went to the Riverside Office, about a year ago and have continue to go because I believe Doctor Macias is a good doctor yet the staff are incompetent. They don’t care for patient care and make the doctor look bad. They do not send authorizations on time, and don’t care for doing so, since its not one of their own that is ill. You need to call various times to ask for your services to get rendered. Oppose they get upset and don’t help you. I have encountered many incidents one of wish i was getting nowhere and when asked to speak to supervisor a so call Erika said she was the manager. So yeah I got no help. Finally surgery was set but i was called a day before 5 pm to give instructions when I’ve been calling every week. Would not recommended this office until i can see new employees there.

I went to this clinic for the first time and last time. The front office staff are very rude. They don’t care for patient care. I would not recommended this office.
