We’re regulars here and have been for about a year now. Consistently fantastic food, great service, and clean establishment. Prices a little high, but at least the portions somewhat make up for it. They always get my order right, and it is usually done in a decent amount of time. We will keep coming back.

As my eyes gaze upon the many artery, butt destroying, and sleep inducing food that Rancho Cucamnga has I decided to give Five Guys another try. I met some friends up and we were ready to feast like hungry peasants at a buffet. I ordered a hot dog, and a cheese burger. Hot dog: Yeah no. Why am I paying so much money for a ordinary hot dog… I mean I know what I was in for because I get it, its just a hot dog what the heck are you gonna do about it. But the fact that it was so expensive really bothered me. Usually hotdogs are 2 bucks at most places! I don’t want to keep ranting about this because its gonna make me so mad I’m gonna go cry vigorously into my dogs arms. Its a burger place, not a hotdog place, I get it. Cheese Burger: Good burger nothing to write home about nothing crazy good about it. It wouldn’t be bad if it wasn’t so pricey. I do like how well the burger is put together to make such a great messy cylinder of meat stuff. Overall I don’t get places like this, so you don’t have anything different about your burgers, nothing that makes you stand out, and you still expect to charge people a TON of money for your food. I can’t afford your disappointing service, burgers, and hotdogs(I’m crying now). +Good portions for Burger +Great fries +Touch screen soda machines –Price –PRICE –Service

Great customer service food was delicious. But! Me and my wife got food poisoning later that day and that’s all I ate the whole day, I never had food poisoning but I’m sure those were the symptoms threw up every last bit of that burger and fries and pee’d out of my rear the whole day and later my wife did the same. Only lasted a day but wasn’t pleasant missed a day of work and coughed up 22 $.

I love 5 guys! The establishment is always clean. Someone is always wiping tables, taking trash out, or sweeping. I think I’ve tried everything unless they have a hidden menu. Lately I’ve been obsessed with the Blt its got lots of bacon! The little cheeseburger is one patty while the cheeseburger is 2. You can get all the toppings you want included in the price or you can tell them«all the way» which includes all topping typed in black. On days I try to «behave» I get the burger in a bowl which doesn’t come with a bun. The hot dogs are amazing too and I normally am not a fan. They slice it in half to cook on grill. I love that they started making shakes I’ve had a few and try a different one each time all have been great so far. You can get all the flavors you want in shake for same price but adding bacon is extra. The french fry serving is huge you can get small regular or large and a small I still share with 1 other person. You can also get the fries regular or cajun style which is a bit more spices added than just salt.

Came here yesterday after my spartan race to replenish my lost calories and looking to fill my cravings for some protein and fries. Definitely not disappointed. Had the bacon burger with all the regular toppings on it, small drink and medium Cajun fries. Burger had 2 patties and bacon. It was maasive!!! With grease and flavor just dripping off of it. Also the Cajun fries are to die for. With their Cajun spices on it, I don’t know why other places don’t come up with that idea. Yea granted they were extremely salty especially with the ketchup on it, but u don’t go there to eat healthy… Total came out to $ 14 which surprised me cuz i remember when it use to be cheaper… guess times have changed. But it’s definitely worth it for that artery clogging goodness.

I was here once before when it first opened but I thought it sucked so I haven’t tried it again until today. Way better than last time. Food was great and the place was clean. That’s extra props cus I never see clean places that serve peanuts. I had a veggie sandwich with mayo and cheese and it was bomb. The ambiance needs some work though

–Location is good and clean. Workers very friendly and helpful. –Burgers as expected from Five Guys. Love that I can get mushrooms and peppers included. –Little pricier, prefer In N Out, but it’s a different burger, so hard to really compare.

So decided on something quick tonight. It was very slow at the restaurant, literally maybe 6 other people. …kind of concerning. Anyway, we ordered 4 burgers. The flavor is decent, toppings are simple and included in the price, and the size is smaller than average. We didn’t order fries, as they don’t look very good. Service, was average Not sure if I’d return.

Have been coming to this location for more than 3 years and it never disappoints. Come hungry leave happy. They are very generous with the fries yum yum. I love the freshness and all the veggie options it enhances the flavor. The Cajun fries are my favorite and the cool soda machine light lemonade with cherry is my go to beverage. Parking can be a bit difficult on a busy night and finding a table but worth the wait. I grew up on IN N Out but five guys has me now.

