KARINA had amazing customer service with me. After having visited many shoe stores Payless had the nude pumps I was looking for unfortunately not in my size but she did everything possible to make sure I was helped to the full extent asking if I needed anything every few minutes. Was very observant with anticipating my needs she watched other shoes I’d try on and offer advice or a compliment I appreciated her and good customer service is hard to find so I will most definitely give this place 5 stars for her and the cleanliness.
