It took 3 weeks for an appt. I canceled my clients drove from pasadena, parking difficult, stood in a line while the woman’s chats, only to be told they have not had time in 3 weeks to verify my insurance. I have a problem with my knee, the woman had me get up and down 3 times and the last time told me my insurance was not in their network .The medical profession needs to show the same respect for our time as they demand from us …

I come to see Asghar Husain who is very knowledgable and well qualified for my Acl surgery. I’ve been here 4 times and 2 out of the 4 times there has been a long wait. My advise is not to make plans the same day cause some days are quicker than others. Staff is amazing. These orthopedic doctor are busy and give me assurance it’s worth the wait.
Again clear your schedule cause it can take between thirty minutes to an hour and a half to be seen.
