Renaissance Nails and Spa

Under staffed on a Sunday, poor managing. This is the second time I’ve tried to walk in. I suggest calling first so you don’t waste your time.

Came here for the first time and I didn’t have an appointment. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly and took my info down and said the wait time was about 20mins. When I was called a guy sat me at a spa chair for about 10mins with NO water in the bowl or massage nothing so I was a little surprised and I said to him I could have stayed in the waiting area and he finally turned in the warm water and showed me how to use the massage chair. That was an immediate turn off. But my nail technicians were great. My experience started off rocky but the quality of work turned it around. Brian did my hands and they came out great. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my feet but she was great. And it was quick too. I may have found a new nail salon! I will be back.

When I walked in this place had a great relaxing environment! Packed full with 26 pedicure stations and about 20 manicure stations. big screen tvs with the sound down and nice music playing. Great massage chairs, they line each pedicure basin with plastic so it’s clean each time. My massage girl was very pleasant. I’ll definitely come back!

Probably the BEST pedi I have ever had!!! May was fantastic and made me feel on top of the world. Can’t wait to go back and try another on of their specials

May is a great nail technician. She is thorough and her manicures and pedicures last and look better than any I have ever had. She is extremely customer focused and is very sought after. So make an appointment with her ahead of time. Best I have ever had!!!

They pay close attention to detail and are very hospitable. Even when crowded they are attentive which is rare. Nice soft music playing while you enjoy your services and they communicate with you the entire time. There are a few small children here which threw me off a bit but it wasn’t too bad… they should have a no children policy unless receiving services and that’s why I’m giving them 4 stars… great place!

Worst pedi ever. 19 minutes from start to finish. I think she forgot too coat. Not even shiny. Awful.

They cut my thumb nail almost to the skin. It was painful but they said I would be okay. Then put the acrylic nail on top, after that, it wasnt as bad. But tingly pain continued. It got worse day after day so almost 2 weeks later I had to pull it off and this is what I found. It’s excruciating! You can see the indentation where they drilled down too deep in that corner. My thumb had been throbbing pain and now I need surgery to cut out the ingrown nail. If this happened to you too while you got your nails done here, contact me! It’ll be a while til I get the courage to go to another nail shop. So unprofessional!

way too overpriced. my technician Bryan did an amazing job, but the price just kills it for me. the salon is very nice. when you walk in the smell of acetone abs acrylic hits you in the face. you get «complimentary» refreshments but I think you may get charged for it secretly. I got a full acrylic gel set with 2 rhinestone designs. Cost me $ 63. definitely not worth it in my opinion.

Went there for my first time today. Nice location and it’s pretty inside. I walked in for a pedicure without an apt and did not have to wait so that was a plus. I got a pedicure with hot oil (but didn’t receive hot oil to my knowledge), added on calus removal and a design. Total came out to $ 41 and including my tip ended up being $ 50. Kinda expensive and no big deal to me honestly. Nice staff and they give you a choice of beverage so possibly will try again depending on how long my toes last.

Pedicure was great but can’t say the same for my mani!!! Plus being six months pregnant tapping my stomach to ask for my hand is just straight rude never going back. Had better service else where ehh oh well.

First visit today and it was awesome! A little pricey but totally worth it. Everyone was really nice, offered drinks, it was super clean and fancy looking. The atmosphere was relaxing and everyone looked like they were very happy. It’s my new favorite place :)

This nail salon is nice and clean. When you walk in a girl name Tandy is so nice and asks how can she help you. Once you sit in a chair for your pedicure, you are given a beverage of your desire (water, green tea, etc.) I have come here a few times and have been pleased. However, not sure when management changed but the prices have seemed to have shot up.
For a gel manicure and (regular) spa pedicure costs about 70 dollars! Its insane! They even charge you if you want to get a manicure with gel, cuticle cut with gel manicure or just a regular gel polish. Can you believe that?! The only reason I keep coming back –and for different services is because there are some really nice girls like Christine and michelle. There is a new girl named Crystal that works there and answers phones. Even she makes me not want go there anymore-​she is just not very personable at all. And the guy that manages the place has absolute no personality. The only reason this is 3 stars is because the ladies mentioned above, otherwise I probably would have given 2.

I have been coming here faithfully for close to 10 years. The management has changed a couple of times but the quality of work and costumer service continues to be excellent. My entire family comes here as well based on my recommendations. The prices are higher but the salon is extremely clean compared to other salons.
The techniques and craftsmanship is excellent too. They always offer you a cold drink when you arrive. All of the staff is friendly and remember you when you walk in. Brian is my go to technician. He does amazing work! I am always more than satisfied when I come. I refuse to go any other salon.

Pricey but clean and elegant with great service. Gel manicures that last for a month. Non pushy, knowledgeable, ENGLISH-​SPEAKING technicians that get the job done with no nonsense.
They always offer you a refreshing drink and I have yet to have to deal with a bunch of kids running around. A nail salon that remembers the salon experience. So nice!
Come here, you deserve it.

After I moved to Rancho Cucamonga from LA, I could not find a new nail salon. After almost a year of looking and being continuously frustrated and disappointed, I found Renaissance Nails and Bryan. Every single time my nails are nothing less than perfect. Bryan is amazing and I would never trust anytime else with my nails. I get compliments on my nails all the time! People say, «Aren’t they a little pricey?» All I have to say is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Sure there are lots of places that are cheaper but what you get in discount you lack in quality. As far as I’m concerned, this is the ONLY place to get your nails done!

I always love coming to this nail salon. At first it was just for the luxurious pedicures. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming and the work they do is amazing so I decided to try them out for a full set. I called in today to see if someone could take me in an hour. No problem whatsoever. They take walk ins but booking appointments is always the courteous thing to do. I showed my technician three pictures because I wanted a certain detail from each. Once again, no problem. And let me tell you, Jennifer executed perfectly. My nails were exactly how I wanted them to look. Jennifer is a perfectionist and definitely showed that during our time together. For $ 68, I was done in an hour and fifteen, got exactly what I wanted, and felt like I was extremely taken care of. Renaissance is always a great choice.

I’m torn between giving three stars and 4 stars. I get my nails done here all the time and I only let Brian or Jennifer do my nails. I always get the stiletto nails done and they shape them nicely and take their time.
Any time I have ever let someone else do my nails they are poorly shaped, or they break easily. I had an experience recently where I went for a fill and a nail tech other than the ones I normally use did it and I kid you not after two days I had 4 broken nails and I tried to see if they could do anything to fix them when I was off work and they didn’t have any availability and wouldn’t make any exceptions.
Again I am sitting here with 2 broken nails (this time it was my fault they are broken) and they don’t have any availability to fix it which sucks.
So to sum it up. It’s hard to get in to see the good nail techs, and if you want crazy or fancy designs you are better off somewhere else. Customer service is only so so, (crystal at the front desk is REALLY nice, but not all the girls are).
But for a clean nice set of nails, call early and make an appointment with Brian and Jennifer and you’re good to go.

I’m in love with this place! I got the hot oil pedi and I was on cloud nine. It is a bit pricey but it is totally worth every penny to treat yourself.
This was my first time visiting and I only saw it from outside. Which I have to admit is misleading! When you walk through the doors your greeted with a smile and so easy and understanding of their serves. If your not sure what to get they recommend you a treatment.
Will for sure be coming back again
