I love Panera Bread, but this place needs to get it together based on their service alone. I realize we live in a different world where everyone uses electronics for everything, but the kiosks aren’t as easy to use as you’d think. The restaurant inside was clean, but the outside needs to be cared for a little more. The trash was overflowing, and the birds waiting for scraps isn’t a good look.

Upon returning to this location a few more times, I decided to up my review. Seems they are really improving on their customer service. They have a lot of diet friendly foods to choose from also. I’ve enjoyed eating here.

I normally stop early in the morning for a breakfast sandwich and to enjoy the great hazlenut coffee. Today I arrived at the tail end of the lunch crowd and was happy to get my normal seat. I ordered a combination of several flat bread sandwiches, one of which had way too much sauce on it. Now comes the good part. When the day manager Michelle came over to chat and to quickly see to it I had a replacement sandwich of her personal best choice, I was luckily introduced by fate to a wonderful Lady. I enjoyed my personal interaction with Michelle when she came back to check on me and we exchanged a little about our life’s experiences with food. On several occasions before, I’ve watched Michelle work the room like a diplomat in search of potential treaty partners at a Wash DC Embassy Row party. Pls take care of this exceptional employee, Panera. Thanks. mark

So happy they brought back the French onion soup. The only issue I have is if you go at dinner hours, they don’t have a lot of pastries left, hardly any to be honest.

OK so don’t get me wrong, everything looks appealing on the menu, but there will be a sad, shamed look of dissapointment on your face once you receive your meal. First things first; They were out of like everything. Baguettes, side rolls, and cinnamon rolls. That’s what I was looking forward too! We got two half and half’s(½ sandwich,½ soup) I chose the turkey chili for my side. Didn’t know it came equipped with Lima beans and corn. It was pretty sweet tasting, I just didn’t expect it. Hubby had a tomato soup, which he said was equivalent to Cambells. We ordered a side of white Mac and cheese … Came out ½ full and the entire container holding it, was covered in the sauce(which got ALL over my hands /see picture attached). The customer service was bad. They were pretty RUDE ! It cost us $ 25 to not be even close to full. Thanks Panera. Never again. Stick to the green tea…

We had such a bad experience here last night. We ordered our food and one of the sandwiches ordered was a tuna melt. Ok, «what kind of cheese“our cashier asked us, we said smoked cheddar. Sure, no problem our cashier said and proceeded to take the rest of the order, we paid, the usual experience and went to find a table. Food is brought to our table and it included a tuna sandwich, not a melt, no cheese at all. Cool, just a mistake, add cheese and put it on the panini press which I can clearly see in the kitchen, we are set. Nope. Can’t do that. We asked the gentleman who brought it to us for this and he said«no, we don’t have tuna melts». Um, what? We ordered it and paid for it and what was brought to us was NOT what was ordered or paid for. Our receipt clearly says tuna salad sandwich, heat on panini press, add cheddar cheese. We got up and walked over to the kitchen and asked again. Again, we were told no. When we asked why it says to heat on panini press, we were told that is to signal to toast the bread, which was absolutely NOT done. They did throw two slices of smoked cheddar cheese is a bowl since that was still missing and sent us on our way. How did we possibly order and pay for a tuna melt when they apparently don’t have them? Had it been communicated that we could not actually order a tuna melt that we paid for, we could have simply made another choice. The lack of communication at the front and then the absolute lack of care at all that we did not get what had been ordered or paid for was disrespectful and rude, not to mention very poor customer service. On top of it all, the person who ate the tuna melt started getting sick about two hours after eating it and has been very ill ever since, missed work today because he can’t get out of bed. Could be the flu, but it could also be bad food, no way to tell except that he was fine until eating at Panera. Beware, what they offer and what they serve may not be clean and healthy and definitely may not be what you ordered and paid for.

While visiting family and friends in the desert, I usually make a trip or two here for lunch and/or dinner when we don’t feel like cooking. I typically order a half sandwich and half salad. Never disappointed.

The food is decent. But there is only ever one person working the register. If there is a long line open more registers.

Typically, I love Paneras. Their soups are delicious, their bread is fantastic. But, what a disappointment this trip was. We were going to swing in and get a quick sandwich and soup before the movie and the picture of the steak sandwich just looked so wonderful I decided to go for it. Take a look at the pictures of what Panera’s shows you when they’re trying to sell it to you, and compare them to the pictures of the actual sandwich that I got. Now I know they’ve got«bread» in their name & they’re really proud of it, but when you order an $ 8 Steak & White Cheddar Panini, you expect more than bread. This is what I got. Very disappointing.

