The food wasn’t so great. I got chicken phö and spring rolls and the meat for both items tasted reheated, not a fresh taste. We also got our phö first rather than the rolls. The waiters were nice, but they only checked up on us twice and didn’t give us water refills. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Best phở ever! Nothing compares to this phở. I did find better spring rolls elsewhere in downtown la at a restaurant called little sister however the phở here is untouchable.

Very, very bad service. Happened twice, first my husband ordered phở and I ordered their sandwich, he got his phở and finished eating and i still did not get my sandwich. The second time he again ordered phở and I ordered a stir fried beef with rice and again, he got his phở, finished it & I was still waiting for my food to come. On both occasions I reminded the waiter several times until I gave up and cancelled my order. They don’t seem to care about good service. .

I was introduced to Phở Ha by my boyfriend. And I instantly fell in love. The servers are sweet. The food is amazing. Portions are great and the wait for food is pretty short. This is a casual place, everyone seems friendly. Perfect vibes here. They have pick up and you can always order it when this place is busy.

3.5 stars came here at 9pm on a Sunday night. decent size restaurant. waiters are ok, not too friendly. ordered : — bo luc lac = this was really good! a little too buttery though — phở = huge portion, decent broth — eggrolls = comes in 2 piece, with veggies & fish sauce. the lettuce had a bug on it. meh, it happens. no biggy to me, but just letting yawl know haha. my boyfriend already finished & eggroll, but of course they exchange it for us & got us a whole new dish.

I’ve tried dozens of Phở places in my lifetime and I promise you, nothing beats Phở Ha! After you have Phở Ha, any other Phở will taste nasty to you.

We are pretty much regulars here but we always order their bun bo hue. It’s one of the best bun bo hue I’ve had. If you’ve always eat phở and haven’t tried this, you should definitely do so! It’s a bit spicy but has more flavor than you can imagine! They are super generous with their meats. My boyfriend and I usually order the large bowl and share that. One thing I do recommend is to ask them to cook the noodles a little longer for it to be less firm. If it’s regularly cooked it’s really really firm.

Food is great! Sometimes I can tell they put too much MSG in their broth but overall nice service and good food. This is seriously the only viet restaurant in town that I can eat from. Other places are not for viet ppl like me who grew up eating traditional viet food the whole life.

Really good food I like the chicken soup and the charbroiled pork with thr rice noodles. Don’t forget to try their vegetable egg rolls– they are great. I also love their jelly dessert drink. It has jello, fruit, and coconut milk. Beware it can be ridiculously addicting and it’s a very sweet drink/desert.

The phở is good. The portions are generous too. The sandwiches are ok and I have the noodle dishes too. The service is not so great at times. I feel a bit unattended to in regards to getting a refill of water or the check, especially if it’s not busy. I still come here from time to time with friends. Food is food.

Phở #1: 3.5 stars The phở broth here has a lot more flavor than Phở Bamboo down the street& the service is lot faster. Bun Chao tom(Grilled shrimp & shrimp paste sugar cane in vermicelli): 3 stars There wasn’t much shrimp /shrimp paste in this bowl but the fish sauce that came with this was tasty. Service: A Fast & friendly, we didn’t have to wait for a table during lunch. Overall: 3.5 stars but bumped it up to 4 stars for the stellar service we received.

Came with a friend the other day. She ordered the #1 Phở with the eye round steak #3 with brisket, tripe, and flank steak. Hers was the XL, and be warned that bowl is HUGE! The broth was very flavorful, and it had a lot of meat and veggies on top of it being hot and perfect for a windy day. I ordered the Avocado Shake with Boba, and it was almost exactly like the one I used to get back in San Diego. Great consistency and flavor. What really made me update my review was our server. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very sweet and polite. My friend had asked for extra jalapenos and she brought it instantly. She also was very cordial when she asked to replace our nearing empty sauce bottle with a full one. There were a few other people in the restaurant, and I think she was the only one serving at the time. Really great experience. Will come again.

My coworker and I went to this place after work. They were an hour and a half before closing. The older lady who served us was very rushy to have us order. She lied to us that the kitchen was closing. We knew she lied because we asked another waiter and he said they close an hour and a half from now. The food however was very good. If I was to rate this for food only. I would give 4⁄5 stars. When we are halfway into our dinner, the same old lady came and gave us the check without us asking. Then two mins later, she came by and pushed the check on us and walked away and simply said«check please» in a rude manner. we didn’t even finished eating yet. I am not satisfied with their customer service. 0 of 5 stars for customer service. Not recommended for dine in.

Immediately after being seated the waitress asked us what we wanted to order. We didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu. She later returned and took the order but didn’t write it all down. When I noticed that I repeated my order twice before she wrote it all. I’m not sure if it was because we got there an hour before closing but the restaurant was dirty. There was trash everywhere on the ground and they already started to put chairs on the table. The phở was okay, it’s hard not to compare it to the ones in Westminster. This was the highest rated and most reviewed phở place in the area. If you’re passing through and have to get your Vietnamese fix then go here otherwise drive another 30 minutes for other options.

Spacious and CLEAN Vietnamese restaurant. This place has a bunch of tables and we were able to be seated immediately. It was about 2⁄3 full around 1PM too. I was impressed with the service. Everything was quick and friendly. Typically, you have to pull your teeth to get the attention of servers in phở restaurants but our waiters were extremely attentive. I got the large special phở(Xe Lua Dac Biet) which comes with everything and I thought the bowl was pretty much a standard phở bowl(ingredient-wise). However, what made me give this place 3-stars would be the amount of MSG inside the bowl. I know phở restaurants use MSG but I could taste the tingling sensation right after sipping on the soup. Seemed like there was a crazy amount of MSG used… We also got an order of the spring rolls and I’d say they are mediocre. The hoisin peanut sauce was wayyyyyyy too watery! It’s supposed to be a lot more condensed… Not the business. I was expecting better since I’ve dined at their Rowland location before. On a chilly day, I was looking forward to sippin on the soup… MSG ruined it.

Very spacey dining area! Fresh n relaxing plenty of booths. The Phở broth looks dark but is light in flavor. It could be more flavorful. I didn’t like that they brought my rotisserie chicken n rice out super early and my friend was waiting on her Phở for 20 minutes after. Come on!!! Anyway, spring rolls were good, food were overall decent. Glad they’ve drip coffee.
