So I run a business and have 12 lines with metroPCS I Recently ordered four touchscreen androids from this store on arrow route in Rancho Cucamonga. Normally the guys there are way cool. So we unpack the phones and realize that the $ 19 touchscreens(all 4 of them, brand new) in fact freeze every time calls come in. WORTHLESS. I’m the dumbass who thought they would work, meaning all we need them for is calls, not even texts, and our training office is located 5 mins away from this metro store. That’s why we used this metroPCS location. Also because we have 8 other devices and lines connected to their store. So CASHMERE(sales rep), tells me rudely about electronics malfunctioning, manufacturer warranty, etc and really I don’t care or have time to ship four bunk-outa-the-box cell phones back to a manufacturer that shouldn’t have sent them out anyway! Mainly she was rude and when I was rude back she got even ruder! Not going back unless she is replaced, apologizes, or a manager calls me to fix my problem ANDINTHEMEANTIMEIMDISCONNECTINGALLMYLINES and WILLNEVERGOTOANOTHERAUTHORIZEDRETAILEROFCELLPHONESAGAIN. I will revise this review when we have further answers.
