Customer service is the WORST in this store! I haven’t been in over a year for that reason and I decided to go today because of the buy one get one free, and I only buy bras there, BAD MISTAKE! For whatever reason the register wouldn’t allow her to right up my item BOGO, so she was like oh well it’s not taking it here’s your total, I said NO the whole store is buy one get one free, for that reason I’M DONE WITH THIS LANE BRYANT!!!

I drive all the way from San Bernardino for this store. They are way better than the SB one and the other Rancho one. The women are so nice here and really really helpful. On top of that, the selection is much better than the other stores.

Alright, the deal with LB is that they make clothes for fat girls. They tend to be more expensive, but the clothes usually last forever. I LOVE their bras, they’re pretty, they fit and they’re super comfy. The lace thongs are amazing! Super sexy, they don’t go riding where they’re not supposed to go, lol and the boys love them! 3 for 25, a bit expensive, but totally worth it!
The women who work here are usually pretty darn helpful, and for some reason, this store carries a lot more stuff than the one in the Terra Vista Center.
