Interstate All Battery Center

After contacting management about my experience at the store with an associate accusing me of stealing his ipod since we have similar music taste, both the store manager and the account manager apologized profusely and refunded me for the battery cost. They stated it was out of the ordinary for the associate to act that way. I am satisfied with the resolution they have provided.

For a place that says they close at 5, they probably want to be sure to stay open til 5. Pretty bad when they lock the door 10 mins before and put the closed sign up and not even want to come back to see if they can assist or explain they’re closing early. But what do I know? I’m sure they they have enough customers.

Jose was helpful over the phone. I was 2 minutes away and I headed over. I walked in and he was just finishing up with a customer. He greeted me with a warm smile grabbed the battery installed it, charged me and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this establishment for customer service, clean store, stock on hand, quick install and competitive pricing. I will recommend to all my friends for sure.

Who charges a battery in an hour and won’t take a fee? Steven Stewart at Interstate. The random acts of kindness on the day my father in law passed away extended to Interstate.

Steven was amazing! He found the exact batteries I was looking for (no one else had them). He helped put them in my scooter and assisted with my initial test drive. I couldn’t have done it myself. Especially lifting the scooter & installing the batteries. Thanks, Steven!

I have been to this store quite a bit of times, for different reasons. They have batteries for everything form watches to Super Luxurious Omnidirectional Whatchamajiggers! The service is great and the owners are there daily making sure everyone gets tip top service. I have even seen them out in the parking lot changing people’s car batteries for them! They also have a nice little sitting area with TV if you need to wait on a service being done for you. Thank you interstate!

Steve is AWESOME — knows what he is talking about, no confusion no hassle. Works well with my parents who are well over 70 for all their battery needs from Transponder, to garage door, to car battery. I needed a new one, Steve knew all the details, down to the lip on the front of the battery and which would work best. Top it off he installed it in five minutes or less. Love the service, love the product, love the price point — highly recommend!

Awesome company and owners. I get everything from this location. Every time I need a battery from a watch battery to car battery they always have it in stock. They even came to my parents house to replace a car battery!

I was driving back from Phoenix last week when we needed to stop for a little coffee break. After getting back into my car, it would not start. Luckily we were stopped at a Starbucks right next to both Sams Club and Interstate All Battery Center. I walked into interstate and was greeted by a very friendly man (later found out he and his wife own the place). They tested my battery and even gave me the printout to show me what was wrong. He told me the battery was a little low and getting ready to die, but I still had some time to replace it. He told me I should think about replacing it within the next year. He was so friendly, honest, and helpful I went ahead and decided to replace it, so I never got stranded in the desert again. I walked over to sams club to check out the prices. While they were less expensive than interstates prices, I knew I preferred service and quality over a good deal. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. Even got a warranty included in the battery price. Thank you! Great place.
