I ordered in the drive through without anyone in front of me. I love the touch screen feature, I do feel its extremely convenient. However, I got my sandwich about 10 seconds from the time I drove around to the window, mind you that was a MAXIMUM of 30 seconds from when I placed my order. I ordered my sandwich toasted. When I got it I realized they MICROWAVED the whole thing. The bread was chewy, like when you MICROWAVE bread, not crunchy at all and all of my veggies were very hot and mushy. I wish I would have known it was like that before I drove off because I would have told them to TOAST my TOASTED sub and not be lazy and microwave the whole thing.

It’s awful…, all the time me and my friend should stay in long long line to get a sandwich, and when its your turn, they are pushing you to finish the orders very fast, they want to kick you out of store quickly… Always the owner works as a cashier and he is so hasty, he didnt let you make reasonable sandwiches,…oh my gosh he really makes me crazy. Most ever annoying place that I have ever been there.

Subway has gone downhill in recent years. They usually aren’t my first choice as their portions are often skimpy. I’ve contacted corporate to no avail on offer issues that are declined at a lot of locations. I honestly do not want to give Subway any more of my business after this experience. I gave my husband a coupon to use there and he forgot to hand it to them by accident. He went back there with the coupon right away, explained the situation and asked if he could get a partial refund. The guy refused to honor the coupon 15 minutes later saying it was too late. I mean, I could understand it it was a few days later, but this was 15 minutes after our purchase and the coupon was perfectly valid. As someone who works in corporate for a mid-sized retailer, our franchisees will do everything they can to make the customer happy. I know it was our bad, but I was even more surprised by the lack of effort on the employee’s end. The lack of a partial refund even overdrew my account, which turned a what should have been $ 5 – 6 order into a $ 16 one. I’ve pretty much had it with Subway at this point and I don’t even want to bother with them even if I have a coupon.

It annoys me when I have to repeatedly say«more onions, more onions, more onions» after I said«can I have ALOT of onions». Learn to make a sandwich. Nobody wants 2 slices of onions or 3 slices of green bell peppers. If that was the case, I would say«just a few…» I want it to cover the area of the sandwich. Geez

Stopped in here on my way to work around 6pm. Even though there were 3 customers ahead of me, employees made sure the line moved quickly. Asked the girl behind the counter for their current specials this month. Ended up with their $ 36 inch chicken breast sub on wheat. Can’t complain. For $ 3 you can’t go wrong. Will stop in again to get a sandwich if in a time crunch to get something quick and relatively healthy.

This place would not even help me out when somebody used my stolen credit card there. I had to call the corporate office and find the number on my own. I asked the franchise owner for help and he told me he didn’t want to deal with it. He had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t his problem. It also might be in the worse location possible with hardly no parking. It hard to say the food isn’t good because its subway and it’s usually always good food.

It’s good place to eat(mostly, lunch for me). Consistent, clean and great service! Can’t beat the $ 5.00 footlong which turns out into two meals. Can’t eat the footlong sandwich in one meal.

By far the best Subway out there. This is due to the Excellent Customer Service! The cashier was great. As I was paying for my meal, the cashier gave me a free cookie. I was having a bad day and that sweet gesture from the cashier really made my day. Kudos on the excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.

Worst Subway I have visited. The consistently have stale bread and recently I was charge $ 2 extra bucks for two pieces of turkey on my breakfast sandwich and nobody warned me it was going to cost extra from the $ 3 breakfast deal. Although this Subway is closest to my house, I will pass from now on and stick to the better managed Subway on Mather Field road. Victoria and Ferrad would rather turn a buck than keep their customers.

Atmosphere: Typical Subway, clean. Service: Awful. I ordered all the produce except for tomatoes, and they put lettuce on there. I repeated it and she proceeded to put tomatoes on my sandwich. When I asked if I could have mayo and mustard on my sandwich a girl glared at me and said«Um YE-AH, I asked you earlier and you didn’t answer so I didn’t put any on.» Um… I didn’t hear you, sorry? Bf orders two Macadamia White Chocolate cookies and she blankly stares at him and says«You want a chocolate chip cookie?» I’m not sure if they were all stoned or just on auto-pilot by that point… either way, highly irritating we had to each repeat ourselves several times only to get the wrong thing! Sandwiches: They did put a good amount of avocado on my sandwich, and my sandwich was pretty tasty. Overall: Avoid this Subway unless you want to be royally irritated.

Im a big subway fan, nothing like getting a footlong sub for $ 5. The staff is very friendly and always prompt on serving there customers. Ive been to a few subways and id say this one is the better one out of all the rest. The cookies are pretty awesome to at this location also. I do eat subway probably 3 times a week and during my dieting season around 5 days a week. Its conveniently located pretty close to my residence. Which is a great plus.

I arrived here fifteen minutes before closing. I was cheerfully served and the food met usual Subway standards. My mobile app said I was too far away to check in when I was seated inside, so I’ve corrected the address in the hope this will fix things. The Lite lemonade was especially good — usually it is weak and watery — but here it had good flavor and strength.
