I hate the fact that they changed the Italian sandwich. I had to get that out first. As for this particular Togo’s, I’ve been greatly disappointed in the service as some have already mentioned. The workers are so rude, especially the African American girl, who clearly is depressed. She is so unfriendly, mutters under her breath so that she can look at you with darting eyes when you ask her to repeat what she said, and can’t even say«thank you» after you pay. Unfortunately, she has made my sandwiches one too many times over the past year, and seriously, she should be fired for being so wrong for customer service. Fail! I will NOT return because of her! Owner, get a clue!

Sandwich didn’t taste fresh, the employees were rude. Worst part: stale bread on my $ 10 sandwich. The African American employees clearly do not like white people… We won’t be back to this location.

All of the employees were rude and clearly hated their jobs. The girl that made my sandwich came straight from washing dishes to making my sandwich without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I had to remind her MULTIPLE times what I wanted on my sandwich and she still messed it up.

Went there with two co-workers during our lunch. Soon after we got there the line was to the door. I guess the ONE person who serves as the cashier was too busy doing something in the back to ring up orders. And another guy was walking around holding bread but not really doing anything. I asked if one of their soups was cream based or broth based. No one up front knew. They asked the ONE cashier who was working on her special project in the back and she didn’t know. They they pulled out some sheet of paper that listed the ingredients. The gal came back to me and told me she didn’t know. I ordered something else. Thankfully the cashier was able to break away from her special project to tell me how much I owe. But she made sure not to look at me or thank me. Terrible customer service!

I’m am utterly shocked at the horrid service received today. A bunch of us at work decided to order online together for lunch today. 1. The order was not ready, in fact the lady behind the counter started going crazy saying 2 people called out and they only have 5 employees on shift.(Why is that the customers problem? and why is 5 grown adults not capable to process an order, it only takes 1 person to make a sandwich!) 2. Every order was wrong, every single one. They put items people were allergic too on sandwiches and neglected to add items individually requested. They didn’t even follow the order list online, they basically took every sandwich ordered and made the«standard» version of each one. 3. NOBODY was apologetic to the situation, it was i’m under staffed and wait. 4. AND the sandwiches were NOT cheap, were taking 8 – 9.00EACH. If I could give NO stars I would! If you feel you are understaffed MAYBE not inconvenience customers and try turning off online orders until you can full-fill them.

Stay away from this place. At one time Togo’s was a good choice for lunch, and maybe at some other locations that still may be true. This store is soooo poorly managed that I can never go back. Slow service is an understatement!!! With seven people behind the counter it still takes over ten minutes from time of order until your sandwich is made. Really??? Also the quality of food is real subpar. Go across the street to the deli there. At least you get you money’s worth!

Good sandwiches, mainly because they weigh the pastrami so there is no guessing. Staff can be a little rude when there busy, but still no excuse. Get there before noon or plan on waiting at least 20 min. Really hard to do a half hour lunch in that place after 12.

Again, another lunch time offering from Rancho… First off, the art of sandwich making can be a difficult one, especially if being made by the hands of another. This togos can be a gamble for the sandwicher… the workers are constantly changing and the«newbs» have to be constantly watched. Can I choose a veteran to make my sandwich? Anywho, keep an eye on your sandwich, several times I’ve stopped big mistakes — not no tomatoes being added something easily fixed but wrong sauces which will destroy the sandwich. Many errors have been avoided by my warchful eyes, which can be hard to do bc of the counter height. However this last time it came to my advantage when the sandwich boy gave me a whole sandwich instead of just a half sandwich with my pick 2 combo. Bottomline the sandwiches and soups are good just have to watch them make it.

My experiences here are always hit or miss. Food is always good though. Sometimes you get an employee who’s friendly and quick and sometimes you get someone who acts like they’d rather be getting a root canal… I always get the Gluten Free wrap, so some employees seem like it’s their first time making it and end up having to start over, but for the most part they seem to be getting it. Overall, I keep coming back here because that pastrami wrap is so good! Also look into the rewards app for the Togo’s Tribe — if you come fairly frequently it’s worth it.

Very good food! Good portions, you also get plenty of meat in your sandwhich. It is good to have a nice filling lunch as a tall big guy. Great sandwhich shop to eat at. I would highly recommend it.

