The Flame Broiler

This flame broiler location is extremely rude. We ordered over the phone 3 white meat chicken bowls to
Go. When we got home 2 of the bowls had dark meat and they charged us extra for the white meat 3 times. So we called them to let them know and they refused to believe us and we’re arguing on the phone. So because we live 2 minutes away we drove there to prove them wrong. And sure enough they are still jerks. I just got my money back at that point because I didn’t trust them to re make it and they sure didn’t deserve the business. All they had to do was apologize and make new bowls. It’s not that hard! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This location is located right next to my mom dentist she just recently got dentures and is re learning to eat. They are always friendly and accommodating they extra chop her chicken for her bowl because it’s still very hard to chew! They don’t act put out or irritated by the request! I definitely recommend this flame broiler!

I really love Flame Broiler and the way they make they grill the chicken. This is first time and definitely the last time. Unlike other stores, the portion is obviously much much less than other store. I ask their staff and he told me that they have announce that they must follow the portion posted online which is totally non sense. If that’s the case, they should change their menu pictures and let everyone know.
The portion is only ¹⁄₃ of what’s shown is the menu picture.

It’s healthy, it’s straight forward and now it’s all gone and in my belly headed for the digestive tract. TMI. I know but plain and simple is what this place is and that’s not a bad thing especially when you’re looking for a low carb, high protein alternative.
A tub of grilled steak and/​or chicken lightly doused with their «magic» sauce (it ain’t magic, it’s just teriyaki sauce) and layered generously over a bed of steamed veggies is just what the family doctor ordered during my last check-​up. (high cholesterol and low vitamin D but you didn’t ask for that did you… TMI AGAIN!!!)
They do have this pretty sweet green sauce here at this location that not all Flame Broilers have so I definitely appreciate the extra drop kick of flavor in the mouth every time I come to this particular eatery, so thank you for that.
Not overly friendly here but then again it depends on who helps you. I guess you don’t come here for friends though you come for the Neanderthal bowl of Fred Flintstone meat chowder so no complaints, just thought I’d put it out there.
Ok, well the fistful of jalapeños I just threw back that sat atop my meat mountain is talking to me… in German or something so I gotta go if you know what I mea… TMI … I’m sorry.

We have had multiple disappointed trips to this restaurant. I don’t even know how you can be ok with handing this out to a customer. Very poor portions.

Food good but portions are very bad. Customer service is good. Nice location and clean place. They need to change their portions bowl are only filled ¹⁄₃ of the way. That’s not good. Go to another flame broiler where their portions look like their posters and advertisements.

Love this location. There food is always great tasting. Great chicken and veggies for healthy eating. Will be back again

This review is for the VitaminWater beverage. Earned my free drink yesterday after my 5^th stamp (yippee)! Excited to try VitaminWater Revive. I should say that it tasted watered down even without ice. The lemonade has the same watered down taste, too. I was expecting for the Acai variety to be sweeter, this one worked for me as it isn’t sweet.

Great place to eat. Convenient and a healthy option for the kiddos. Easy to order take out and it’s always ready when we get there. The staff is both friendly and helpful.

Eat here about 1once a month since it opened, normal flame broiler. I get the chicken vegi bowl, the chicken is light and dark meat and I like that but you can upgrade to just white meat. Always delicious and a healthy alternative to a burger and fries. From ordered food to table in about 2 – 8 mins, got some over cooked rice once but no big deal. Make sure to use the magic sauce!

I wanted desperately to give this place 5 stars. It’s the best option for a quick, healthy, ketosis (low carb) friendly meal around here, it’s decently priced and within walking distance from my house. With the option of ordering extra veggies and no rice alongside my beef/​chicken mixed bowl, I’m quite a happy camper. The magic sauce is delicious but I use it sparingly as it obviously has sugar in it. Service was friendly and quick, no complaints there. Everything here is just a good idea. Until you get to the actual food. The veggies are pretty bland (salt, pepper and hot sauce to the rescue!) and the meat suffers from being obviously less cleaned up than it should be. It doesn’t even taste cheap, just seems like they’re a bit lax on how well they de-​gristle it. I plan on at least 2 more trips to test the meat and then I’ll update my post. For now, it’s a great, healthy alternative to the garbage most fast food places serve. That alone would make me happy to keep trying.

Tried Waba, so much better quality for similar prices. Sorry Flame Broiler, one star is knocked off. Step up your meat game.
