Props to Bill for answering my random email questions I had sent him. I found out Bill had prior installation experience with a product I was interested in. The distributor of the product in CO didn’t even reply back to me. Even though he wasn’t installing a floor for me, he took the time to answer my questions and provide additional info to help me make a decision. Thanks again Bill.

Not only did they give us a great bid, but they did a spectacular job. It has been 6 months since Vannoy installed wood flooring throughout our house, and it looks as good as the day they wrapped up the job. The installers were courteous, friendly, and professional, and their attention to detail and quality work cannot be overstated. They even finished the job a day early, not by rushing or cutting corners but by working on the baseboards back at the shop during the evenings and simply by performing as an experienced team. They were careful to minimize the disruption to our household and to not inconvenience us during the installation. Highest quality at the lowest cost… no regrets about our decision to go with Vannoy.
