The Frozen Bean

I have been using a variety of their products for my business and can say with confidence that they truly have great product, and they value ALL of their customers. I have had terrible experience with other vendors as they do not value the «little guys» as much, and are more focused on bigger accounts. After all everyone started as a «little guy» at one point, no? :-)
Jessica and Madeline are the two superstars I have been dealing with, and they are fantastic. Very pleasant, and they do their best to ensure you are taken care of. I am a coffee shop owner based in San Diego and I recently have had the privilege to add some new flavors from Frozen Bean. I am very fond of the Toffee Mocha, Java Chip, and Belgian Dark Chocolate crème blend! Each flavor has had great success with my customers and I cannot wait to add more of their flavors. Since they were so awesome to send me a variety of samples for free, I am looking forward to adding some of their delicious Chai Teas.

I’m a new coffee shop owner in Santa Monica and heard about Frozen Bean through a friend. Checked out the website and was ecstatic to see that they offer free samples! Got my free samples in the mail within a few days. I wanted to add something different to my menu so I tried the Raspberry Mocha Latte, Sea Salt Caramel, and their Cinnamon Bun, and Tiramisu Crème blends! They were amazing! Surprisingly the my customers absolutely loved the Sea Salt Caramel and Tiramisu flavors. I couldn’t get my hands on more any faster!
Since all their products are powdered base, it helps a lot with storage and shelf life. But then again, I was running out of inventory quick. Easy and quick customer service. Packages came on time and in an efficient manner. Will be doing a lot more future business with them.
