I came into the store looking to purchase shoes for my nephews and was greeted with a smile by Nick. He was very knowledgable about the shoes and other stock in the store. Nick was very patient as I looked and provided excellent customer service throughout my whole shopping experience. And even recommended some socks before I left as a great addition to the gifts I purchased, which I gladly accepted. I will be returning, Thanks again Nick and keep up the great work.

Erin greeted my daughter and I with a smile within 30 seconds and asked us if we needed assistance even after we walked in approaching the final minutes! This was a huge plus as I came in for one pair of shoes for my daughter and with Erin’s assistance and customer service walked out with three pairs of shoes and not to mention the extra socks that were sold to me off the benefits and features of why my lil ladies and girlfriend needed them lol. Erin was patient as I was waiting for my daughter to call/text me back on the size and choice she made AAAAAAAND while trying to get a hold of my girlfriend as well on her size. Erin’s patience was extremely appreciated as most team members would be anxious to leave right at closing. Thank you Erin oh and my daughter and girlfriend loved the socks! We will be back

The manager Carlos always goes above and beyond when helping customers. They have a great stock of shoes and if they don’t have it they do their best to find it for you.

Not a Journey I want to take again. Went into this store to check out a couple different styles of shoes. The young lady assisting us seemed perturbed every time we asked for assistance. She would roll her eyes when we asked for a pair of shoes from the back and as soon as we would try the pair on, she would pressure us for a decision on a purchase. If she didn’t have our size, she would bring out shoes a full two sizes larger asking if we wanted to try those. WTF??? Not sure if Journeys pressures their associates to bring in sales, but we did not appreciate feeling like we had to make a purchase just because we were asking for assistance.
