Do they only have 2 employees to help the whole store? Understaffing making customers wait 20 minutes for someone to be available to check us out.

Love this place!!! They make me feel welcomed and comfortable. One of the managers even helped me pick out a hair dye when I was stuck between 2 colors. He know how to do a good job and the main manager knows how to run a store! I do miss some of the old staff but I know sometimes its jus out of your hands when they have to transfer

Alex and I waited over 25 minutes for an attendant to help us with passport photos. We only needed an employee code for the self-help kiosk. After the helpful front register cashier made 4 intercom calls for Cindy, Customer Service, etc… with zero response… we ended up reshelving our groceries and just leaving. There were about 3 other customers in the entire store.

Love the store, but the pharmacy is a mess. Forget the fact that they never have what you need in stock, forget that they are rude(EXCEPT Mike, he is awesome and one of the reasons I kept going). They make mistakes, small ones and BIG ones. Such as putting an open bottle of morphine among my autistic sons medications. Then not hearing back from them for DAYS and when I did, the pharmacy manager calls with an attitude, SHE is the one who put my son in danger with her negligence. I am sad because I loved this store but after all this and still not getting a resolution after over a week. I am done JUSTBEWARE.

I’ve been a customer at this location(Rancho Cucamonga, CA on 19th and Carnelian) since it has been opened. I come in at LEAST3 – 4 times a week. The managers are NOT the friendliest since the others left. They don’t speak, they walk around seemingly miserable & not very interactive. The girls at the register talk entirely too much about their personal lives with one another when they are dealing with customers. Today, I go in looking for the newly released Flonase. I ask the girl DENISE at the counter if it was in yet. Her response, «Oh, I don’t know. I don’t think so». THANKSDENISE for NOT knowing YOUR job. So, I walked to the back of the store to check for myself. I didn’t see it and asked another girl. Her response. Another ridiculous case of «I DON’T KNOW». I’m baffled by the lack of knowledge these girls have about their store. They work there. I SHOP there. I shouldn’t hear I DONTKNOW. «Let me find out for you» OR «Let me check» would be deemed acceptable. When I returned with the product I advised the clueless and unconcerned DENISE they had it in case someone else asked. Her response. «Alright». No, it’s «THANKYOU». It seems as though all the GOOD employees(except for a few decent ones) have disappeared and we are left with this terrible customer service. Bad news travels way faster than Good news. You might want to give your employees a refresher course in CUSTOMERSERVICE.

Lost my job of 20 years. Shopped on Internet for lowest price for necessary medication. I get there and they don’t honor the Internet price. They wanted $ 20 more for the prescription. I was told“That’s just the way it is. «their lack on ethics and compassion for someone out of work sent me to Costco. Nice people, keep their word.

I love Walgreens in general, because they are always clean, have interesting merchandise, and friendly professional staff. I chose to rate this Walgreen’s because I’ve stopped by here a few times recently, and it’s always been great. Their staff is friendly and nice.(This is rare nowadays) I have accidentally stumbled upon items I’ve really needed, but didn’t know that I needed. I’m so grateful! And they always have a bathroom readily available. Thanks Walgreens!

I stopped in here to find some stocking stuffers for Christmas. The store is small in comparison to the Rite Aid across the street, but the offerings were generally better(for some reason, that Rite Aid is extra sad). Anyway, at the end of it, the store is all right as a shopping stop in, but I’m still sticking with Gemmel’s in Rancho for my drug needs.

Changed jobs, changed insurance… need prescription re-fill but with new insurance… not old. DOH! I was convinced that it would be a traumatic event having to change insurance in the middle of a prescription re-fill but at Walgreens it was not. New insurance won’t accept the formulary for the prescription that my old insurance would, so the pharmacy tech called my doctor and got her to change to a prescription formulary that my new insurance would accept so the cost would be my co-pay as opposed to $ 181.00. He then called me back with status every couple of days until it was taken care of. Pharmacy service is good and I enjoy wandering around the store while waiting for the re-fill. I always find some little extra that I need. As pharmacy’s go… I recommend this one.
