Love my wedding ring from Helzberg. My mom has also bought a few stuff and has taken a few rings for repairs which weren’t bought there and they’ve fixed them right away. My sales rep was Billie she was really amazing as she showed me several rings before I made my final purchase as well as worked with us in getting us financed. My mom sales rep was Frank since he’s bilingual he has also been really helpful. I definitely recommend any of the sales rep there and of course the store you won’t be disappointed! I’ll defiantly be returning for my upgrades here. :D

Back in 2010 I walked into this store with my mom and saw that they had an emerald and diamond ring on white gold for $ 100 less than I had paid for the same ring (which happened to be lab created gems on sterling silver) at Kay jewelers. Of course I took the lab created one back and bought it from Helzberg instead! Then my fiancé bought my STUNNING engagement ring here… And we just purchased the most amazing wedding band to go with it! I absolutely live this store and all of the helpful employees!

If I can give negative stars, I WILL!
In 2009, I was looking for a wedding ring before Thanksgiving.
One of their ring looks great to me, but they don’t have my size.
They promise me it would be available by Dec 1st, so I pay them in full with extra money for life warranty. I told them I will leave US on 12⁄10 since my wedding is not in US. But they NEVER got my ring ready before 12⁄10! When I called them, the sales woman that made the promise to me did not even say a sorry to me. Instead, he asked her colleague to talk to me. What a horrible service it is.

You will not be disappointed with this jeweler. I’ve been a customer ever since my hubby bought my engagement/​wedding ring set 4 years ago and have never had a problem with the quality of the ring or customer service. We’ve purchased almost all of our jewelry here ever since with zero regrets.
