Wait to be seated took 20 minutes because it was super busy, the waiter was very nice and pleasant. The food told quite a while to come out, but good service over all and food tasted great. I love that you can order appetizers, desserts and also pay on the touch pads they have at the tables.

First time we came, a teenage couple sat next to us(I asked them) and they got their food and non alcoholic drinks before us and we what already been waiting before them. Then the damn bartender gave us attitude about it. We just tried this place again and we waited an hour to be seated and just kept giving us more waiting time while other parties w similar count were seated way before us.

Always a great place for a delicious meal and attentive service. I like to start off my meal with a strawberry lemonade or one of their signature margaritas and an order of boneless buffalo wings. One of my favorite dishes is their sour cream chicken enchiladas with rice and beans(part of their Mexican pairings). Order a side salad as a third item for best value.

The decision to come to Chilli’s today was solely based on the fact that they have mini touch pads at the tables. My wife and I figured if the kids had something to keep them busy, her and I could enjoy our dinner, w/o too many distractions from the kids. The last time we came I didn’t write a review and we had a great server named«Michael.» I should have written a great review on his service that day, but didn’t. I get a second chance on this visit because we were lucky enough to have Michael as our server again. He was very attentive to our needs and was fast and accurate with our orders. My wife ordered the chicken fajitas and I ordered their new Honey-Chipotle Shrimp & Sirloin. It comes with asparagus(tasty) and crispy fries. The steak was cooked to my perfection and was very easy to cut. The sauce they used had a nice sweet/spicy balance. The shrimp was also pretty good, my only complaint is I wish I would have gotten more shrimp. I believe it came with about six. For an $ 18.95 meal I might go with a different option next time I visit Chilli’s. They have better food to offer at lower prices.

The food is good but the customer service could be better and the tables need to be cleaned and dishes picked up.

We had dinner here at Chilis this evening we ordered our food the waitress and the staff were very nice when we receive our food my husband didn’t pay attention to his burger which should have had cheese and bacon on it we we’re playing one of those trivia games as we were waiting and we continue to play throughout dinner and it wasn’t to the very end when he was almost done that he said hey you know what I didn’t get my bacon cheeseburger this is just a regular hamburger he wasn’t trying to get a free burger or anything he just thought that he let the manager know that they had messed up on the order. The manager Rene didn’t sound apologetic he was kind of just like oh well sorry about that and offered to bring my husband out two pieces of bacon which I thought was kind of cheesy. What are you going to do bring him a piece of cheese on a plate as well it just didn’t make sense. Your a major food chain restaurant and you can’t simply say you know and I’ll bring you out the RIGHT burger… would you like it to go, would you like to eat it here since we messed up on your order I think that would have been the right thing to do especially at such a restaurant that’s been around for years. Sounds like it would have broke the bank to correct it with the right burger and make the customer happy. Very disappointing.

Horrible service. Being a young adult I’m often given bad service based on the assumption of the server that they would not be receiving a tip of 20% or more. This is normal but waiting 10 minutes after being seated to be greeted then another 20 waiting on just our drinks is ridiculous. I walked out who knows how much longer I would be waiting.

This is one of the chilis I visit very often because of the proximity to Victoria gardens and Ontario mills. The place is very clean and cool if you wanted to go shopping to target right after or before because they are next to each other. The bar is a great place to catch the game. esp if you don’t have more than 2 people and when the place gets busy. out of the many chilis that i’ve been to, this one takes the cake.

I always love going to Chili’s. I have had nothing but positive experiences and great tasty, affordable, food. They always have great deals(2 for $ 20 or the 2 for $ 35(drinks added)) and provide exceptional service. They have first come/first serve in the bar area, or you can get a table if you would prefer. My girlfriend and I usually sit in the bar area and watch the different games while we eat. Our favorite deal is the 2 for $ 20. I get the 6oz classic sirloin with mash potatoes and the broccoli and my girlfriend gets margarita grilled chicken with rice and beans. I still stand by my 5 star rating, but we did have an issue with the margarita grilled chicken. It is topped with tortilla chips and they switched to a different chip with different seasoning and it was overwhelmingly salty. The server apologized for the food and brought it to the attention of the manager. We wanted to just let them know that it was too salty, and they comped the entrée for us. This was great service and above and beyond what we expected.

Horrible service is all I can say! Came in and was told we would have a 15 to 20 wait for a table, so decided to sit in the bar to be seated quicker and catch a game… worst idea ever! The wait in the bar was longer then if we had waited to be seated at a table! Got our drinks(slow on refills), ordered food, and we waited for 45 – 50 minutes before we got our food. Could be that they were understaffed, but not ever again! So long chicken enchilada soup!

