My wife and I just finished a very enjoyable meal at the Coco’s on Haven in Rancho Cucamonga! Ashley provided prompt, attentive, courteous, and cheerful service. The fish and chips entre was served piping hot with a plentiful amount of French fries, and tasty coleslaw. The chopped steak entre included steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. I asked if it would be possible to substitute a baked potato for the mashed potatoes. Ashley gave me a big smile and said«certainly.» We ordered apple pie with ice cream for dessert and explained we would like one order with two spoons so it could be shared. On her own initiative Ashley divided the pie into two bowls and added two scoops of ice cream for each one. This was an unexpected surprise — very nice. We spoke with Olga the manager on duty and expressed our compliments to her for the excellent service and food. We are happy to share this review with Unilocal readers. Best to all.

Well I’ve decided to Unilocal my whole experience at Cocos today. It seems like this place keeps getting worse and worse in customer service. Our waiter tonight is William and he is one rude SOB. First off he forgot my ice for my ICETEA. No big deal though. I’m friendly so I let it pass. More bread he asks. Yes I reply because we are hungry. Time passes on and on. I now figure I’ll remind him after 15 minutes of waiting and he jumps on me. He jumps on me because he forgot. Now I’m a bit upset but I’m letting that go too. He just came by to say he’s really stressed and walks away. Ok now this is comedy. My waiter has now opened up emotionally lol. Came by again with butter??? No one asked for a bowl of butter. I let him know we didn’t ask for butter and there goes the rolling of the eyes as if he’s upset with me. Ok now I look over at my fried shrimp and there’s hair in it. Freaking hair!!! Gross, ewe, yuck. I let the waiter know and he tells me no problem and walks away. No problem? He didn’t even ask me if I wanted new shrimp. I wanted new shrimp. Ugh this guy is seriously damaged. Just walked by and he asked if we needed anything else? I said no thank you and he told me I had to speak up! Really? This guy has balls to be such a jerk. Now I get my to-go ice tea without ice. I ask him for ice and he tells me it had to have melted and it wasn’t his fault. I didn’t say anything about it being his fault. I have never had such bad service in my life. Oh and he forgot the check, great guy I must say. Thought everything was over but the manager was horrible. He told me I shouldn’t of stayed if I didn’t like his attitude. Hispanic manager about 5’4. Chunky with black hair. I will never be back. Horrible service w disgusting food.

I used to love Cocos. However this is the reason I gave it one star, our waiter, William, was not in a good mood. He seemed angry and snobby. I wish we had a different waiter or waitress. If we didn’t have him as a waiter I would of gave Cocos 5 stars.

I’ve never had a problem here. The food is always fresh and the server and manager are very helpful. They don’t rush you out. Good portion size.

I was a walk-in customer who ordered two pies. First of all, the lady who helped me wasn’t even friendly. I forgot the name of the pie I wanted to ordered and I said«Country Harvest“pie(Coco’s signature Harvest Pie). I understand that I got it wrong but she didn’t even bother to look it up. I HAD to ask if the pie that was displayed out in the pie case were not available anymore. I HAD to show her which one I wanted. After she ran my card she told me she was just going to get the pie ready for me. By that time three more people came in. The manager(sweet lady) saw me and asked me if I had been helped. I told her the other girl said she was going to get my pie(5min had passed already). I walked over to the front and saw her writing something and she confirmed she forgot about me. And the manager and another lady told me. She didn’t seem smart even to just get the pies ready.

Service varies here. Sometimes you get a good waitress other times you get Terri. I don’t mean to be mean but she has no filter. The food is good, the salmon is excellent for sure!

They were open and had fretted baked pies, a decent selection. Costco was sold out and had a 45 min wait, of course costco give you more bang for your buck, but in a pinch and the convince it was a lifesaver

Enjoyed my experience here. As you would expect from cocos in terms of food and service was good. Great time I had the Asian chicken salad and I like it but it used to be better years ago(now the sauce has more sugar) overall it was good

The food: The food here is your classic good ol American breakfast. The menu has a great variety to choose from. I usually get the Triple Mega Breakfast because it’s everything you want for a great price and satisfies your morning food desires. From the eggs, the perfectly cooked bacon/sauagage to the light and fluffy pancakes, everything taste so good. The customer experience: Gigi is by far the sweetest, caring, outgoing and gracious waitress you could ask for. It’s because of Gigi, I refer all of my friends, family and guests from my own job(General Manager of a major company that services 15k customers per month here in Rancho Cucamonga) for a nice place to eat. Her responsiveness and unique ability to make you feel at home by far makes it an even better place to enjoy food and relax. Her manager and staff are very kind as well. The Ontario cocos has q great staff too but again because of Gigi, this one wins. The food wait time: The food always comes out quickly, hot, and perfect. You won’t be disappointed in this location. Ask for Gigi. You’ll love her.

