If you’re in a rush don’t come to this Starbucks. Even when they have two staff members in charge of the stand, it still takes them forever to get the drink and pastry orders out, even when it’s only moderately busy. I’ve worked as a barista before and usually when have a fair amount of customers, and one person making the drinks while the other takes orders, you have to work fast and you need to work on building a technique to efficiently make the drinks and get them out as fast as possible. If there is no line and the cashier has nothing to do, usually that means you are able to help the other make drinks while you wait for customers, especially if there’s still a good amount of drinks that still have to be made. This Starbucks is typically staffed with employees who clearly have had no experience at and actual Starbucks and don’t know how to work with a slight amount of pressure. They also fail to call out orders loud enough for customers to hear. They are located inside a supermarket, there are a lot of miscellaneous noises that can prohibit people from hearing you mumble out their name so they cam retrieve their coffee. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless there are no pending drinks and no one in line l, or if you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for one drink.

Moved into the area about 6 months ago and this is by far the best Starbucks in the area! Friendly, efficient and helpful baristas! My 3 girls always ask to go and see the people that work their and of course we pass it going to our home everyday!

The worst! It generally takes twice the time it should here, but today I stood there for 15 minutes while the barista served 2 people in front of me and finally left after I realized there were other customers sitting off to the side that had yet to get their drinks. There was no sense of urgency or personality.

I love this starbucks! I usually stop by after shopping if there is no line. But the staff here are super nice, much nicer than the usual starbucks employees, and they won’t even take tips!(Maybe Ralph’s policies?) Once I was torn between trying a new flavor latte or getting my usual, and they let me try it before I made my decision. Other Starbucks never offered that to me before. For convenience and super good service, 5 stars for sure!

This brand new Starbucks is located inside Ralph’s. The location is super convenient for the folks in PV. I’m sure it will be a huge hit with the PV moms… once they work out all the kinks in their system. I understand that sometimes it takes a while for a new coffee shop to be up and running, but for now, I don’t think I’ll be getting my coffee at this particular location. The staff here is nice, but the other day I was there the computers weren’t working. They didn’t have paper for their credit card machine. They sent one of the girls to get more paper… but she was gone for 10 minutes. I’m excited for this new addition to Ralph’s, but I think I will still be getting my coffee at the Starbucks in Golden Cove for the time being.
