Normally when you’re writing up coffee establishments, it focuses on the vibe of the location, presentation, and then of course the main point, the coffee itself. The great thing about Java Caliente is, all those things are just right but one, my soy latte is always only 2/3rds full. It drives me crazy. Here we have a wonderful drink that comes up short. When I order a large, it NEEDSTOBELARGEPLEASE! Please help me Java Caliente, you’re our only hope!

Try the taro with boba and whipped cream. The staff is friendly and quick. They have danishes and a selection of teas and coffee . A few tables to sit and enjoy your drink if u don’t wanna be near the casino slots. I love this place

A coffee shop located in the middle of the Agua Caliente Casino. It’s great if you want to order a specialty coffee drink. However if your just looking for plain coffee, save your money. You can get that for free from one of the waitresses walking around the casino.

Ordered boba milk, thai, and taro tea. Like previous reviews, boba in the teas was hard like rocks. Most likely because it’s not fresh. The milk tea was watered down and tasted awful. One sip and taste of the boba, it was to the trash. Taro tasted like water with coconut and sugar. Also to the trash. The only item that was okay was the Thai tea except for the boba rocks we had to chew. Can you guys please take all your boba teas off the menu? It’s not even close how it suppose to taste. And a real shame that it is even served to the public. You should not make something that you have no idea how to make. Everyone who orders it should get a full refund.

I ordered a Caffè latte and a decaf for a friend. We both agreed the coffee itself was very good. We don’t put sugar or any sweeteners in our coffee so you can really taste the coffee flavor. I think Starbucks Coffee is bitter. This was bold and flavorful without the bitterness. Can’t wait to go again.

Java Caliente sells milk teas with boba. Yes, they sell them, but are they any good? Considering that the only place to get a milk tea & boba in the desert are the various donut shops, well … at least you can donuts at the donut shops. JC’s milk tea tastes exactly like you’d expect a milk tea from a coffee shop in a casino to taste. It’s fine, I guess, if you like super-tough boba and weak tea. Then again, it’s not like you’re coming to Agua Caliente for the milk tea, right?

As I sit here sipping my hot chocolate I write this review. First the service was fast and friendly. Secondly the environment is relaxing far enough from the casino but close enough for you to feel like there are people around but your relaxing. Third I’m not much of a hot chocolate person but this was so flavorful, tasteful, and good.

I’d usually come here for the boba since the pricing and size is fairly equal. What I really like about Java Caliente’s boba is mostly how smooth the drink is and the quality of the boba, compare to other boba shops and their drinks. Personally I’d go with the thai tea it’s so delish.

Horrible service! Took 3 attempts to get my drink right. Baristas don’t know how to mix and blend. Waited over 15 mins for Mocha.

Boba? Yeah right. I don’t know how any business can sell a black english coffee with milk and call it a «Boba milk tea». It’s totally misleading and not down to go to places that advertise misleading places. DONOTCOMEHEREFORBOBA!

Their Vietnamese coffee was not special. It practically contained a lot of sugar. The Vietnamese coffee at le basil is the most authentic IMO. In the LA area, Lee’s sandwiches allow you to buy their concentrate in bottles, sealed and you mix it with milk at home. Not something healthy, but authentic– comes with arrhythmias, great for when you have to cram for an exam:)

As I walked in, there was a sign that said they had Boba Milk Tea… and I should’ve known better. But I ordered it. It was gross. The boba was hard and scooped from a bin. The tea wasn’t very good either. I went in there only because they had an area with chairs and tables. I was tired of walking around and playing slots. Small price to pay for not wanting to lose any money. The service was ok — nice gals. But I would stick with the coffee drinks.

After having our spa treatments, we decided to come to Agua Caliente. For some reason I was having an outrageous craving for coffee and decided to get it at Java Caliente. Our latte was strong and exactly what I was looking for. They also have prepackaged food/fruit if you’re looking for a snack.

I don’t usually drink coffee everyday but, I’ve had this coffee everyday of my vaca. They have a large variety of drink options&more flavored syrup than any coffee shop I’ve ever seen. Butter cream rocks. I don’t know what I’m gonna do when it’s time to check out. They don’t sell the syrup, I already asked. The only other short fall is, the cups are to small.
