I bought a pair of shoes here tonight, and Lisa was both friendly and knowledgable. I’ve been considering a pair for a while, and her excellent customer service made it a very easy transaction. So long as I like the shoes, I will definitely return to this store for future Ecco purchases.

Bought one pair from Nordstroms, and the stitching near the heel was bothering me. I took it to Nordstroms and they said mail it to Ecco. Ecco returned it without any note or explanation. They didn’t fix, nor exchange, nor give any credit.
Second pair I had bought, started falling apart in the heels. The sole and heel are made with some synthetic rubber which crumbles. Very expensive shoes, but the quality is poor. I guess if you buy from Nordstroms, save the receipts

Ecco shoes are the most comfortable pairs of shoes I ever bought. I always buy Ecco’s for work and they definitely can handle a beating in the kitchen.

Great attentive and helpful service. Bought two pairs and for the construction and the fact that they are hand sewn in Portugal definitely worth the money.
