receipt at which point she placed her hand on my shoulder and said she was just trying to make sure I had paid for it (as if I was the one out of line!) WHY would anyone try to steal a coffee traveler? Who would be savvy enough to hang around a Starbucks at 6:30am and wait for the off chance that one gets ordered and try to run away with it? And the barista handed it to me just seconds before, no less! This person could have just confirmed with the barista instead of making a huge scene in front of the lobby. That was definitely not the kind of experience I thought I would have and not the way your treat paying customers.

Definitely needed coffee this morning. Went to this location because it was on my way out of town. Needed to reload my card girl gave me a hard time. Was not helpful when ordering my beverage and it came out incorrect. It was so annoyed with how she treated me I just took the drink and left. Not the experience I was expecting .
I will not be visiting this location again.

They will order food for you in advance if you let em know what you want/​need a few days ahead!

This place at first was a gold mine. A Starbucks with super friendly people who made a point to remember you and the drinks came out perfect. Over the last month and a half the staff is still friendly but they trained new baristas and they can’t make a drink to save their life. There is no consistency in taste and when I order my venti it is ALWAYS only ¾ of the way full. Today was the last straw. When I have to pay $ 5 for an indulgence and they can’t be bothered to fill the cup they don’t deserve my business.

This is the location next to my work, and I really like the women who work here. They are friendly, professional, and know what they are doing! The only issue I have ever seen here is the amount of trash that is out side int he parking lot. However, I think this is due to the high school kids that get out of school and come here.

If this is the Target location, then I need correct my review.
This place is AMAZING. I love the staff’s accommodation and willingness to be upfront and honest about what they do/don’t have, and how they can remedy any possible issue.
I do wish Target Management would consider cross-​training more employees to cover the coffee area though, because I’ve seen it go from 0 customers to jam-​packed within seconds, and it clearly not be something predictable enough to pre-​schedule an employee.
I understand not wanting to over schedule too many people to work there, but I’ve also left without a coffee, for a different destination plenty of times due to the wait time (or to just not overwhelm the poor person behind the counter).

How in heaven’s name did this location rate 4 STARS? I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a year. I sit for three hours and wait for my little boy to get out of preschool down the street.
I hoped that after time this place would warm up, and I mean the people.
The dour look on workers faces is enough to keep the frappucinos chilled. I’m a friendly guy and try to connect to people I meet, but the cold reception and attitude as if I’m an interruption to their day is enough to drive me somewhere else.
They are obviously friendly to their very regular regulars but ignorant of the rest.
Add to this the worst WIFI connection possible, in other words barely existent.
Their production, mechanical service and quality of product meet the OK standards of Starbucks.
This by far is the chilliest reception of any Starbucks I’ve been in anywhere in the world.
And, like I said, I gave it a try for a LONG time. I’m out.

I am not a major Starbucks fan, especially if I cannot find fresh bean like Peet’s nearby. BUT! This is a good one, fast service, and made recommendations based on a question I had. Some Passion Tea, light on ice, with 2 pumps and 2 Equals is just as good as a regular, with the exception of –45g of sugars. Which is important. Make sure you talk clearly in the drive thru. I will return here for the Iced Tea’s for sure. But I will drink my fresh roast and bean elsewhere.

This is my local coffee shop. The early AM staff is always friendly, they know their regulars and their orders, gives it a mom and pop feel.
It’s generally not too crowded, always clean. My experience has always been 5 stars.

I’ve been to this Starbucks location many times, and it’s always been in the morning on my way to work. It’s busy and, at times, the line is almost out the door; however, the staff are friendly and work diligently to serve. This rating is purely on service. Kudos to the staff!!!
