Starbucks

This Starbucks is located in such a convenient location right across the street from Costco with the cutest and friendliest employees. I’ve never seen a long line in the drive thru which is always nice. The drinks are made fast, always to my liking, and never once have I ever had a problem here .
I’m giving this Starbucks 5 star because they’re doing everything right when it comes to making drinks and having them ready in a timely manner :)

They always run out of regular lids!!!
There is one rude younger guy who can’t care less about making your drink right and he never says more than he has to. Surprised Starbucks would hire such individuals.
Also, sick and tired of the squeaking front door and no light in drive through at night making them look like they are closed! This Starbucks is not managed properly.

Best Starbucks ever! Phoebe is amazing and super sweet. She went out of her way to make my kids happy. Will definitely frequent this location.

I really enjoy this Starbucks. Not all the baristas are friendly but they are definitely fast and serve quality Starbucks style drinks. I like that when I order via Starbucks app my drink is always ready when I walk in. The drive through is also very quick. The only thing that makes this location a little uncomfortable is the size, it’s too small for the amount of people they serve and the parking is complicated due to the drive through. I wish there were more tables and more room to make it easier to sit for a while with c-​workers or friends.

This Starbucks experience stood out because we were helped by Kelly at the register. We had a fair amount of questions about the smoothies and the new drink in the menu. Kelly was patient and answered all of our questions. She was full of smiles. After our drinks were made she made a point of asking us by name how our drinks were. I go to the bux all the time. Our drinks were not out of the ordinary but the service was. Kudos to Kelly for making our #starbucksdate awesome!

I mean cmon it’s Starbucks the coffee overpriced and shitty but it’s the service that makes the great ones great and the crappy ones… well crappy. The ladies of the drive through here are some of the rudest ladies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. From Hannah to karlie (?) it makes me happy I don’t live in the area anymore. Making it one more reason that this Starbucks is still the armpit of all Starbucks.

REALLY… how hard is it make this drink: grande ice coffee, sweeten with heavy cream? I got 2 of 3 items. WTF! If I asked for air you think I would get water and an explanation that water has oxygen and that would work?

Well this is a smaller and more cozy inside due to the the size of this Starbucks.
As soon as i walk in i saw the comfy chairs to the left and I’m eyeing on it so hard i was like better be no one sitting there when I’m done ordering my drink.
As soon as i walked in i was greeted which i like already. When i got the register and proceeded to order a hot youth berry hot tea with honey. Got the drink in a quick snap! I really like the speed of the order and process to make it too.
Ran to my chair and sat down and enjoy my tea. Got up and went and use the restroom and it was clean. One thing i did notice there was no outlet near the comfy chairs because i wanted to charge my phone. Also merchandise products in this store is limited so just fyi.
Also parking in this parking lot is quite easy. They had a good amount of space for customers which isn’t a problem. Overall i like the speed of service and coziness inside. Great for studying or just catching up or alone time.

This is the closest Starbucks to my office, and lucky me. It is always a pleasure to head in for my morning coffee. Everyone is very friendly and puts smiles on my and my coworkers faces. The service is also great, and they are very efficient, even when slammed with the morning rush.

OK I understand it’s New Years Eve at 5:40 pm but come on Starbucks you are out of everything! No white mocha no macchiatos, I already new better then any holiday coffee. Did your buyer/​manager not put an order in! Very dissatisfied

There is no better location for Starbucks coffee than this one. The employees who work here provide excellent customer service. Shout out to an employee named Amy, she made me feel welcome and was very good with suggestions and really friendly. I will def be back again!!!

Awesome service! A barista gave us a cup of coffee on the house. Definitely will be coming back to this one if I am in the area.

Love starbucks but prices are high for coffee. The Starbucks is very clean and friendly staff.

This Starbucks is hit or miss! My drink is always ok. But the last 3 times my bacon Gouda sandwich has been hard! What a bummer

Love this Starbucks and the super friendly staff! This is my go to Starbucks on my morning drive to work. Drive thru is super packed, which is why I choose to go inside! They whip up the drinks super fast and delicious! Even the days I choose to wait through the drive through its pretty fast!

This Starbucks is right up the street from my job! The baristas are always friendly and get my order correct. I’ve never had any problems!
The driver through line is always sooo long so I never dare wait especially because ⁹⁄₁₀ I am in a rush!

A nice place to get a quick drink before heading out to do something. Also nice if you want a place to sit and do some work. The people here are nice, quick and efficient. The location is convenient and clean.

I don’t typically buy coffee at Starbucks, but I’d had a really bad night and was starting work an hour earlier than normal — I REALLY needed an extra cup of coffee on the morning of 4÷14÷2015. So at the drive-​through window, I ordered a Grande Pike Place with steamed soy milk and 2 raw sugars. I’m not sure what happened, but my coffee was STONE COLD. Not even lukewarm — I mean totally cold! Unbelievable! And they hardly put any soy milk in it — just barely enough to color it a bit. And the sugar was pretty much all in the bottom of the cup. I didn’t have time to deal with it (which I’m sure is what they pretty much count on), so I took it to work and heated it up in the microwave. After about 80 seconds in the microwave, it was just barely warm enough to be considered drinkable. I think I can safely say this is my worst Starbucks experience ever. Never again.
By the way, I told a friend at work who buys a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location every morning about my experience, and he confirmed that they have screwed up his order on multiple occasions when he used the drive-​through window, so he typically goes inside to order his coffee. So if you absolutely must get a cup of coffee at this location, my advice would be to go inside to order your coffee — and watch them like a hawk!

This review is for the drive thru, since that is the only experience I have had at this particular location. The staff is always friendly and service quick. I have never had my order messed up. They are also very easy to get in and out when you are in a hurry. All in all a most excellent experience.
