The gf and I got the chocolate chips cookies, the gf enjoyed it very much, but I thought it was all right and they were pricey an okay taste of cookies. There were no seats and therefore we cannot dine in, which is why this place is a 2 stars in my book.

It was ok. Nothing really special. Hot chocolate was not very hot. Staff seemed brain dead and really not happy to be working. Lines were shorter here then across the street at Starbucks but I think I will just pass next time I’m craving hot chocolate

Listen to the other reviews on this post! We came here yesterday because we were desperate for boba. service was okay and drinks were not terrible but honestly.$ 7.50 for a blended drink?! $ 5.50 for something on ice? So insane. I’ve never paid that much for boba.ever. The little cart in the middle is unfortunately gone so this is pretty much the only option for boba in VG. Just stick to the cookies and ice cream. at least they don’t charge an arm and a leg for it.

3 stars for a lovely Caramel Milk Pudding & Boba drink. Minus 2 stars for wanting to charge me full price for a Boba drink during happy hour because I ‘asked for no boba’. Get it together. Its called customer service.

Let me start out by making it clear that I’m a Nestle Toll House fan, and I buy a tub from Costco of cookie dough for every group event I go to and group vacations! So I skipped the chocolate cookies since I figured there’s no point in paying the mark-up, and opted to try a cake pop and cookie shake. I got the shake for half off because of a happy hour, and was still disappointed! I am 100% certain that I can scoop any vanilla ice cream into a cup, splash in some milk and cookies and stir with a spoon for 20 – 30 seconds, and come out with something better tasting or at least the same! There was nothing unique about the taste, and the consistency was horrible(completely liquid). I would have given 3 stars since I got decent service, and i realize it’s unfair to have too high expectations on a generic shake that is half off, but then i remembered the cake pop. The cake pop was VERY disappointing, with each bite having me wondering why I kept eating(which I knew was because it cost me 4 bucks). I may be an outlier, but I love the cakepops at Starbucks, which was actually right across the street — but with this my first time at Nestle Toll House, I decided that they probably know what they’re doing since baking is a bit more of a specialty for them(which is also how I excused the price at first)… But I was wrong. Just terrible! Sad when simple desserts can be so disappointing!

Great thai tea boba! Great place for sweets! My daughter loves it! The service was fantastic and the drink was delicious. I will definitely be going back for my boba… And especially at half price happy hour!

I love taro smoothies and that’s all I ever really get here. They make them pretty good here.

The sweets seem stale. A bit on the hard side, so I can tell they are old. The drinks are overpriced and not very good. The drinks are disgustingly sweet. The boba is extremely hard and over-chewy. I have had boba at plenty of other establishments. This place has an odd texture, I can’t put my finger on what it was in the boba that was really gross. I would skip this place for sure.

I came here with a group of friends after we walked the mall and we all got tea. I shared my tea with someone and it was good! The lady behind the register was nice, I really enjoyed looking at the cookie displays they have behind the counter, they’re cute! This is a decent location so I may return!

Customer service is great, the girls are very welcoming and friendly. The mocha on the other hand wasn’t good at all. We also purchased an under cooked cupcake and a frozen tiramisu.

***** there is a delicious and fair priced boba kiosk just steps away from this place near CPK go there for drinks instead***** This is my first ever bad review about any business. However after multiple attempts at trying to give this place a chance, I am compelled to review… There is this small girl with punky colored hair who is beyond rude every time I have come to make an outrageous purchase. Why she works there I have no idea she is truly unprofessional and is one of the biggest reasons I will never go back here. There are no prices available because everything is grossly overpriced. Not only did I pay $ 8 for cookies but also about $ 8.80 for a regular sized drink that really wasn’t good at all! The cookies were stale and hard and I ended throwing them away after a few bites. Same with my drink it was so nasty. I ended up throwing $ 20 in the trash… I can honestly say I gave this place multiple chances. This mall should definitely consider replacing this location because it’s bad business for this beautiful mall.

