Foothill Dermatology Medical Center

Initially I thought the staff was friendly but, after a number of visits I’m ready to find a new dermatologist. I actually like Dr. Sidhu but some of the staff is rude and incompetent and I can’t deal with it anymore! First issue I had was returning a product. I was told that the manager would call me the next day to discuss my refund. It took over a week to get a phone call from her which took under 1 minute on the phone. I was not happy but decided I’d let it go this time. I recently had an appointment with another staff member at the office. I couldn’t afford to do the procedure she suggested for me that day. I am on a regimen that works for me so I really only go in for RX ‘s when I’m out and need a refill. She actually seemed mad that I didn’t do the service. On my way out she wouldn’t look at me and the receptionist was sure to announce that I wasn’t scheduling my follow up appointment! Pressuring and shaming patients is probably not the best way to keep them coming back! I’ll be looking for a new Dr. and STAFF that is genuinely friendly and appreciative of my business.

Great experience! Staff very helpful and informative. Had a minor issue with my insurance, but their billing department cleared it up right away.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year for various conditions, I had a chemical reaction to both my hands and after one visit and obeying the instruction of the qualified provider, my hands returned to normal! After that, I came back to get cryo destruction to a wart on my right hand, index finger, as I work with paper all day, it was an inconvenience, and within a short period, that wart went away, blistering was minimal (if it doesn’t blister, it’s not done correctly) then I got laser hair removal, that is a current project! I adore the service at this place, it gets busy, and it can be a wait, but it’s worth it for what they do. I’ve seen Dr. Sidhu plenty of times, his providers are fast, friendly, and effective! Be sure to get your insurance stuff squared away, and don’t forget upstairs is Denise! She is their Aesthetician and she is so good at what she does, peels, advice, and all. As for the products available, I’d call ahead of time to make sure what you want is in stock, save you a trip or give you a piece of mind while you head on over. Give this place a try, be patient and you’ll be amazed by the result.

I’m honestly not sure why other people are complaining. I had a really good experience with this office.
My grandfather just moved in with me, and I’ve been taking him to various doctors to deal with the many health problems he’s been hiding for the last few years. He’s blind, mostly deaf, and going senile, and he absolutely hates doctors, so you can imagine how much fun this hasn’t been. Most of the doctors we’ve seen were either rude or just really impatient with him, and he’s refused to go back.
This was the only exception. I think the doctor’s name was Marcus Ortiz, and he was both unfailingly patient and very kind. He obviously knew what he was doing and handled my grandfather’s many problems with ease.
I also don’t have any complaints about the rest of the staff. Getting an appointment wasn’t a problem, and we didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes in the office before seeing the doctor for either the first or the return visit. The fact that my grandfather didn’t complain even once about needing to go back was almost shocking, but this was the first office where he was treated with respect.
