Five stars is given to the shift leader Joe. He was very nice when taken my order, unlike most papa Gino’s who’s employees give their customers major attitude. I made a mistake in placing my order and he was very understanding and nice about the situation.

I love this one. I ordered supper lastnight using the online feature. Funny thing is I was able to complete my order and choose the pay on receipt option. well received a call from Papagino’s that there wasn’t any delivery services for lastnight December 21, 2014 and that I could come and pick my order up… isn’t delivery the whole idea of not having to go out in the first place! This phone call from Papagino’s was made to me about 20 minutes after I completed my online order! No thank you! Told them cancel the order and I’ll order elsewhere… as I did.. Because after running g around all day taking care of last minute Christmas stuff that’s what I really wanted to do. go out and pick so. ething up. in that case I would have go out to eat at a area restaurant…

Couldn’t leave home without getting Papa Gino’s. While I prefer the local bar room Pizza, this pizza is REALLYREALLYGOOD. Growing up we loved coming here. I went in about 2, so I missed the lunch crowd, but the gals at the counter are super nice. I called in my order, I only waited a minute or two for it once I got there. SOOOOOGOOD. I will always eat here at least once when I got back home to Randolph.

Wow! I’m not sure who is managing this place now! But, I’m totally disgusted about when I dined here on Thursday night. I walked in here at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday night. I stopped in before grocery shopping for two slices of pizza and a soda. First, they had no slices. Are you kidding me? It’s 6:00PM! Prime dinner time. They told me I’d have to wait 7 minutes. I passed and decided on a small meatball sub. I paid my 8.50 + for a small sub and medium soda and moved over to the counter with two flies flying all over my head with a counter that was encrusted with sticky filth. Including spilled coffee, soda and crumbs. I was ready to just walk out the door. I was so turned off. The place was filthy. I counted 6 employees behind the counter as I turned to look at the actually seating area which had several booths with trays and uncleaned tables also! AND no one cleaning them. I proceeded then to get myself some napkins… which wouldn’t you know it… Was EMPTY. Now here’s the kicker. After waiting 5 minutes for my meatball sub… it came out toasted. Which by the way they never asked me if I wanted it toasted. Which I didn’t!!! It was burned to a crisp. It was absolutely disgusting. Needless to say. I will not be returning to Papa Gino’s in Randolph… EVER. This place has gone so downhill. I use to go here when Dawn worked there. it was awesome. This place is the pits!

Hosted a lunch for one of the teams from the Randolph Rec. youth girls basketball league. Rick, the manager, was very accommodating and helped make sure the lunch was cost affective and the girls didn’t have to wait around for lunch. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Papa Gino’s. The girls seemed to enjoy themselves which made it worth it.

This location is another with a unique look inside but nothing special. It’s clean and on the dark side. There is minor wear and tear but plenty of seating. I was served immediately at the counter. I ordered a lunch special and its supposed to be ready in 5 minutes. It took longer but I also ordered their delicious boneless buffalo chicken tenders. In about 8 minutes I had my food. Food was hot and tasty. Wish there was music but otherwise no complaint!

I love Papa Gino’s and I don’t care who knows. I have lived in NYC for 3 years. I have had NY pizza countless times. But I still get cravings for Papa Gino’s. The sauce is PERFECT. So sweet, so spicy, so tangy. Perfect, perfect, perfect. And I love the doughy flakes that gets all over your hands after eating a slice. The crust is just wonderful. With all that said, they are a little out of it here, sometimes. But they are friendly, so I will give them that. I’ve never had to wait a terribly long time, they just don’t always seem to know what they’re doing.

How can you not like Papa Ginos pizza? My wife and I moved to Holbrook recently and everytime we crave pizza, we’d order from this place. We usually order online or over the phone and every time, there are no issues. The«works’ is our favorite specialty pizza and their fries are pretty good too.

We like Papa Ginos pizza in general, but this location leaves a LOT to be desired. Slow service, idiots working the register, and mediocre pizza. The last time we were there, we asked for a large pizza with each side of the pizza made as a different«specialty» pizza. The idiot behind the register said they could do it but that he’d have to charge us for TWO full pizzas since he couldn’t do half specialty. Eventually, we got a shift manager to input the order correctly, but then it took 45 minutes to get the thing cooked! We’d already paid, though, so we waited, and waited, and waited. I think the lazy staff went on break just as we put in our order. We still get Papa Ginos occasionally, but we go to the store over in Stoughton. If you want pizza in this area of Randolph, try Bertucci’s down the street or even Rick’s Café or Joe’s(which is overpriced but yummy).

The food is good, but the wait is insanely long. Even if you call ahead you will still be waiting for your food after the time they told you it would be ready for pick up. Delivery takes over an hour each time I have ordered. I no longer bother going to this location unless I’m having an uncontrollable urge for their breadsticks, which happens hardly ever.
