One of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to no Bresson facility available for paying customers refuse military ID which was shown the dumbest manager possible will call corporate however girl who serve me was nice

This Popeyes is probably one of the worst locations I have been to. I just had a taste for some catfish and Pop corn shrimp so stopped in on my way home. Saw no line so decided to walk in. I stood at he counter and watched employees walking back a forth oblivious to me. Eventually a young lady came over and took my order. I had a drink with my combo and when I went over to the drink fountain I could get no ice. When I asked her about it she said the ice machine was broken and show would get me some ice from the back. Guess she assumed a wanted to drink warm lemonade.
I got my order and headed home. When I opened my bag I realized they Didn’t give me any cocktail sauce or catchup. Oh well shame on me for not checking before I left. Over all poor customer service so I will probably not be back.

Customer service is going further and further down the hill. The manager of this store gave me 10 ketchup packs when I ordered 26 pcs of chicken and 3 large sides. My total came up to $ 40+. However when I asked for more, he responded by saying do I have to give you 26lb of ketchup. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN and I wish you guys wouldn’t either.

Service from top to bottom is non-existent.I work next door & have stopped in 3 times to get lunch or a side or just a drink. Every time I have waited in line by myself… the last time, the girl that took my order for a drink, that was all I ordered, walked away after I paid… that was it. Her manager asked her why I was still standing there for about 5 minutes at which point I just reached over the counter & took what I wanted. No one said anything to me. Still work next door but have not & will not return to this shitty location.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars, for poor customer service by itself…
I’m from up north with VERY few popeyes so when I moved out here and saw this was close to my home i got excited. Long story short, everything about this location is HORRIBLE. The drive through takes forever. They tell you to pull over and you will be waiting about 20+ minutes. I LIE TO YOU NOT, 1 evening they tell me to pull over bc it would be a few minutes. When a lady finally came, she asked me to call the corporate office bc the new manager made her mad and she needed to be fired. I was speechless at the attitudes these «employees» have. They’re just tide plain and simple.

«Louisiana Fast»… Love that chicken from Popeyes! I went to Popeyes in New Orleans (several blocks from Bourbon St.) and people always told me the chicken taste different there… but to me it didn’t. So, I guess us Northerners aren’t missing anything at all. I like the chicken and sides, but this location is as slow as they come. Hubby and I love the new «Beer Can» chicken. The spicy sauce that goes with it is good too! Now back to the service, we order, they ask us to move to the handicapped spot and our order would be right out. Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock… and 20 minutes later, I sent Hubby in there to get our food. He came out 5 minutes later… talk about FAST FOOD! The food was good, but the wait was awful!

Ok I will start by saying I do love Popeyes chicken. It’s delicious but I have gone to this one and you have to wait for them to cook the chicken or they are out of something. That’s why I’m giving it three stars.