So, everyone pretty much knows this is just your neighborhood restaurant found on almost any restaurant row or heavy populated outdoor mall, but nevertheless I think it was worthy of a review. We went into this restaurant on Tuesday in hopes of getting the all-you-can-eat enchiladas. We had seen the commercial advertisement the previous week and finally got a chance to drop in. Unfortunately by the time we made it in the advertisements had stopped and there was no mention of it when the server laid out the specials. We decided to take a chance and ask about it anyway. The server said he did not know if it was still available but he would check. When he returned we were told that although it it was no longer being advertised, his manager said they were still honoring the special until further notice.(Rancho Cucamonga location) We of course were extremely happy and ordered right away. I was glad we did. It was 3 enchiladas of your choice served with rice and black beans. The next round was 2 enchiladas minus the rice and beans. The taste was pretty good, not super special but definitely well worth the price of $ 9.99. While we waited for our main course we were served botomless hot crispy chips and salsa which were very good! I personally love the chips because they are super thin. If you get a chance stop in, ask for the special and if the server is not sure if it’s still available, have him check with the manager. Enjoy!

Not impressed with tge service or food. My parents and i usually visit chino hills location but decided to try Rancho. Well hh is our favorite the menu has changed boneless which are dry And over fried are the only option. now as for traditional wings which you would have to pay full price for are not an option during happy hour. I also ordered a Caribbean salad with seared shrimp which was presentable but i did have to wait for several mins to receive some utensils to enjoy my food. Slacking service. I think we will stick to chino hills location. ”

OMG my fave chili’s ever. Went out with one of my girlfriend for a overdue girls night and had drinks and appetizers for happy hour. The waiters were amazing and the manager even comped our Guc and Salsa cause it took a while for us to get a table at the bar. We had the Premiums Margaritas, as well as texas fries, hot wings and southwest egg rolls… mmmmmmmmmmmm cant go wrong at chilis

Do you remember a time in which chilis was so delicious and the food quality was amazing, now not so much. I give Angie our waitress a 5 star review for her upbeat attitude and smile, food-no Bueno. There were so many nats near our food one landed on my fork and looked as if it was giving itself a bath, and was so big I could see his eyeballs. Luckily I saw him and he stuck to my dressing on my fork so he couldn’t fly away but I spotted him before I put that little sucker in my mouth. I didn’t tell the waitress about this cuz she was so sweet I wasn’t going to be one of «those» customers. Meh

Go here at your own risk. Every time we come to this particular chilli’s we are unsatisfied. Something is either wrong or something is missing. This last time we went we ordered the Texas CHEESE fries and there was no cheese! The desert and drinks are good but the service is terrible. The quality of the food is terrible. Not just here and there, every time something is wrong.

Service here was just terrible. Just to order drinks from our server it took almost 15 minutes. Our food orders were either late or forgotten and came out cold. I’ve always gone to the chilis in North Fontana and never had anything bad to say. This location needs major help! Managers never once did a table touch the 2 hours we were here. Other table surround our party of 8 were complaining about the same stuff we were. Working in the restaurant business and this is not how things should be done. Won’t be back for this location ever again. Note to managers: always come do a table touch to tables that are complaining or had issues throughout the night. Unacceptable!

I came to this location with my husband the day after Xmas. The restaurant was full and busy, with a wait time of 30 to 45 minutes. We waited but then managed to snag 2 seats right at the bar. What a great choice we made. Both of the bartenders working at the bar were very attentive. We ordered a few drinks since it was happy hour and some appetizers. Our drinks came out promptly and our appetizers were awesome. Their boneless buffalo wings and fried pickles are so good! Afterwards, we decided to order a sandwich and the bartender offered to have it split for my hubby and I. The California turkey club sandwich was delicious and so were the fries it came with. We couldn’t finish all of it but overall we encountered excellent service. I would rather go to this Chilis location than another local location because service has always been great here.

Service was excellent . The bad part about it was at the end of our service. When the bill came and I purchased a gift card to receive the bonus card and I wasn’t told that I had to wait 4 hours for the activation. Which is not cool at all. And the manager was not even apologetic all he did was refunded my card and that’s it. Our server was excellent but the manager just lost business. Possibly.

NEW Fajitas(Choose Grilled Chicken and/or Pork Carnitas) * Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs w/Homestyle Fries(Choose Original or Memphis Dry Rub) * 9-inch Pepperoni Pizza * Mango-Chile Tilapia(Lighter Choice) * Mango-Chile Chicken(Lighter Choice) * Grilled Chicken Salad(Lighter Choice) * Classic Bacon Burger * Cajun Chicken Pasta * Margarita Grilled Chicken(Lighter Choice) * 6 oz. Classic Sirloin*(Also Available as Lighter Choice) * Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas * Original Chicken Crispers® * Crispy Chicken Crispers® * Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers® Dieses Angebot finde ich super.