We ordered a Large Greek Salad, bowl of garden vegetables with pesto, & a coffee. Great service, employees, and food. An incident happened here which I think everyone should know about: a group of ladies left a $ 5 tip of the table as they left. An older woman looked around and grabbed the money thinking no one saw her. When she noticed me looking right at her, she quickly walked to the opposite area away from me. I use to be a server so this enraged me even more. I approached her and said«I saw you take that money, you know I did, so why don’t you put it back.» She said, «I know, I will». I said,“like now, that’s not right.“ She got up, took it out of her pocket, and threw it on the table. She was obviously mad. I feel if you have no problem stealing from other people, then I have no problem putting you on blast for everyone to see what you look like. Mainly so everyone in the desert can be aware of your character and if you even think about stealing again. All Panera locations should watch out for her.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. ½ sandwich and salad, and bagel and cream cheese were perfect, just as expected. Good place for a quick stop on the drive home.

Just had my worst dinning experience ever at Panera. I was dinning with out of town guests and our family member was given dirty silverware. We asked our waiter for some clean silverware and was lookef at asif we were crazy. Finally, we got up and walked over to the service counter and asked for clean silverware Upon handing it to us, the girl behind the counter dsid, «I hope this is clean enough for you.» I immediately asked to see the manager, and he was very apologetic But the topper was I went into the bathroom and there was NO toilet paper, I had to use seat covers! Doubt I will be visiting THIS Panera again.

This location definitely caters to the millennials. With iPad ordering or even ordering from an app on your phone, this location has upped their technology game. I came here for lunch and ordered off an iPad. I really enjoyed that I got to take my time ordering and really look through the menu, since I’ve never been to Panera before. I chose to do their Pick Two option and got mac & cheese and half of their BBQ chicken salad. The portions were much larger than I expected for a half size. The BBQ chicken salad was delicious and definitely better than my friend’s chicken cobb w/avocado salad. The mac and cheese was good, but not the best. It was really creamy, but I just wish there was a little more flavor. Regardless, I was really happy with my meal and think Panera is a great lunch spot.

I find them a little pricey for just okay food. Actually, their food is good on some items but just okay or even awful on others. I had a chicken almond salad sandwich, which although not bad, it was average. My son, on the on the other hand, had the steak sandwich which had a horseradish sauce that was absolutely overwhelming. It was awful. Maybe we just got a bad sandwich this time/this location, but in the case of none-branded(not a chain), one single bad experience will drive that customer away for good.

Way overpriced for what you get and nothing tasted that good, except the chocolate chip cookies, those were awesome. Hubby picked up some lunch, we got the steak and cheddar sandwich, the chipotle chicken, two broccoli soups and cookies for desert! Steak and cheddar — So where is the steak, no really, where did you put it? I had to peel apart the sandwich, call its name and send in a search and rescue team to discover the tiniest shred of steak stuck in there! It was like eating an onion and cheddar sandwich, that would have been a better name! Chipotle chicken. No flavor, dry, and if false advertising in pictures was a thing, this would have been the poster boy! The picture on the website made it look amazing. The actual sandwich was like something that came out of a microwave lunch box. Bad. Soup. how can you make soup wrong, I mean it comes in a bag, you warm up the bag and then pour it in cups, pretty simple? Somehow, they managed to mess this up too and the soup tasted like the bag had burst and water mixed into the slop and instead of throwing it away they just served it a wet watery mess. We paid almost $ 50 for the pleasure of eating this mess. If you are reading this, save your money and grab a can of soup from walmart and a premade sandwich and trust me it will end up tasting better and cost like like $ 7 instead. The cookies were nice, but certainly not worth the almost $ 50 we threw away.

This location has open since the week of Thanksgiving and Is located just south of the 10 freeway. I heart the location since there’s also a Starbucks which is within walking distance. This Panera also contains a convenient drive thru. I came in for lunch and the place was busy. They have several kiosks set up to order and offer ordering at your table but I ordered the tradition way. I did notice they didn’t have the pay by your phone scanners set up which I like paying with my Google wallet. I use the online ordering the night before to pick up at another Panera dozen bagel pick up but when I arrived the order wasn’t ready. My pack didn’t include 2 cream cheese choices so I had to purchase another cream cheese although the manager gave me another complimentary bagel for the inconvenience. My entrée include half sammie and chicken Barley soup. The combo was yummy and filling which is why heart Panera. They are consistent with the quality and service. I’ll definitely be returning here again in the future!

I love this place. Panera just opened and I’ve been back 3x. It’s great made-to-order pastries and lunch that taste home made with great service. Took the whole family and everyone had something different but swore it was the best thing on the menu. The best thing about this Panera? It’s the people. They are well trained, friendly and go out of their way to help. I tried their electronic preorder app and messed a couple things up in the order. They apologized, as if it was their fault, fixed my order with no hassle and then gave me a free treat to make up for MY mistake. Who does that any more? This Panera. Try the Pecan Braid and the Carmel Latte. A great pairing for breakfast. Or the pick two sandwich & soup combo for lunch. And a nice place to meet people over coffee.
