Came here to replace my last pair of sketchers that lasted barely over 6 months. I know I’m hard on shoes, and these are comfortable so I’ll accept that. I wandered in to this location and stood looking at shoes for a good 10 minutes before one of the two people working acknowledged me. I could understand if they were busy, buy they were both helping one person (the only other person in the store). A girl came over and I asked for a specific shoe in a size so I could get out. She said I’ll go grab it and be right back. She went to the back and came back and went straight to the other person. No box in her hand it anything. Then she sent the guy working over and I repeated my request. He walks right back where he came from!!! I walked out and they didn’t say a word. Apparently my business isn’t important to them so I’ll go elsewhere.

Great customer service here. There was a young sales associate, I think her name was Brittany (?), she was amazing.
We were there for close to 3.5 hours with this girl that WOULD NOT give up until she found a comfortable pair of shoes for my 84 year old grandmother. (Grandma has long super skinny boney feet)
We found some shoes! it was amazing, this may sound like a simple task but it really isn’t (not with those feet!)
Anyway, this whole review is for the girl whose name I hope is Brittany, because I don’t even wear Sketchers.
