A recent review said they’ve closed, and I’m not surprised. Besides the poor reviews, including my own, this restaurant is in a strip mall anchored by the former Pavilions, now the bankrupt Haggen. I go to the market for necessities, and every time, Sabatino’s looks deserted. Buh-bye. Maybe when Gelson’s takes over, a DECENT restaurant will replace Sabatino’s. One can only hope!

They better get it together because I would not recommend this place– it used to always be a great place to stop but once they started changing staff everything went downhill — the revolving staff don’t know what they are doing and not once but twice charged the wrong amount — then they couldn’t fiqure out how to reverse the funds back to the credit card ! Not worth the hassell

So at first we walked in and I was a little concerned because of the demeanor of the executive chef. We almost walked out. Thank god we didn’t. The food was so excellent and the staff was so attentive. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it. Oh the chef turned out to be a cool character. Don’t judge!

My mom and were on a little vacation and our hotel offered a slight discount here. Loved the quaintness of the restaurant, ambiance was nice as well. Chef Marc told us about the specials and menu items. Nice place. Mom got penne with chicken, mushrooms with Alfredo sauce, it was amazing!!! I had penne with veggies and marinara sauce, wasn’t that good, my penne was falling apart, cooked to long I think. We both had salad with their homemade Italian which was the best ever! White tablecloths were covered with thick plastic covers which really irritated my legs. Felt kinda cheap for such a nice place.

I certainly will come back the next time I’m in town this place seems to be family-owned very friendly atmosphere the owners come out to introduce themselves customer service is fabulous would have liked to have a drink they look pretty delicious here. But I was working but I will come back. I hear two days in a row first day a salad and a side of meatballs today I had a salad with their famous ribs you really need to come try these

If you like Italian, great service, real Italian flavor. You must try Sabatino’s. What a great experience, as were the other people dining that I observed.

If you tried this when it first opened, try it again! Terrific menu and delectable specials. Sue(and Kasey on Wednesdays) create delightful and delicious libations. The wine list is wonderful and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Give yourself a date night and go here!

Bread was stale, table side salad was premade and brought out, side of sausage was so-so, table side pasta carabonarra had no flavor and was dry as a bone. A real disappointment. Very nice people, just not good food.

Mediocre is s compliment. Save yourself a large bill for disappointing food. Narcissistic chef/owner promised but failed to deliver. Our table spent over $ 1,000 combined for nothing

I love this restaurant! I love their baby Bella salad with Gorgonzola! So good! The staff has always been friendly, sometimes the food may take a minute but it has always been delicious!

«Scabatino’s». There is no zero star rating… I should have left when the«Executive Chef» introduces himself by saying that he used to be responsible for planning ’40,000 meals a day on a cruise ship’. Really? Your claim to fame is preparing buffet slop for a captive audience? Anyway. The food was salty. Really salty. The salads were salty! I was excited to enjoy a fresh table side Caesar. You don’t see those very often. Captain Saline dropped a teaspoon of salt into the dressing for 3 salads. No joke. I mean my mouth burned the following morning. Gross bonus, Everything served– vegetable, starch or meat — glistened with an oily/buttery film. It was really bad… I mean yuck $ 140 after tip for my wife, young daughter and me. An expensive disappointment to be sure. I’m sure you can find better in this small resort town.

The food was fabulous! I love homemade food! Not fast food at all. I loved how the chef came out and told us about his specials for the night. Everything so good! No complaints at all!

If you’re thinking about ordering pizza at Sabatino’s — DON’T. I don’t know how you can get a pizza crust both burnt and soggy — but they accomplished that feat. We ordered three toppings; sausage, onion and bell peppers. We got maybe two tiny pieces of sausage on each slice, a tiny smattering of peppers on the whole pizza, and mushrooms instead of the onions we ordered. A $ 5 pizza from Little Ceasars would have been better that what Sabatino’s served. We just moved to the area and live close to the restaurant. The restaurant is a little pricey so we thought we’d try the pizza, and if it was good — we would try the regular menu. They won’t be getting our business.

I can’t even find the words to describe how poor their food is. We went with another couple and all ordered different things. They were all terrible. We are all foodies so we will not return. I would say go to one of the other well established Italian restaurants for good food. Plus they are so rude here!!!

We were told about this restaurant by friends. So we wanted to see if it was a good as our friends said. We arrived at 6:00, the restaurant was not busy, we were greeted by Chef Marc. We felt very welcomed. The Chef went over the nighty specials. It was my lucky night as Wed is Rib night. The service was very good, but the food was even better. I loved the Ribs, my wife had the Salmon, our friends had the Ribs and Salmon special. We all had the Cesar salad made fresh in front of us. We enjoyed our first dinning experience at Sabatino’s, we are definitely going back very soon

My review is based on delivery service, not in room dining. I called in to have food delivered for a family friend whose brother passed away. I called late, at around 10pm hoping to be able to get something delivered to her family the next day. I was pleased that they could accommodate the large order, went through the menu with me at an off hour, was able to handle everything remotely, and had it delivered on-time the following day. I performed the whole transaction over the phone and they called to confirm when it was delivered. 5 stars for an un-stressful catering experience. For the food: I was trying to please a crowd(including kids and people w/food allergies) so I went simple with pizza, breadsticks and the Italian style salad(«Fantasia Insalata»). Reviewers seemed to consistently like the spaghetti and lasagna so I ordered those as well. I received compliments on the quality of the food and would use them again.

Wonderful atmosphere Coming from New York, I love small, local Italian places, and this definitely fits the bill. We didn’t make a reservation and sat at the bar. The bartender, David, was full of great information about the area and makes handcrafted cocktails like lavender martinis. We ordered off the happy hour menu and ate spaghetti and meatballs, bruschetta, and sausage sandwich. The meatballs were full of flavor and the sausage is made locally. Everything was good. If you’re used to fast paced, be prepared to wait. They take their time crafting the food.
