I just LOVE this place! I come here about 2 – 3 times a week! Everyone is so friendly!

Came here for nostalgics sake as it had been 25 years since we lived in Folsom. Same restaurant, same atmosphere, geared to kids and families. Food was as expected. Service was sport however. Literally dozens of servers, runners and greeters walked by for 10 minutes before someone offered me a refill of my ice tea., and I purposely put the empty glass next to edge of table. Would skip it in favor of better service elsewhere…

I love OSF! The food is great and the service is always good. My favorite dish is the manager’s favorite with Mizithra Cheese.

Great service and food. We had a party of 10 originally. Four cancelled but they still seated us. Had a wonderful experience.

It was ok… took 30min to get my food but the kids food was fast. Just asked them to box up the food once my wife’s and my food showed up. Me and my wife didn’t even eat there. The manager was the one that brought out the food and didn’t even blink an eye when we asked just to box our food up without eating. The restaurant was slow and the experience was very disappointing. The server was nice at least.

This place is pretty good and has a nice ambience. The food is affordable and delicious. Never had any issues here, always good service. They are also accommodating for anyone who’s gluten free. It’s also in a great location. What else is there to say?

You know whenever I go to Sacramento(okay really Rancho Cordova) we end up going to chain restaurants because that’s all that’s around. We ended coming here right before leaving for SF for lunch. It was a pretty late lunch so we were definitely looking forward to eat(since we were all hungry). I ended up getting the lunch portion of the spaghetti, salad and some ice cream. Now apparently a salad or soup and ice cream is included(what?!?). The spaghetti wasn’t bad but it just looked like someone made the pasta and dropped sauce and meatballs on top. Like it wouldn’t have taken that long to mix it all together. It just reminded me of something I would do myself, but probably not. The salad was okay — nothing to write home about. The ice cream. I decided to try spumoni and it was good! Love those flavors. Not a total disappointment like some of the restaurants on this work trip. Protip: ice cream!

Hostess is not good. Did not greet me upon entrance, ignored me and finally had to ask to be seated after they tried to seat someone else before me(that arrived after). I kindly asked to be seated at a booth because we have a small child and she said, «yeah, that’s where you’re going. Here.» Put the silverware down on the table and walked away.

I have been coming to this old spaghetti factory since I was a kid, always would sit in the caboose and it was always so much fun. To this day I love the old spaghetti factory; the bread is amazing, the salads are fantastic, and of course all the pastas are wonderful. But the best part about coming here now that I am older is one of the waiters Kevin, he is amazing, so nice, kind and funny as hell. He makes coming here worth the trip. Unfortunately though sometimes there are some people that work there that make me never want to come back. So if you go to this spaghetti factory make sure to see if Kevin is working and sit in his section, he will make your visit worth every penny.

Haven’t been to a Spaghetti Factory since college and wanted to try out. Ordered a sausage with meat sauce and it was just one nasty meal. The sauce was hella salty. The sausage as you can see burned and hardened. Any person with a decent common sense would not have served it and this tells you how horrible it’s services are.

The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is beautiful. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was the bar service was slow. I had to wave someone down to get help. After i was served then the service was prompt. The Gorgonzola dip was tasty.

It’s my favorite place to eat wherever I travel! I most recently visited the Roseville California location, and it was my boyfriend’s first time eating at the restaurant. I usually get the Manager’s Special with the Meat Sauce and Mizithra cheese combo. Our server was very attentive, and the food was topnotch as usual. and a wonderful ambiance. Where else can you have salad, pasta, bread, and very good spumoni for less than $ 14? I’ve been to several of their restaurants around the West coast and they never disappoint. We got some food to go, and it was enjoyed by all. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced meal, and quality that’s consistently good, check out the Old Spaghetti Factory.

I hate to admit it but I love this place. We’ve eaten here so many times and they deliver consistently good food and service EVERY time. We always sit at the bar because the bartender Britney knocks it out of the park with her stellar service! I get the angel hair pasta with marinara and a bowl of minestrone. I love the soup because it’s broth based and not greasy like some minestrones. The bread is hot and fresh, the soup is filled with veggies and baby noodles and the marinara sauce on the pasta is not greasy. It’s a nice vegan meal. Also, Britney makes an excellent strawberry lemon drop… and only $ 7.25! Great food and friendly service… for the money this place can’t be beat!

Hit and miss food quality and service at this location. Reasonable pricing and predictable menu items is why I go to Spaghetti Factory fairly frequently, so it’s disappointing not to always find that here.(Bread is sometimes dry and cold or undercooked, spaghetti can be dried and hard, portion size is sometimes laughably skimpy, etc.) At lunch, it’s usually not too busy unless there’s a large group being served, but I’ve twice been ignored by the server for my section for more than ten minutes after being seated, literally looking at my watch and deciding to walk out if nobody acknowledges me. This isn’t acceptable, particularly when the restaurant isn’t busy.

Good potential on the meals but they always seem to really fall short. The spaghetti with browned butter and mizithra cheese is enjoyable. Other pasta is never finished properly by sauteing the cooked pasta with the sauce. You get separately boiled pasta with the sauce just dumped on top. This visit I tried the spinach tortellini with roasted chicken inside and Alfredo sauce. No flavor of any kind even when trying to add a little salt and more parmesan. Wife’s meatballs had odd consistency and tasted extremely processed(think fine grain meat with tons of filler mixed in like breadcrumbs or similar). Two stars only for the decent minestrone soup included and nice staff.

It’s not very often a place slips this far in my ratings but OSF has managed it. Why you ask? 1. The place has developed an odor. Something in the old food range of smells that just doesn’t agree with me. 2. The service is just bad. The servers act bored and are slow. I can’t recommend that you go here.

Great bar! Food wise, not so much. Margarine on the table. Yuk! Kinda stuck in 1978. Service was very good though. And the Spumoni! What was that? If high school cafeterias had Spumoni, it would be this. The worst Spumoni I have ever had.

Not too shabby, came here on a Monday, it was quite busy and we had a large party. Ended up eating in the bar area and put together a few tables to accommodate a group of about 12. The service was very good. I ended up getting the Garlic Shrimp Cappellni, it was a decent dish, did it’s job. I would say I would have to try more dishes, but nothing too over the top for me here.

I ordered half of a Reuben sandwich with chips and salad from their lunch menu. My goodness, the Reuben sandwich was so flat; there was just a tiny thin layer of meat filling and barely any sauerkraut. The meat was chewy and tough. Is that supposed to be normal? The sandwich was so sad but since a sandwich can’t cry, I cried in its place. Definitely not worth the $ 8. Salad and chips was okay. Their blue cheese dressing was mediocre. I’m not impressed. Should have ordered pasta for lunch instead. Service was okay. The waitress kinda rushed my group halfway through eating. Lady, I’m crying for your restaurant’s sandwiches right now. Can’t even give me a moment.

Old Spaghetti Factory is a great go to place for us to get good inexpensive food. We decided to sit at the bar and eat dinner because there was a 20 min wait. Every time I come to Old Spaghetti Factory it seems like they’re on a wait. We decided to wait at the bar for our table but once we realized how comfortable their seats were we chose to stay. Nick was our bartender and he was awesome. Drinks were refilled promptly and all of our food came out with perfect timing. I had the lasagna and my husband had the manager’s special. The lasagna was very good as always but it could have been a little warmer. I would say it was luke warm. My husband loved his and ate it all up! Old Spaghetti Factory has great food, great service and spumoni! Delicious!
