I went in for a gel manicure and was told they were out of the one color I wanted. So, I went with my second choice. It turned out to be light lavender… Which was absolutely not like the brownish plum I had chosen. And when I asked to try and change the color they tried, but I soon realized that none of the colors matched the samples on the nails! The manicure was good, and the lady who did it was very kind and tried to be helpful… But I am unhappy with the color choices and the color that I ended up with. When I tried to get into another nail salon just to change the color, they want to charge me an additional $ 20! Until they get their colors figured out, I won’t be going back. The manager knew I was unhappy, and did not offer to do anything to try to fix it.

I came here a while back with my sister and I don’t think I have ever been more disappointed! I love getting my nails done and I am very picky with my nails but I haven’t found anywhere that I absolutely love. We decided to give this place a chance because of the good reviews but it was a horrible mistake! I think what bothered me the most was that the girl who did my nails kept on looking and observing my nails as if she was paying attention to detail but the end result proved that she was not! My nails were uneven and they were bubbly. My sisters weren’t quite as bad but they were lumpy and round which wouldn’t be that bad if she hadn’t asked for them squared. The worst part of it all was that a little fly landed on my nail as it was drying in the lamp and when I mentioned it to the nail lady she squashed it and tried to take it off but there was little legs left on my nail! I literally had an insect on my nail! I do not recommend anyone go here!

This is not my first time here as I have been coming to town to visit my grandma every now and then since I was very little. Still, I am very happy with the service they provide. Staff is very friendly and nice. They are all very easy to communicate with and care about what they do. I came today to have a spa pedicure and manicure. The pedicure felt amazing and now my nails look fantastic. They have a great selection of good quality products and beautiful colors for you to choose from. Quality is really good, my nails usually last for a very long time. The place is very clean and well organized. Technicians follow their sanitation procedures very stricly. They clean up very carefully after every customer and that makes me feel very safe and comfortable. Pretty much nothing to complain about the place. Highly recommended !!!

Don’t go here they are just money hungry and don’t provide a good service. My total should have been 49.00, they charged me 59.00 I didn’t give them a tip because of that. My daughters polish started pealing off the same day and my heals are more rough then before I went in.

This salon is not near my place, I just came it during my vacation. But I think this place is fine, both staff and the products they used. I saw all the lacquers at the salon were from the famous brands, so they could last long on my nails. The staff did their job quickly and meticulously, they brought m a very beautiful nails.
I will come back here any time I’m free.

I live locally, and went into this nail salon on a Sunday. I really wanted to have a good experience, but unfortunately, it was not to be. Since I was a walk in, and didn’t know who was experienced enough, I was given a very young man that seemed to have little or no real working abilities. I agreed to a upgrade on the pedicure, so expected a good job. Instead, he rushed through my pedicure and literally acted like he was falling asleep between glancing at the clock. When I asked if he was OK, he just shrugged it off. My manicure was a little bit better, but unfortunately the polish popped off over the next couple of days. Yikes, I have never had polish just slide off in sheets! I would have defiantly gone back and asked for a re-do if i had been in town. Honestly, it is hard to rate this place based on a inexperienced person that works there, but given the fact that the owner hired and asked him to represent the business, I suppose it is warranted.

Came in for a walk-in while on vacation. The staff was friendly and the prices seemed about mid-range. The spa chairs were okay.
My nail tech did a better job on my gel nails than on my pedicure. After looking more closely at my pedicure, I noticed that both big toes were a little splotchy/spotty (the 2^nd coat didn’t seem very even). She also wasn’t as gentle as I would have liked on cleaning the nails; I wasn’t cut or anything, but I also wasn’t super relaxed when she was cleaning/cutting my nails. The tools also didn’t seem all that sanitary. I’ve been to other salons where they open a fresh set of tools for each customer, but here they just rinsed off the tools and put them back in the drawer. I’m not sure how I feel about that.
Overall, I thought this place was okay, but not the best I have experienced.

Always a great place to come! Very professional and clean. Never a long wait time but I normally call before leaving the house for a appointment! Nikki is my favorite but they all are really good! Never walked out of here disappointed like I have with other places.

My first time to this nail salon. John did my nails. I got a full pink and white set. And let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen! He did a FABULOUS job! Exactly how I love them. It’s been 5 years since I’ve been this happy with a manicure! I will definitely be back. Making an appointment for my mom too. :)

I stopped by for a drop-in pedi while on vacation and was pleased with this place. I actually had a very nice pedi from Joe, who was very careful and gentle. Also gave a great foot rub. The place seems a little dated and the polish selection is pretty good but not the best. I felt everything was very clean since they autoclave everything and use new files and buffers. I will come back next time I visit and would recommend to others.

Nicki (I hope I remembered her name correctly!) did my pedicure and oh my goodness! She did a reflexology massage, and just for the massage, which took time and focus, this pedicure is worth the price! She did a great job at polishing my nails.
I noticed that they greeted the customers very warmly and some of them knew their names. I was left with the impression that this is a neighbourhood salon with regular customers.
I enjoyed my visit and would love to return!

Wow, sorry to hear the other Unilocaler had a problem… not me, I have had Nikki do my waxing and tinting of my eyebrows and she was great…
I get my nails done there too, both the pedicures and the gel fills are good work…
I find the place clean and well lit… not too much noise, something I am kind of fussy about… and the pedi chairs are comfortable and on the newer side… they have lots of different products and I have seen them do cute custom design on nails.
I recommend the place… they almost always have a walk-in appointment available. I like that.

They advertise Facial Waxing so I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. The gal talked me into doing my upper and lower lip. When she was done I was burned and my face was mess. It has taken well over a week to heal. I will NEVER go there again and I strongly suggest you don’t either.
