this place is ran by alot of young girls that just dont care at all if your in pain, if your looking for compassion you wont find it here until you complain, if your in the health care field you need to have compassion or dont be in this field of work! shame on them. Drs are good but staff is awful

Great doctors, horrible staff. At the hospital long wait times are very expected. Not at a private practice. These people make you wait for two to three hours after your appointment time only for the fact that they schedule appointments using ten minute gap times. Get it together. Oh and btw don’t you dare show up late, just some advice.

The MD was helpful and answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. We experienced a few issues worth mentioning. First, every appointment always had us waiting a minimum of twenty to thirty minutes past our appointment time before even getting into a room. Second, we had to make an appointment at the Riverside office due to scheduling conflicts. We showed up at the appointment and they had nothing on their schedule. The Riverside office did their best but we ha to reschedule. Lastly, the prescription the Rancho office called in, despite our best efforts of providing the city and street the very well known pharmacy was on (and it’s the only one on that street), was somehow called in to a pharmacy 3 cities away! It was after hours so we had to wait until the following day to get the pain medication for just a few broken bones in the spine. Not painful at all. The doc may be good, but some of the staff at the Rancho office need some straightening out. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable considering the amount we have to pay for insurance premiums because of the cost of Dr visits!

The staff is informative and helpful. Although the wait time can take awhile the doctors are thorough at explaining what is wrong and try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. I went in with a knee injury that I was scared about and came out feeling comfortable and confident with the surgery that I have to have.
