STAY AWAY! I went in a few weeks ago to get my second ear piercing, I don’t remember the girls name but she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. It seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of the store. She pierced my ears without giving me any opportunities to make sure they were evenly positioned/spaced. A week later after the swelling went down, I realized that the piercings were UNEVEN! This place is a joke, they hire these kids who don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. Now I am stuck with awkwardly uneven spaced piercings. I am definitely taking my complaint to corporate!

We just left the store with my daughters and grandparents in tow for my 8 year olds birthday present– pierced ears!
Just wanted to say Caitlin was awesome! Very patient even with juggling other customers and appreciate that my daughter had a great birthday experience.
My girls love the store and all the choices. I recommend for girls and we’ll bring them back.

Have visited this location twice in the last couple of weeks. First time on a Sunday afternoon to have my sons ears pierced. There was only one young last working the whole store. Place was super crowded with at least 5 people waiting for piercings. Salesperson had to constantly walk away from piercing to ring someone up. Total process for piercing took almost an hour and a half and we were 3^rd in line! I returned today to find just one employee working again and the store was just as crowded.

The business is very crammed up and I can barely walk in here. Customer service isn’t to bad, however it is very over prices for the accessories and not worth it. Unless it is an emergency.
