The food quality has declined. My son used to love their BBQ Pork or House Fried Rice. Now he said it doesn’t taste the same and for me it doesn’t look the same either. They deleted a couple of our fave from the menu. The shrimp they use in their dishes is sooo small. It’s just not the same. Fast delivery to 91730 but will rethink if ordering again. I miss the previous Staff, Service and Delicious Cooking.

Ordered the flank steak phở, noodles were over/cooked not enough vegetables for the soup, dirty dishes on tables, not a good experience.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I ordered online via the eat24 application and had an estimated time of 20 minutes. I showed up to pick up my food and waited for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing at the counter. Just about everyone working walked right past me without saying a word. When I finally was acknowledged, I told them I was there to pick up my order. Well, they hadn’t even began preparing my order and told me it would be ANOTHER20 minutes before my food was ready and that I should probably take a seat. I finally received my food(I ordered the house phở and an order of pork dumplings) and barely received an apology for the wait. I asked for extra basil and lime for my phở and was told they didn’t even have anymore basil which is a staple when serving phở. Upon waiting for the lady to provide me with my extras, I was greeted by another employee who *finally* showed concern for me after waiting so long. There was no offer for discount or something to make up for my wait for them not acknowledging me/my order. Hell, they even had a sign outside that said«free drink with purchase of $ 7 or more» that they did not provide me. I took my food home to find that my phở was barely warm even though it should have been hot since it should have just been made. I will not be returning here ever again because the service was so poor. They only care if you want to sit down and eat but have no concern if you want to order food to go. I witnessed a few other customers in the same situation as me so it seems like this practice is common for them. WORST. CUSTOMERSERVICE. EVER.

Most horrible customer service. Never ordering here again. Ordered for delivery for two and the driver was so late that the phở and side items were cold. Too cold to serve actually. He called and asked for directions and even after he came to my cross streets it took him an additional 15 mins. Upon delivery I still thanked him and proceeded to open our cold food. I was willing to forgive this because it’s a busy Saturday night. Then that’s when I realize that we are missing items. Specifically the vegetables for our phở. I call the restaurant and I explain the situation to someone. Upon hearing my inquiry as to where these things were he replied with, «we ran out.» OHREALLY? I’d think you would have called me back and asked if that’s ok so that we can proceed… Rather than assuming I’m cool with it and just taking my money anyway. Now he hands me to a manager who looks up my order and tries to explain that they have been very busy… That’s great and all but does that excuse you from communicating to your customer that you’re out of some items? If you walked into del taco and ordered a burrito, I’m pretty sure they’d tell you if they ran out of fucking beans. The manager offers me 20% off(which only covers my tip) and asks if this will make me happy. At this point I’m fed up and want a full refund so I ask him to send his driver back. To which he replies, «So should I send my driver back or what??» You’re pissed at ME? Unacceptable. Never ordering here again and I’ll be sure to warn others to do the same.

Food was super greasy. I ordered today and they disappointed me. Plus they charge a $ 4.00 delivery charge but they don’t tell you they just add it to the bill. They orange chicken was nasty. Saturated in nasty artificial flavor sauce and chicken pieces were so small. Egg rolls are poorly made. For the cost of the entrées the food quality did not deserve what we paid which was $ 30.00. I was better off at Panda Express, but they don’t deliver would be cool to see a big panda type of vehicle deliver to the door. Only in my imaginary mind.

My friend and I had dinner last light… I wanted to relive my first experience. I did not recognize the menu, I called my husband he reminded me. I asked the server if they made moo shu chicken? He said of course(it’s not on the menu) I did not dream it… The spring rolls with peanut sauce, the cucumber/avocado salad and the moo shu were to die for!!! And my friend was the expert. I am just a lover of these entrées. The staff is wonderful and courteous, the service great, the food out of this world. Give it a whirl …(PS their Phở is smokin good)

Great price and friendly service for phở! We went through the drive thru and was given a kiwi green tea for the wait, it was surprisingly wonderful, also for drive thru service they were attentive and patient. Very friendly people, and I always love coming here, never disappoints!

This place was awesome! Leo went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. He was super friendly, let us try things and put up with our jokes. Definitely one of the best workers I’ve ever met! And the drinks and food were all delicious! Definitely worth the money and the trip out to Upland!

This is always my favorite phở place. The service is great, food is delicious, and it’s super convenient! Of course, every restaurant has their off days and there have been maybe 2 times the phở has been off, but that’s out of maybe 15 visits which is pretty awesome. I think it’s reasonably priced and very good portions, in my opinion. No other phở place is as good as this to me. And the service is amazing! I’m a regular and they definitely know and remember me and even my family which is always a plus. Awesome all around! Would definitely recommend to friends(and I have!)