Ok, I have given this place multiple chances. I feel like the food is pretty much the same at every Togos and I don’t really have a problem with the food at this location. However, it’s the employees that always make me re-think my decision. Not all of them are rude and annoyed but for the most part I feel like this is the case. I ordered a soup/mini combo today and the girl asks another girl to get the soup. The other says«no you get it» blah blah blah. Like REALLY?!! Arguing over who is getting some fing soup!!! Then the girl couldn’t remember anything I ordered. I told her like 3 – 4 times about what was on the sandwich and which soup I wanted. After waiting in a long line and paying $ 7.50 for my meal and then dealing with unmotivated, lazy, unprofessional complainers my thoughts on going back are slim to none. Probably going to Subway down the street from now on.

So I drive up from San Jose today, and get in around 4pm, and I’m really hungry. And the first thing that popped into my mind is a big ol’ sandwich. Now if you know anything about Rancho Cordova, you would know that it’s practically surrounded by Subway’s. It’s almost creepy… they are EVERYWHERE. Now don’t get me wrong, I like Subway alot. In fact, if I go out to get a quick bite to eat(which isn’t that often these days) I’m picking Subway at least 75% of the time. Today was going to be different though. I quickly remembered that there’s a TOGO’s nearby too, and damn did that sound good! So I head over there, and walk to the front door, All the while there’s some guy sitting at a table right near by puffing on a cigarette and staring at me like I have no right to be there. Kinda awkward, but it sure wasn’t going to keep me from getting my sandwich… or so I thought. As I get right to the entrance, the guy at the table says«Sir? We’re closed.» Let me reiterate what I said earlier: It’s 4pm on a freakin’ Wednesday, and you’re closed!!! What franchise chain restaurant closes that early? Scratch that, what restaurant PERIOD closes that early? This isn’t the Breakfast Barn. There’s no logical reason this place should be closing that early. It’s not rocket science. Your competition is all over the place, and I’m not just talking about Subway either. And all of them stay open later than you. Hell, all the Subways around the area close at either 9 or 10PM. How does TOGO’s expect to stay in buisness if they close 5 to 6 hours BEFORE their closest competition? If you guys want to make some money(and stay in buisness) I suggest addressing this issue. Otherwise, you’re just wasting your time. So where as TOGO’s dropped the ball, Sumo to Go(right across the way) picked it up and ran with it. Good food for a fair price. Sumo, you now have a new fan.

Togo’s makes consistently good sandwiches. I get the you pick two deal — Asian chicken salad with a small turkey sandwich. For $ 7.25 it’s a good deal. If you check in on Unilocal you get a free 20 oz drink with purchase. If you go try to get there before noon. Otherwise there’s a line. My husband likes to eat here because according to him«they make a man’s sandwich». The half size that comes with my salad is the perfect size for me.

Worst service ever! I won’t be coming back. The people working don’t even smile at all its like they hate helping people. The girl who took my order did not greet or said have a nice day” can’t believe there’s a Togo with this kind of service. They didn’t even make the sandwich how I wanted either! Sloppy and gross. People go somewhere else.

I work nearby, and I’m trying to be healthier so I decide to put my order in online and walk over to Togo’s. My order is supposed to be ready at 12:10PM and I get there at 12:09PM. There is already a line that is 20 people deep but I go ahead and skip that, praise myself for my foresight and go to the online pick up area. First thing I notice is a ton of to go boxes of sandwiches stacked on the counter. I can barely see over them but after a minute the sandwich guy looks up and asks me my name. He goes off to do who knows what and then a girl asks me my name and then she hands me my receipt and asks for my signature. She then says my sandwich will be done in a minute and she hands me my bottled soda. At 12:20PM, I’m told that they believe my food was stolen. They say it happens and they will re-make my sandwich. There is no apology for the wait. At 12:30 I get my food and walk back to my office. I get to my desk starving and I open my sandwich and it falls apart in my hands. The bread is soaked through and is mush. It’s inedible. Im disgusted and starving. I am the epitome of hangry. I toss the foul«sandwich» and head over to the drive thru Subway. That experience on the other hand was magical. «Great Sandwiches» my butt, Togo’s!

First time trying Togos. Very friendly staff, but, who the heck left the casing on the salami? I almost choked on my first bite. Disgusting. I will not be back.

This location is always busy around lunch time Mon-Fri, but well worth the wait. The food is always fresh and delicious! I have found that it is best to order online ahead of time. It makes things much faster. Today however, I ordered online, set my pick up time for 3pm. I arrived at 3:03pm and they forgot to make my sandwich. Oops. I couldn’t be too upset, they were working on a very large cartering order. They promptly made my sandwich, offered my a complimentary soda, chips, and cookie while I waited. They they only charged me for a mini. A+ customer service!
