Just took 20 minutes to get a cold sandwich to go, five ppl in front of me and four workers. The gentleman making my sandwich asked me 3 times what I wanted on it.

All Jersey Mike’s are delicious. I haven’t met the owner here yet but the owner down in Huntington is super cool. It’s nice to see that level of customer service in a franchise.

Vinegar sandwich is what you get here. Remember tell them Easy on the vinegar or you will regret it. If you are Craving Vinegar this Jersey Mike’s Subs location is your fix.

Got their signature Philly Cheese steak sub. It was delish. This is my first time here. I ordered online using points(from a promo) and went in for pickup. It was simple and fast with no wait. The food was great, the staff was courteous and nice. Prices are slight bit steep for a sub in my opinion compared to the competition. But it was ok. I totally recommend this place.

Have tried a few sandwiches which were really good. I got a sandwich in a bowl(no bread) which was pretty pricey for very little. A couple the girls are rude that they hire but over all most of the guys and girls are friendly. If you have never been they do get a little frustrated I noticed.

Customer service severely lacking. Did not ask what I wanted on my sandwich, i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, etc. When I told the young lady who assisted me what I wanted she seemed to get an attitude. Not what I wanted to see after fighting holiday traffic on LA freeways. Too much vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. If I lived near this location I would have returned the sandwich, instead I chalked it up as a loss. You don’t want my money that’s no problem. This location(Foothill & Vineyard, Rancho Cucamonga) will never get a penny from me again! I did toss the sandwich!

I’ve visited this location a few times and it was great. I love the veggie wrap and they make it perfect. It doesn’t fall apart when I eat it. Great service, great food, why wouldn’t I come back? Special thanks to the tall gentleman, George I think? For putting up with all my questions.

Great sandwiches, but on my last visit I was sadly disappointed with the meatball sub. It looked like a smashed sandwich, picture included. It definitely did not look like the picture on the menu

Incredible service. Quick, efficient, correct, and all done with kindness and a smile. Finished a large last minute catering order in under a hour. Far exceeded my expectations. The manager was on hand and super helpful. Even helped load my car. Will come back and use them whenever possible. Thank you!!!

Good food. Fresh meat and cheese. Freshly cut too. Great service. Food is just a bit pricier than subway, however, the quality of the food shows you get what you paid for. Good stuff. Love the sandwiches and wraps.

I’m always at the Jersey Mike’s by my work(in Monrovia) and I feel like that’s the main one I go to. However, when I’m at home, my husband and I will feel like Jersey Mike’s every once in a while and we go to the one in Upland off 19th Street because they have a lot of outdoor seating. Sometimes we have our dog(s) with us. Anyway, we were in the area and stopped at the one on Foothill Blvd. They are on the northwest corner of Foothill and Carnelian in the same plaza as Haggen’s and Panda Express. We shared a Giant #7(Turkey Breast & Provolone on wheat). The one thing I have to point out was the customer service. I didn’t catch their names, but there was one male and one female employee that were just great. Compared to the customer service from the Upland location, the Rancho Cucamonga location blows them away. Other than the #7, my ultimate favorite is the #8 Club Sub(Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo. Mike’s Way) But that’s on an «indulge day». Don’t forget to join the club and rack up some points. Sandwiches are pretty darn good. First time there I got the #8(I forgot what it was called or what was in it) which I was told was a common one to get and not only was it big(I got a regular) but it was delicious. I usually go for a juicier sandwich, so usually I would like a lot of sauces/condiments but at jersey mikes if you get it «mikes way» they sprinkle spices and splash a bunch of splashy stuff and the sandwich comes out just right(in my taste): not dry, juicy and flavorful. The second visit I got a California club which was delicious and my bf got a California chicken cheese steak??? It’s a hot sandwich. Anyway, they added avocado to it and it came out looking good and tasting even better. Employees were a little weird but they were pretty helpful with sandwich selections. The only downside I would say is that adding on chips and a drink is almost $ 3…it’s kind of a lot seeing as how one regular sandwich can be around $ 8 – 10. Other than that, the sandwich itself is delicious.

I can’t believe this was just my first time here! I’ve wasted so many years but oh well now I get to try this yummy subs place. I tried their cold sandwich and i was very impressed with stuff that they put in the sandwich. Each single ingredient places an awesome part to make my every bite heavenly. Definitely will go back for more. i want to try the hot sandwich next time!

I’m a huge fan of Jimmy John’s, but given that the Inland Empire doesn’t have one, I figured that I’d give Jersey Mike’s a try. What a big mistake! I went with a regular sized Original Italian prepared Mike’s Way. Although the service at this particular location was very friendly(which explains why I’m giving two stars), my sandwich was terrible; it was so drenched in vinegar that I couldn’t eat it. I’m a fat kid trapped in a handsome man’s body, so it’s very unusual for me to throw-away food. My Original Italian sandwich was one of the few exceptions. Unless you have some sort of weird vinegar fetish, I recommend that you ask your sandwich maker to either hold or go easy on the vinegar.
