I always shop from guess, but today i had my worst experience there. I went to buy some stuff and when I went to the casher to pay they didn’t except to let me pay without my ID and as always i forgot ta bring it with me but I have a picture on my phone so the woman on the casher asked the other woman Shyenne Ward i think she is the manager or something so she came up to me and started yelling at me that it is a policy and next time I have to bring my ID. If she refused to let me check-out and said it in a polite way it would have been ok. She didn’t need to yell at me I’m a regular customer at guess and I was so shocked by the way she treated me.

We were so excited to come here, we’re from Los Angeles and decided to stop here on our way to Bass Pro Shop. Worst Guess I’ve ever been to. Recently came in here and got hounded by a thick white girl with red lips and black hair. Would not leave me and my girlfriend alone and just made us feel uncomfortable.

Horrible customer service. My husband bought me 2 outfits the wrong size and to went there to exchange a different size. Unfortunately it didn’t look good so I asked the lady to just give my husband a refund. I had a gift receipt. Lady said she needed a receipt, I replied that he may have thrown the receipt out but I can bring his credit card in. She replied he needed the receipt without that that there is no refund. I though that was wierd considering you can go to target with no receipt and they’ll give you a refund. I felt the lady didn’t want to give me the money back. The manager then came up and told me if I brought the credit card she could look it up and give a refund. I told the manager the other lady lied to me. They should train the staff correctly I couldn’t be the first customer that wanted a refund. I’m not shopping at guess anymore. People shop places because the refund policy is simple.,
