Rethink this costly mattress, half way through the warranty a big ditch formed in the middle of the bed, back, neck, and hips started having pain. I called the company they sent out a smoking guy to put a string across the bed. And then sent a letter to tell me the warranty won’t cover (what they call normal body impressions). I don’t sleep in the middle and I’m a small person. Horrible PR at this company, for an over priced mattress with springs that hurt. I’m throwing this thing away and buying a real mattress. Save your money and invest your $ 4,500.00 in a mattress with a company that doesn’t keep changing hands.
