I tried the new steak and cheese sub and it does not look anything like the commercial. It was more bread than steak. Subway seems to be going down hill fast.

I had a terrible case of food poisoning due to the carelessness and laziness of the workers. If you wish not to get you’re stomach pumped… I advise you go to another establishment.

Today is the day to write a review about this Subway store… The only reason I go to this location is because it’s close to home. I am off work today so that’s where I went to get a breakfast sandwich. My «go to» store(where they win awards for their service) is only a few miles up the road, but I just wanted to run out quickly and get back home so I went to the closer one. When I walk in the door, the door chime announces my presence but I took about 90 seconds for someone to come out the back. I heard talking back there. The guy with earphones on, using them to talk on his phone finally greets me, asks me what I wanted and proceeds to work on my sandwich… so I thought… he gets the egg and places it in the microwave and then begins to go to the bread oven and put jalapeños and cheese on 12 rolls while I stood there… then he puts those back in the oven and rearranges other bread. If he pulled anything else out of there, I was about to tell him off and then walk out… while he was doing all of that, he was talking on his phone. My favorite store does not preheat the eggs because the whole sandwich is going in the toaster oven anyway. I think this guy did this because he wanted to buy himself time to work on that bread. My issue is this… it was 9 am in the morning and I was the only one in the store, so he could have taken care of me and THEN worked on whatever he liked. This was the first time this has happened in this store… I’ve never seen this guy, however my experience each time I go in this one is that they are sloppy with making sandwiches and the bread is not always soft. SO, today’s events coupled with my usual experience means I will NOT be going back in this store. I will drive the extra time to go where my business is appreciated. I’m also about to do a Unilocal review for them to let them know how much I appreciate how they treat their customers.
