I can’t, in good conscious, leave a bad review for Starbucks. But what is the deal with the stickers on my iced coffee cup. It’s hideous. They are starting to crack down on refills when I pay $ 3.25 for a cup of half ice half coffee. That $ 0.50 I pay for the refill is REALLY breaking the bank for them. Love you Starbucks! But you’re starting to act like a Disney stepmother.

HORRIBLE. Came in for a coffee. Out of coffee. Had to wait for them to make it. Wait time was about 20 minutes. Understaffed. Trash everywhere.(Restaurant area and barista area) Word of advice: don’t stop at this Starbucks unless you want to wait 20 minutes for a coffee that’s been prepared in a nasty environment. Drive thru is about the same wait time too, but at least you don’t have to deal with filth.

Another good Starbucks location! We stopped in for breakfast this weekend and enjoyed our super fresh pastries and Pellegrino blood orange drinks. What a great way to start the morning with Starbucks on the patio with our dog in paradise!

Went here at 7:00AM. Stood in line. Asked for iced coffee, light ice(EZ ice) and a flourless chocolate cookie(GF). No flourless cookie available. Asked to substitute Cherry Oat bar. None available. Finally asked for Salted caramel bar, thinking I could scrape off the wheat flour with a knife. No knife available. Asked for sticker on card to obtain free cold drink after five stickers. No stickers available. Iced coffee arrived packed with ice, hardly any coffee. No time to get substitute, since I had waited nearly 20 minutes and would be late to work. No half and half at the filthy bar. As a regular SBUX customer and shareholder, I am appalled. Where is management?

Worst service ever! Employees argued back and forth with each other. One female employee made a very clear comment that customers inside didn’t matter and people in drive thru would be served first. Five people standing in line after me got their drinks before me. My drink had apparently been set at the drive thru window. Appalling service. Not acceptable when I think of how Starbucks and its employees should conduct themselves.

Slowest Starbucks ever, especially for a drive thru on a Sunday afternoon! When I ordered, the guy didn’t even get the first drink i ordered. Waiting at the window for my drink for almost 10 minutes after waiting in the drive thru for almost 15min is unacceptable!

Just went in to get my simple iced coffee that usually the cashier will grab since it only takes a second. Well, she didn’t and waited about 5 minutes as the barista was making other specially drinks. Thats fine, I’ll live. When I get my iced coffee its PACKED with ice to where I couldn’t even get my straw in it. Which once again was ok since it was hot outside and would want it to be cool. I get to the half and half and its empty, this is right after an employee cleaned the area. So I had to go get a fresh one. Something tasted off on the coffee and I only drank about ¼ of it. Don’t really know how you can screw up Starbucks but Ill probably head to another one if I want some coffee and not have to wait so long and almost feel like I’m an employee.

Great drive thru location located right of the 10 freeway in Palm Springs. Got me the salted caramel mocha frapacino — live these holiday drinks!!! Staff were very friendly and drive through experience was quick and efficient.

So today there was a panhandler outside so I offered to buy him a drink… he came in with me to order and I also got a drink. I gave the cashier a 20 $ and then they handed the change back and gave it to the panhandler, not me. Talk about awkward.

Loud… So noisy… This Starbucks is louder than other shops… I know it’s not just me because the friend I met said the same thing… I’m not sure if it’s the acoustics or shape of the store or if the music was just too loud which caused people to have to speak to each other louder… But several things seemed to contribute to the loudness… Ok…that aside, service was great… they took my order & made my drink the way I like… and even called out the drink loud enough for me to hear that it was ready… sometimes at other places, it’s just been sitting up there because I was unaware of the drinks readiness… :-) Good job! There was a good selection of mugs & cups to buy… It’s always fun to look while my drink is being prepared… This location has a drive thru… You’ll notice that the locations in central Palm Desert don’t have drive-thru’s… That’s just because of the ordinances prohibiting drive thru’s in that area…

I came by to get an iced chai and to do some work during a short stay in Palm Springs. There was nothing wrong with the chai but the loud A/C above the door was a bit much. Everytime someone opens the door, the A/C comes on, with a muffling noise that jolts me from my seat. Really? What was the point of this? The loud noise disrupted my enjoyment of my drink.

It’s a Starbucks. You get the same burnt coffee here as you get at all of the other locations. They have a drive through. I went there because it was convenient. It was reasonably clean. Next.

I don’t write reviews regularly, but I feel I have to with this location. I want to start off with saying I’m a gold card member and have been going to Starbucks multiple times a daily and have never been treated the way I was at this location. Issue 1 I was driving to Chino for a team meeting and went through the drive through to get my daily green tea. They made it wrong no problem it happens, instead of apologizing for the mistake I was told that they made it the way I told them. To my surprise they refused to remake it, and then proceeded to make me feel like I was trying to steal from them. I was like ok it’s to early in the morning to deal with this and I had to be in Chino, so I let it go. I found it ironic as other store I have gone to have have just remade the drink. Issue 2 Last Friday I got off from work and was going to drive to visit my parents. I decided to go get a refill. There was hardly anyone in the store I walked to the counter and asked for a refill. I was then told that they will give me a refill this one time, but not any more. I was shocked. I have been going to different Starbucks for years getting refills and never have I been told this. Then she proceeded to mark my cup all up. Putting the date on the top, writing her name, and then writing refill. I asked if that was necessary and she rudely said yes and that it was a district initiative. I thought to myself really because the locations on Hwy 111 in Palm Desert(Great Staff, I go to this one all the time), the one on Country club, the one at the River, the on Hwy 111 Cathedral City, and the one on El Paseo never have done this. I asked to get their district manager’s name, so I can talk to them about this. She refused. There was a woman that I think was the shift lead that never approached me, turned her back on me and went into the back. As I was waiting for my drink two other customers came in and got their drinks before me. Again I was like are you serious getting a refill is that bad. If I wasn’t a gold member would the services have been better? I finally got my green tea and left. I vow I will never go to this location again. This is a poorly managed team. This evident by two visits to this store and got treated the same way. Someone needs to corrects the problem — because it is a convenient location and a shame it is ran so poorly.

I am a gold card member and visit Starbucks daily through out the Coachella Valley. I enjoy the staff and service at all of the locations, with the exception of this one. It is strange because I have not gone to any Starbuck’s anywhere in the nation that treats its customers the way this one does. I can only imagine this is an attitude that is condoned by the store’s management team. I’ve been questioned rigouusly when getting a refill and then warned that its only one refill per visit and then have my cup marked in large lettering with the date and store #. This was very embarrassing and even more embarrassing to walk around with a cup like that. It was like receiving a «Scarlet letter» blazoned across the cup. Not classy at all. After several visits and finding that this was consistent with all of the staff, I have decided not to patronize this Starbuck’s. I hope someone looks into this matter. It’s a shame that this store stands out so negatively compared to your other locations.

I had an earned reward available on my account and the barista asked me if I wanted to use it. This was great since I have the tendency to forget to use my rewards…
