I purchased a hammock stand through Amazon the stand didn’t fit my hammock. The stand was $ 65 and it cost $ 75 to ship the item back. No one would help either exchange the item for a stand that fit or help with shipping costs. I emailed Best choice products and called(waited 20min on the phone) and either received no response or that they didn’t care to reimburse shipping costs.

Purchased through Amazon. Bought in December for a cabin in Minnesota. Knew we would not be putting it together until Spring. It’s an outdoor 3-seat swing. Happy with the quality but the seat base came with a gash and a screw was stripped. Contacted Amazon — not much help because it was passed warranty. Called BCP and after an explanation with one of the most courteous, kind, patient person on the planet… she dug in and is able to replace both parts at no cost to me. I have to say — Amazon was willing for me to return it or fix it at my cost and then reimburse me but neither option from Amazon was going to allow us to keep an already put together(two hours of work) product that we love.

Terrible! I ordered a vanity they put multiple shipping labels on the box. It made it all the way to Florida from California and then was sent back because of the labels. I called and was told a supervisor would call me back, they never did. I was shipped a new item and it came broken. The only options they had to fix the issues was a full refund or ship ANOTHER one… taking an additional 3 – 5 business days… no priority or express shipping… I do not have time to wait for your product.

Do NOT order from this company… found on Amazon… could never get through to customer service waited over 1 hr. 20 mins. to ask question about delivery which was promised by certain date and came and went. Sent 2 emails which they say they respond to in 24 hrs… came and went. Just don’t…I will never see the item I ordered or my money

I ordered a jewelry cabinet from a company that I found on AMAZON called«Best Choice Products.» Online, they appeared a legitimate company. I ordered my item, waited for shipment, followed tracking on the AMAZON website. The tracking showed the item was delivered to my apartment and it showed that it was left on my front door/porch and I do not have the item, it became troublesome. Here I am out the money and the item. So, I tried to first contact BESTCHOICEPRODUCTS by phone which was hopeless as they just put me on a holding pattern loop of sorts and I never got to talk to anyone. I tried calling twice. I finally gave up and called a second time, same thing. So I thought, an email, everyone checks their email, well apparently not this company. I receive no response from Best Choice Products when I sent email. So as a last resort, I have to contact AMAZON so they can help me fix this situation and help get me with a refund on an item that I never received. I love AMAZON and have never had any issues with any sellers. This type of seller should not be allowed on AMAZON. Hoping AMAZON will help this seller make things right as I’m not happy at all with the level of service with Best Choice Products. Shame on Best Choice Products.

When I called them to open the returning ticked they told me we give you free returning label but after returning the package, they charged me for returning fee.

On Thursday, December 4 I purchased Ergonomic Mesh Computer Office Desk Task Midback Task Chair w/Metal Base New from Best Choice Products via eBay. Days went by without a shipment notification which is fine in itself. However, I had changed my mind and sent TWO messages to the seller PRIOR to receiving a shipment notification. I sent my first message attempting to cancel the transaction on December 7 at 12:46pm, I sent a second message on December 7 at 9:17pm. The item was marked shipped on December 8 and I finally received an apology message because they had already shipped the item at 1:58pm. Please note that the item was marked shipped after both messages that I sent asking for cancellation and refund. I also received multiple messages apologizing and stating that they could not cancel because the item had already been shipped from employees who identified themselves as Robert, Darlene and Christian. Again, the messages were sent before the item shipped but replies were not received until after. I contacted the company via e-mail, eBay and phone call. I left a message on the phone and received no follow-up call. I originally intended to return the chair but decided to keep it for personal convenience. My dismay with best choice continued as we attempted to put the chair together. There was only one set of instructions with pictures only. The pictures were not easy to decipher and left a lot of use for«common sense» or «guessing» while assembling this chair. My issue is not with the product but it is with the service. Other buyers should be knowledgeable of potential situations. While I understand that the company couldn’t do anything after shipping the item, my discrepancy is that I felt completely ignored as a customer and feel as though this is extremely unprofessional conduct. A retailer should be keeping up with such things as this but clearly they are not. Not only did I receive a reply after they sent the item, but it was also at least a day and a few hours later before anyone even messaged me. I will never recommend this company nor will I purchase from them again.

Hidden gem! Purchased a vanity here after seeing it on eBay with option to pick up. Where house is kinda hidden and showroom smaller but great products. Random products incredible prices! I will be back on Saturday to purchase a safe that had a great price. They also have fitness equipment, large bird cages, bikes, automotive, patio, even deep fryers!!! There is a storage place on the corner of arrow… They are behind it all the way. I will talk many people about this place. Staff was great and they even loaded up my car for me. Places still do that??? Didn’t even ask. Keep’n the service old school(ya know when people cared about customer service) u guys are awesome!

This company is ridiculous they ran my credit card 2x causing my other transactions to get declined after speaking with audry the supposed customer service manager to fix issues had given me nothing but grief was not helpful at all! I have a wedding coming up and now don’t have enough funds to get the case I was trying to purchase from them! I ordered a elliptical bike machine for a great price from this company via a 3rd party website(rather not mention) but Im so glad I found this company! I got my shipment with in 48 hours, no kidding they shipped it that fast!(I realized Im lucky to live in the same state too!) Anyhoot… I had a minor issue with a bolt that came with my machine; however I called & explained my situation & they were quick to send me a replacement bolt! Thank you so much!