I love to come here ! It’s the nearest thing to specialty boba drinks, in the inland empire area! One of my choices I recommend is the matcha green tea(no boba) of course, the coffee caramel latte with coffee jelly(no boba). I’m not much a fan of boba, when I have the matcha green tea since it makes it much sweeter. My concern is the drink is over price with boba is $ 5.50, Without is 3.99. But besides that I don’t mind coming here at all for yummy drinks

I was happy since i was craving boba and Victoria Gardens had this place! It was very expensive compared to most places but their hot boba’s are SOGOOD. The boba they have is very soft and sweet compared to most, but I’m not sure if it was worth $ 5.50??? I actually bought the cold and hot taro boba since it is my favorite and they were amazing! I love this place but i wouldn’t come here very often just since the price is too high, but i definitely recommend trying it out if youre willing to pay a price! :)

I was walking around Victoria Gardens and I started to feel this overwhelming urge to drink some tasty boba, when it dawned on me that there was a boba shop nearby. At this point I was super duper excited and really wanted a boba drink. I wanted a caramelized milk pudding because it’s so #delicious. So when I was walking in I see who I believe was the owner, and I was dressed pretty nice on a side note. Anyways when I ordered the drink, and keep in mind I only wanted a REGULAR sized drink, he told me it was $ 7.50??? because he said it «was a special frozen drink» ITBETTERCOMEWITH A YUMMYVELVETCHEESECAKE, AREYOUKIDDINGME. I was depressed and desperate for something sweet and went to Starbeezies and settled for a latte.

I didn’t try any of their treats but rather since it was hot out, I tried their matcha green tea boba. My mom tried the berry pom acai smoothie. We both said our drinks were too sweet. Note to self: do not get boba at a random place at the mall. It’s not good and no matter what you might think, you’ll be disappointed. They said our drinks were 20% off but both came out to be a total of $ 8.80 for regular sizes. Yikes! Their display case was really sad looking. The cake pops looked like they were disintegrating before my eyes. Oh, and they won’t let you take photos or videos per the sign. Even though they have video cameras in the store. Next time we’ll go to Coffee Bean.

Their boba is awkwardly sweet. I am used to traditional Boba, not boba flavored with honey. I am not a fan of this place. Disorganized, feels out of place in VG(Victoria Gardens.) Best way to describe the store is much like an ice cream truck. A little bit of everything and cheesy signage.

The cookies are NOTFRESH!!! As a pregnant woman walking around VG, I was totally craving a cookie. I happened to see Nestle Toll House and why would i ever doubt that the cookie wouldn’t be fresh??? I mean isn’t that what Nestle is known for here? Anyways, it was GROSS. STALE. OLD. DISGUSTING. I was mad. my hormones were raging. I mean, all I wanted was a stinkin chocolate chip cookie. For sure, it had been baked some time ago, the left overs were put in the fridge and then in the microwave for the next day. I called the owner and said this is totally unacceptable and that they need to serve FRESHCOOKIES. She said they were but I called out her BS… she was silent because she knew I was right.

Oh my goodness. This place needs more staff. There is only one lady working in here right now and the service is SOSLOW. We waited like 20 minutes for a mango honey boba drink! The lady didn’t even say«sorry for the wait». I’m never waiting that long for a drink again.

I’m conflicted by this place, it’s more like 2& a half stars versus 3 but we’ll just go ahead and round it up for now. Nestle Toll House is known for their cookies, this place doesn’t have good cookies, it’s flat and hard, a little stale. Mrs. Fields is around the corner, go there for your cookie cravings. I do like their Thai Ice Tea boba, but $ 5.50?!? I’m really not a cheap person, but my gosh, that’s like highway robbery. We ordered 2 boba drinks and 1 cookie, total was $ 13. Didn’t realize that California was in a boba shortage crisis.

I should’ve read the reviews before I decided to walk into this place! Fascinated by the colorful honey boba beverage pics posted on the window, I let my fat cells take control and order a drink. I should’ve known better! It’s Nestle Toll House… not Honeyboba or Half & Half!(For you non boba connoisseurs, those are good boba places that specialize in honey boba) Nestle Toll House is known for their cookies or chocolate chips rather. They should focus on that and not venture off into Asian territory. But anyway… here’s a review on the place: LOCATION: it’s a pretty small storefront in the Victoria Gardens shopping center. It was rather unkept inside. SERVICE: it was slow. I could barely hear the girl take my order. I asked her about some drink options and she stumbled through her answers. I also asked for pudding in my drink and they failed to add that. BEVERAGE: I ordered the almond milk with caramel, egg pudding and boba drink. It was NOTGOOD! The boba was mushy, the pudding was meh and the caramel was more like brown sugar if anything. My friend ordered a Thai tea boba and just by the color of the drink it didn’t look appetizing. My friend didn’t like it at all. So my tip… go somewhere else!
