Very good environment, was delicious and the employees were nice. I had the spicy Italian and they made it really quick and just how I like it.

Fast — Clean — Friendly! My boyfriend and I used to come here often when we lived around the corner. The subway is located in a nice little shopping center not really and big anchor stores, mainly mom and pop shops. The dining area is big and every time I’ve visited, it’s been clean! The employees are nice especially Jeo! Thanks for having great guest service and always being friendly!

Came in to buy a sandwich, I work right next door so I wanted a coffee cup cause I forgot my mug at home. I asked the person who helped me if I could buy an empty cup and another guy said no because inventory would be off. Like really?! I said I’d buy it not if I could have it for free wtf. The guy who made my sandwich was very nice.

I wish I could rate this store a 0. Ordered a platter of sandwiches came to pick it up 2 days later they said they did not have an order for me to pick up. I describe the girl that took the order they called the girl and the girl said she took no sandwich order. Unfortunately I had to go somewhere else and get food for a meeting. I would not recommend this catering of sandwiches at all. I went over to Jersey Mikes they made me a platter and less than 5 minutes. Recommend going to Jersey Mike’s. Found out their sandwiches taste much better then subway in my opinion, goodbye Subway you just lost my business

TOOBAD, SOSAD! I’m a big fan of Subway. That’s why it pains me to say that my sub had stale bread & the meat wasn’t the freshest and neither were the tomatoes. I’ve never met a Subway sandwich that I didn’t like but this was pretty bad. It got worse with every bite. The young lady who made the sandwich was quick & polite but thats where the buck stopped. I would probably suggest this place to my worse enemy but not to anyone else. Sad but true.

Good enough. The employees are friendly. I hate how subway counts meat cheese etc. seems very assembly line but that is what you can expect. This particular store is better than the options in the area.

This subway has an amazing staff. Yes, the food here is your basic subway food but it’s the customer service that makes it stand out. This location seems to never be crowded; I’m always in and out of this place very quickly. Always satisfied coming here.

This is my favorite Subway by far! There’s a guy that works there in the morning who is super friendly and always chats it up when he makes my sandwiches. Overall, I’ve never left with a bad sandwich, the service is great, and you never have to ask for«more» because the servings are ample.

Love this subway! Last week after the gym, we went to eat healthy, cuz that’s what you do after a workout! Well all ordered(3) of the flat bread sandwiches, we almost and tried to finish them but the bread was hard! So mentioned it to the staff, and with no fuss they said we can make all new ones! Didn’t expect that at all, cuz we almost ate it all! We all got new sandwiches! And they said they were sorry! Like it was their fault, which it wasn’t! The bread was just hard! So I just found my new subway!!!

A perfect 3-star candidate. 3 stars for having cheap, fairly healthy food. And that’s all they get. There weren’t any other redeeming qualities. One of the guys(on the register) was really nice, but the other was pretty rude. The food is average Subway, which is pretty acceptable all in all. But hey there Subway… I see what you’re doing! Shying away from the 5-dollar footlong and emphasizing various 6-dollar footlongs, are we? Here’s the deal, friend-o. When my Veggie Delight costs $ 6, I get it somewhere else. Capice?

This what I sent to Subway’s corporate office regarding my experience. Horrible This has got to be the worst Subway experience I have ever had at any Subway store. I do not ever write to corporate about any issues if they may provide bad service but this time I needed to communicate my experience. I went into the subway store to utilize my $ 20 gift card. I had purchased several as gifts and kept 2 for myself. I had tried to use a $ 20 card I have at the above mentioned location 2 weeks ago. At that time my giftcard did not swipe. Not being an issue at the time I had paid cash for my sandwiches and left. On Tuesday 01/24/2012, I called the number on the back of my card(877−697−8222) to find out what I can do to redeem my card. A rep named Paul helped out and he stated to me that I may go back into the store, they can call the toll free number and they could walk the employees how to merge a balance onto another card. I was good with that. Tonight(1÷30÷2012) 2 ladies were working behind the counter at the Subway location on Foothill Blvd. I spoke to one right away before they started my order and told her that I was having issues with the swiping of my card. They both attempted to swipe it to check it’s balance and it would not read. I told them both of my conversation with the customer service regarding my card. They both did not know what to do and did not want to call the toll free number to find out my balance. When i asked why not they repeatedly stated that they couldn’t do that. I told them what was told to me about transferring a balance to another card and they still did not want to help. At this point I asked for there names since they did not wear name badges and both refused to give their names. I was thrown back that they refused and asked for the general managers name or franchise owners name and contact number. They did not want to give me any information whatsoever. At that point one said she would give me her name and write it down but the other told her not to do it because they didn’t have to. So they helped 3 other people and ignored me, before they talked to me again. They did make a call to, whom I assume is, a manager and that person also said to them that they could not do that and for me to go somewhere else and try my card. Given my whole experience was about 25 minutes in this store I do admit I did get upset and argumentative towards the employees I don’t feel they had the customer service ability to handle the situation and I don’t think there was supervisor of any kind on the premises to assist. They even got a security guard from the market next store. Ridiculous. I live one block away from this location and visit here at least 3 – 4 times a month with a family of 5. It’s not cheap when I visit. So for me to be given the absolute worst customer service over a $ 20 gift card when I spend an easy $ 40 on one visit with my family is beyond me. Being a franchise store maybe the owner(s) don’t care, but this is a representation of the Subway name and a disgrace in the customer service received. I was not asking for anything free but to use my gift card which I HAD purchased only a month before. There is a serious break down in communication between what the Subway customer service reps say compared to what employees are capable of doing in store to help your customers. I expect a resolution to my situation since I have a perfectly VALID $ 20 I would like to use. There is no deceit or fraud happening here. I have complete information on when and where I was making these gift card purchases. I will be looking out for someone to contact me. Thank You

This location is nice and clean, and the line moves very quickly. It is a bit tucked away so it doesn’t get as busy as some of the other local locations.