I like to come here for breakfast on my day off work. I get here early and i like the food. The service could be better if they weren’t under staffed. Ivonne and Erma are may favorite servers. We like to talk and laugh. They are always smiling even when they are extremely busy. The food is really good. They have a fit and lively menu for those that are cautious about what they eat. I like the Tomato Basil Omelet and sometimes i get The Fit and lively Combo(nutty wheat pancakes, egg whites and lean ham). The prices are reasonable. If you like pies eat here!

I bring my family here for breakfast one in a while. Make sure you ask for Gigi as your waitress. She is super nice and a great waitress. Most are very nice except for a couple exceptions. We will continue to eat here.

My family and I went here for breakfast this morning because corkys had a long wait. I ordered the Denver omelet with egg whites and received a meat lovers omelet. I kindly asked for the correct order and in the meantime my husband and daughter had already finished their meals. When my correct order had come, I was eating alone. Normally, when a restaraunt staff makes a mistake like this, they comp your meal but they did nothing of the sort– even though the manager was aware of the situation. I’m sure if I was rude about the incident, my meal would have been comped. I gave two stars instead of one because the server was actually pretty good and the food wasn’t horrible.

Why all the hate? My mom and I love this Coco’s. Never had to wait long, always treated with courtesy. good, food always served hot, etc. The only time we remember not getting perfect service was one time where they didn’t refill both cups of coffee, so we ended up splitting one cup. Big f’g deal right? But this Coco’s like most Coco’s is a pretty corporate dining experience. You get what you pay for. Just to comment on a few reviews: 1 stars for not getting your drink? Didn’t come with enough butter? Man, do some of you have social anxiety disorder? Just go up to them and ask if it means so much to you. Sometimes you have to do it. You’re not the king and queen of England for goodness sakes.

I go here normally for breakfast/lunch and I really enjoy the people and the food. I like their burgers and fries with tortilla soup. Their fish and prime rib are really good and affordable. The staff is nice to us and they really know how to serve the Customer. All in all it’s great place to have a casual sit down breakfast or lunch. It’s busy tea are Saturday and Sunday mornings.

This Coco’s really doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave them. We went on Sunday and it was very busy, and when we put our name in, we were told that it was a 10 minute wait. I paid attention to the patrons coming in after me and sure enough they seated a couple before us. When I pointed it out the girl said I am sorry you will be next. Then she called yet another couple and this time I pointed it out to the manager. Once we were seated, we ordered coffee and water, and the waitress brought us two ice teas. We sent it back. Then we waited 30 minutes for our food, and when the waitress brought part of my husband’s food it was cold(notice I said part of his food). She also dropped two dirty plates on the table for us in preparation of the rest of the food(I hope I get to post them on here). At that point we just said we would pay for the coffee and leave. We went and asked for the manager, we told her what happened and she said you can just go and we’ll take care of the coffee. No apology, no please let me fix it, just you can go. So we did. Unilocalers, please believe me when I say, skip this place and spend your money somewhere else. This Coco’s is just not worth it.

This particular CoCo’s has been the worse CoCo’s I have ever been too. It’s unfortunate because this location is literally right down the street from our house. They always forget something in my to go order it never fails. So today I ordered over the phone and the young lady had no knowledge of the item I was ordering and rather then looking it up she would try to correct me and then I would have to correct her of what it says on the website. Very annoying. When I get there my order is just sitting there on the counter for who knows how long so then I check the bag, of course I’m missing my hash browns, pie, and orange juice. The girl is very apologetic but I expected it in the first place that’s why I checked my bags before I left. When we get home the food is Luke warm and the orange juice is not filled up. They put a little over half a cup. Irritating! We have not visited this location in a while and decided to give them 1 more chance and they blew it. We will not be visiting this location anymore. They need to get it together. I won’t even call corporate cause the last time I did it was just a waste of my time.