We come here a lot. We visit other locations as well and have the saw issue but this location seems to be the worst. I always ask for my grilled onions to be well done. The last 3 times I have gotten warm but still raw onions. I usually pick it up on my way to work so I don’t get a chance to check it or have it fixed. Last Friday I made sure when I ordered my burger to stress I would like them grilled a a well done. I asked when they called me to pick up my order as well. Yes yes and yes your onions are well done. WELL… Raw onions are NOT well done onions!

This location was very clean and the employees are very friendly. I love the burgers. Kinda messy I dont like how it falls apart but its still really good. Fries are bomb I wish they had ranch for them yummy. The only down side is you have to buy drink and fries separate but you get hooked up on fries.

We tried Five Guys Burgers on the recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed! We found the burgers to be good sized and so very tasty as well as the generous portion of fires. Five Guy is definitely a rival to In N Out in terms of taste, portions and price. I think In N Out has really gone done hill lately and would definitely visit Five Guys over In N Out any day. Yeah, they have no drive through and you have to go inside, but that is not a big issue for us. Besides, you can eat inside in a simplistic dinning atmosphere with lots of barrel of really good peanut to feast on while you wait for you meal. The only negative thing I can say is that Five Guys is not local to Upland and we do have to drive to Rancho. But, the quality of food and service far out weighs the short drive for us. This is worth visiting for your self!

I tried Five Guys in Orange County several years ago and thought they were A-OK. I loved all of the options they offered for your burger, the fries were good, and the complimentary peanuts were a nice touch. I still thought In-N-Out was better, but I felt that was probably the West Coast bias in me. When Five Guys opened in Rancho Cucamonga, I wanted to confirm my belief that In-N-Out was superior. I’ve eaten at this location a few times and while the service and food are consistently good, to me, it’s not even close: In-N-Out is still the best. What’s interesting to me is that because In-N-Out offers less, they make a better burger. According to the Five Guys website, there are over 250,000 possible ways to order one of their burgers. While that might appeal to some people, I’d rather just have a perfect burger delivered to me every time, rather than trying to figure out the magical combination of toppings that will satisfy my cravings. Still, the Five Guys burger is good, if a tad overpriced. Everybody I’ve taken to Five Guys likes it, so I can’t complain. But everybody also knows that In-N-Out still rules the West Coast Burgerdom.

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #161 — #365 To be honest, I’m more of a In-N-Out guy than an east coaster 5 Guys person. This location is right by the Target center between Conroy’s Flowers and Sunshine Foot Spa. You’re greeted with complimentary peanuts for the taking and bags and bags of more peanuts. The cashier was very welcoming and full of energy. I ordered the Kosher hot dog and medium fries fit for 2 people. My Kosher dog fell apart as I tried to take a few bites and it was messy. I’d rather have a hot dog from Costco and it’s much cheaper than a 5 guys. I didn’t see any quality with the Kosher dog. The fries on the other hand weren’t bad but felt soggy. Their soda machine was pretty cool picking different sodas and mixing the ingredients was fun. Would I come back? I dunno really. In-N-Out FTW!

SO believe it or not. this was the FIRST Five Guys I’ve EVER been to! I’ve been told about how epic the burger is and how incredible the fries are after being fried in peanut oil… blahblahblah… Burger: I LOVE Burgers. and love fries. So for me, this was an easy winner. HOWEVER. when i get a cheese burger, I usually like it partially or completely melted. Not a «oh, I just made a hamburger, but she wanted a cheese burger so I slapped some cold ass cheese on the patty and hope she won’t notice» type of thing. .it made me sad. Fries — they were like steak fries. Or like KFC potato wedges. Really good cuz I love potato. but also dusted with this seasoning that reminded me of Bojangles fries.(Please reference review of Bojangles in Raleigh, NC or ATL Airport for more). The service was fast. .as it should be. Restroom and resto was pretty clean. there was plenty of seating so good for groups… …and I think that’s about everything i have to say about this place!

5 Stars for the cajun fries 5 Stars for the soda machines(I’m not a soda drinker) 3 Stars for the burgers 4 Stars for the peanuts I like the idea of customization and having whatever you want but the burgers are definitely overrated, but I’d come here for the fries and soda alone. The machines offer a variety of sodas in different flavors. Service and location is also excellent. I’m an outdoor sitter so I love they have plenty. I