I ordered to-go for pork spring rolls and phở steak/brisket. One star off because they didn’t put together my order until I got there when I call 15 minutes prior. Second star off because the spring roll looked like it was rolled sloppy and was ripped. Which I can forgive, but when I took a bite out of it, it had a fatty piece of pork and majority of the spring roll was pure lettuce and barely any noodles. The dipping sauce looked and taste watered down. I haven’t ate my phở yet, but if it’s going to lead to more disappointment, I will return to this review and update it. Updated, was about to start on my second spring roll and found what I think has rotting lectuces.

Today was my first time at Phở Star and I’m thinking, why have I not been here before. I was greeted by such a friendly staff and when I told them it was my first time, they were so helpful with recommendations. I got the beef phở. soo yummy and I checked in and got a free drink but the owner was so nice and gave me a 2nd drink for free cause I have never tried lavender tee before. We’re have I been??? I’m defiantly coming back! If you haven’t tried it. Your missing out! And they just remodeled. So very nice.

Usually come in for the shrimp phở and shrimp spring rolls, usually for take out. Both are always really good, and the service is great and usually pretty quick! Been to a couple phở places and I prefer going to phở star. Always on point

Terrible. We were looking for a spot to eat that had phở. We already knew that the area didnt seem to specialize in delicious asian food. Then I came across this place. Boy this rating is off. When we got in it was completely empty. We even witnessed a couple leave after 5 minutes. When we got our first order I really wanted to leave too. Overpriced, shit food to be honest. Food: The spring rolls looked like it was rolled up by a trainee. Maybe even a child. It was completely tasteless. Like eating paper. The peanut sauce was separated. Oil and gooey(not sure what the correct term was) totally implying how«fresh» it is huh. The phở was glistening with MSG. The taste was mediocre. Nothing that tastes like 4 stars like this Unilocal rating says. Save your money and drive around more if you really want food. The noodles were soggy and cut up. I like my phở long and natural. I couldnt even stomach the food there. The salt and pepper pork chops ALSO tasted a lot like MSG. It was salty but sweet. I can even see the salt and sugar crystals. AND the portion was EXTREMELY small for $ 10. It was like a piece of pork chop cut up and served on a bed of veggies to make it look appealing(at least they tried). Not worth it. I know a bunch of places in Vegas that is cheaper and gives 3x the amount. The fried rice was alright. Also MSG filled. You could almost taste the little rocks in your mouth. The only thing that made me even put a star is the service. The lady was super nice which made it hard for us to leave despite the terrible food. Dont even try guys

We used to eat here all the time. The BOGO boba lured us in, but the good food, prices and service made us stay!
Shoutout to the girl who works there(I never got her name, sadly, but she was always there). Super sweet and friendly. She also met my dogs when we went through the drive through once and even my big grumpy dog that doesn’t like strangers liked her. That says a lot! :D
The food is good and the prices are low/fair. I grew up with homecooked Chinese and Vietnamese food, my family’s business was Chinese restaurants, and I lived abroad in both countries for years. This isn’t mom’s homecooking, but it’s solid. Dining in, the eating area and bathroom was always clean. The environment was casual and ambient noise was quiet. I could never get used to using the drive through for a Chinese/Vietnamese place, but we always went through without a hitch and very little to no waiting time(aside from cooking time).
We’ve since moved away and miss this place! If we’re ever in the area again we’ll gladly stop by again.

Delicious, balanced, filling, well priced. If you’re into simple fried rice with good flavor I would go with #88, the young chow fried rice. It had great meat to rice ratio and did not taste like just soy sauce thrown on rice like some places I’ve been. Mom had the shrimp phở, I had steak and tendon. Good amount of meat and noodles for the size. Spring rolls were alright. Chicken rolls were delicious.

We checked in our hotel, and they provided a menu with places that deliver. Of course, we were stoked. This place showed up and why not have some phở? I checked on Unilocal, and it was 4 stars. It’s not everyday you see a phở place with 4 stars, so right away, we called and ordered. They have a huge menu, phở, rice, noodles etc. I had the regular phở and spring rolls. Not impressed. Phở was just regular, nothing special about it. I don’t think there was any rare steak? I could be wrong. The spring rolls were the most disappointing. They were small, wish I took a picture. There was nothing but a few pieces of meat and lettuce in it, no noodles. The peanut sauce that came with it seem watered down, ’cause it was basically flavor-less. How can you ruin spring rolls. 4 stars? I wonder what kind of people are eating here. The best thing about this place is that it delivers, so if you’re hungry and not trying to move, I guess you can order here?

Tried this place for my first time today. Nice atmosphere and very tasty food. I ordered the salt and pepper pork chop with lo mein, rather than steamed rice. The pork came fried, piled nicely upon chopped romain lettuce, chopped onion, and sliced sauteed jalapenos. It was a huge serving too! I could have shared with someone… COULD have lol The lo mein was sort of cool when it arrived, but it was tasty none the less. I will come back for the special roll, phở, and fried dumplings(my favorite). Price was $ 12.37 for all including a soda. Not bad at all.
