I really like this location.
Large dining area that’s spaced out. Charging tables for 3 major phone types.
Service always fast and courteous.
Restroom are clean and decent and spacious with hooks for for purse
No drive thru
However it’s a great place to get out the car and network with others!!!

Me and My Family really love the staff here and the drinks are on point every single time. we will drive across town while we’re out and about just to go to this starbucks… Even if it’s busy their worth the wait… I highly recommend coming here there’s no snobby baristas at this one their all down to earth and seem happy to be there. YOU GUYS ROCK !!! #1 starbucks on earth!!!

They have some really great employees. Make you feel welcomed as a regular. In the afternoon they are slow and under staffed for the amount of drinks on the bar.

I worked for Starbucks for a couple years. Unfortunately this location is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered an iced tea and waiter while my name wasn’t called. I asked the girl behind the bar if she had an order for Sarah and she pointed to the iced tea on the counter. I ordered a venti, my receipt even confirmed it. The drink at the bar was a tall. I told her I didn’t think it was mine because I ordered a larger size and she grabbed the cup and took a venti cup, poured it into that and added more ice. She placed it on the counter and never said a word. The customers who are waiting for their drinks also saw the way she acted. It was a level of disrespect that I have never received before at a Starbucks. I will never come back to this location.

Really love this place for studying lots of tables I’ve become a regular because of that and great service from employees! Never have an issue with my drinks. Especially with joe she always provides great customer service!

This place is always busy and most of the time very good. But today they got my drink wrong then questioned me like I was lying when I went back for a refund to which I could get because the girl taking money never gave me one. The staff is to busy worrying about their age and who looks good our not to to their job and actually provide customers with satisfaction service.
Definitely won’t ever come back here.

I come here all the time but this time I’ve received such a bad customer service from Ashley R. The whole time my parents and I were ordering she made me feel very rushed (during down time) and she looked very unpleasant to help us. We were not greeted nor thank you either.
One thing that I like about this location is that there are lot of indoor and outdoor sitting, and a table to charge our phones.

I love this location! The staff is very nice. The drinks comes out pretty fast and Joe is the absolute best. She is so sweet every time I come here I feel like I’m visiting a friend. Its a very warm and happy atmosphere.

The service was great and so was my coffee. The place has a very comfortable setting. It’s very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the the customers. They buy the cheapest item. They stay here for hours using the free internet. Then the last time ideas here these group of Christians were arguing with each other and trying to convert people. It was insane. I had to leave.

Not very good service. I went with my church group and I ordered 6 teams ideas waiting for a while for my cake pop when I went to check my receipt to make sure they put it on the receipt when I discovered that 1⁄3 of my items weren’t on there when I went to pay for them the lady apologized to me then I was still waiting for my cake pop. After about 10 minutes I went and asked her if it was done and she said she had forgotten. Then she pulled out a display cake pop that was cold and stale. I was not happy with the service

Horrible customer service! Took several minutes before I was acknowledged (no one else was in line). The barista made my drink the first time with faucet water (WFT really!!!). Never did any of the baristas even make eye contact with me. One of the baristas gave a friend of hers (not make a purchase) more attention the purchasing customers… RUDE!!! I’d rather drive out of my way to the location on Archibald & Inland Empire where they aren’t rude.

This is our go to Starbucks cause its close to home. Team is attentive and friendly, I have not had a drink made wrong, seems like they are always fully stocked and they have a big seating area. So why the 3 star’s… They are always busy and the line gets long, like its the only Starbucks in town!

I have been to a lot of Starbucks because of school (grad school is gnarly) but this is by far the best one. Very spacious and clean. The baristas are excellent and are quick and fast. Overall always an excellent experience.

I love this starbucks! I typically go there in the evenings to study. Lately I go there Sunday evenings and most of the time I typically don’t have a hard time finding a seat. I usually get my ice coffee and work on my studies.
Overall the employees there are always kind to me, and some of them know me by name and my order.

That’s a pretty nasty condiment table. Three people around, not one can do a bus? Customers are cleaning their own tables so they can sit somewhere…
I’ve only been here twice, let’s just say it has been bad both times.
They also make up their own rules on no mango black tea refills… because they loose money — so I was told.

Service is terribly slow. Order ahead. The vibe is a bit colder than other Starbucks. If you want or need coffee it’s an ok place, just don’t expect it to be quick.
The employee failed to mention they didn’t have the sweet crumbles to top the whip… at least let the customer know. Seems like all Starbucks are out of it?

I love a drive thru but this one doesn’t have one and still I think it’s a great starbucks! They’re efficient and fast and friendly, even more so during their ‘Rush’. Great place to study. They have lots of seats and outlets. Bathroom is clean and they’re open early/​late.

It’s a great Starbucks it’s usually packed with people studying or just talking. It’s a spacious Starbucks with music and lots of varieties of coffee to purchase. I really like how they NYT & WSJ newspapers to read.
Justin was the person who took my order he was really kind and patient. I usually order a passion iced tea it’s the only drink I order. Be aware it’s may look crowded but it’s people usually just sitting there talking or studying.
