I have only been to this spa twice, but so far I love it! They are so welcoming right as you walk through the doors, and I have been lucky enough to be serviced immediately without an appointment. I went in yesterday and had Kim as my manicurist to receive a fill with a gel coat, and let me tell you, she was amazing :)))
She was so pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me pick out the perfect colors for my nails as well as the shape, and of course, she did a fantastic job! Super happy with my nail: D

I went here for the first time today and got a manicure on my natural nails. Vee was my manicurist and she did a great job! I showed her a picture and she had no problems doing it for me. She was very nice. The salon is very clean and nice as well. Although it is a little more expensive than other salons I would still go back.

My daughter and I came here for some pre wedding prettiness with a mother daughter mani pedi. The salon is gorgeous! They did the mani-​pedi simultaneously and both my daughter and I we’re very pleased with the careful work that our nail technicians did.
The salon is gorgeously decorated for Christmas right now. They had lovely Christmas music playing, and unlike other nail salons, there was not a lot of loud talking in foreign language. The experience they put forth seems to be all about the comfort of their customers, not the entertainment of their nail technicians. That is something I cannot say about most other nail salon.
This salon is immaculately clean, something I very particular about. They put a liner in the tub for each new customer. There chairs are in great condition, not broken down and uncomfortable as is often the case in walk in salons.
This was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

This salon is unlike any other around. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and really puts its customers in a relaxed tranquil environment. Mey is the absolute best! I moved to the area 2 years ago after going to the same guy for 8+ years next to my old house. I tried several salons and no one could match the caliber of my old tech until I found Mey! I Won’t go to anyone else!

Was at Victoria Gardens a few days ago couldn’t find a salon. I no longer go to salons in my hometown overpriced so i checked Unilocal and saw this was the closest. I was able to walk in get a full set and pedicure. Place was clean and technicians were very nice. I loved the salon the chandeliers are beautiful. Anyhow I got full set w Gel love love love my nails. Thank you

I had a 1:00 p.m. My nail tech was Jamie. She did a really nice job on my nails. The place is very clean and everyone in there was very friendly. The two receptionists were courteous enough but they weren’t really friendly. I think $ 30 for a fill is a little pricey. However, my overall experience was good I’m sure I will go back as long as Jamie does my nails, I can live with the price.

Nail polish all over my nails both toes & fingers, pinky finger nail is longer the the other only on 1 hand, didnt polish the side of my nails & i paid $ 37. No i didnt leave a tip, very upset with this, ive never had a mani pedi so bad, will never go back & if you go dont get michelle! If i learn how to post pictures i will do so!

So, yes, the salon is pretty and it’s clean but more important than the ambiance is the service and the talent of the manicurists. That is definitely is lacking here.
The first experience I had here was not the greatest, but I decided to give it a second try given that I had a regular manicure with a «difficult» color (it was sheer and did not paint on evenly), according to the manicurist (Emily) who painted my nails. The regular polish nearly completely chipped off a few hours after I left the salon, but I unfortunately did not have time to go back to complain. My pedicure, however, with the same sheer color turned out beautiful! I attributed this to the experience and talent level of the lady who did my toes, but I can’t remember her name.
Today, I made an appointment to come back to give this place another shot. With such good Unilocal reviews, I thought maybe I was given the misfortune of an unexperienced employee. I asked for the best they had, and this time, I did a gel manicure instead.
Leanne did my manicure, and although she seemed to be a very sweet lady, I am not satisfied, nor pleased with my manicure. Given the fact that I am usually quite particular about all of beauty services I receive, I was hoping that the Unilocal reviews were correct about Leanne. I asked for a very simple style and it was not executed as I expected. The lines are obviously imperfect and uneven and I had to go back and trim off excess skin off the borders of my nails. When I asked if she could fix some of the imperfections, she seemed annoyed. This always frustrates me because HELLO LADY! I’m paying $ 43 for this manicure. I have expectations for this service, especially when I can get it done at another salon for $ 30 and chances are, they will do JUST as good of a job.
Anyway, to my disbelief, my thumb nail has CHIPPED. This is gel polish. What in the world? I’ve gone to janky, cheap ass salons and have not had this problem. $ 43 for chipped gel poilish? What a waste of money! Sure, maybe I am «picky and particular» but I feel like I’m allowed to be when I’m paying for it. And as someone who gets mani/​pedis 2−3x/month, I know what I like and I have expectations. Needless to say, I will NOT be back, even if I’m given an offer to have this mistake fixed. I would rather not waste my time, again.
Word to the wise: If you are also a picky lady (or gentleman), come here only if you have had good experiences with a specific manicurist. If you’re trying to find a new nail salon to test out and you’re searching for the right one (like me), this may not be the best choice for you… Unless you’re ready and willing to pay hard-​earned cash for it.
