Just for the service. Got to movie early and there was commercials playing in the screen but no audio I asked the manager and was advised that there no audio until 410 even if there was video. And then she proceeded to turn off video.

Tonight, the service at the snack stand on the middle level was pretty crappy. The employees were extremely slow, and did not care. We waited about 15 minutes to get our food, while a line built in front of the giant concession stand which was being manned by two people. Meanwhile, a gaggle of managers and shift supervisors were standing around the Lux Level lounge areas, leaning against every available surface and gabbing away. It was pretty ridiculous.
The sound in our movie theatre was extremely quiet and it definitely effected the overall experience of the movie. A real shame considering the ticket price.
It seems like this place is experiencing a serious lull in management quality right now.

Those new recliner look cheap they suck can’t even put the arm rest up probably never going back

This is a review for the lux only. Please offer more beer choices! You only have light beers or horrible domestics. Let’s see some IPAs at least.
Otherwise survive is exceptional great people work here.

We used to frequent this theater a lot, but not as much as we used to nowadays. Staff can be sometimes rude; not the theater’s fault, though. Popcorn is ok, but a bit too salty. Popcorn at AMC and Regal (even Cinemark) are better and ALWAYS fresh! And of course, candy is WAY too overpriced. Sound and picture quality are at all times good, but the pre-​showing is not-​so in high definition at all times. At least they put in recliner seats, but the problem is that they don’t recline all the way. Theater is ok, though, but will definitely be back ONLY on occasion. Would much rather go to AMC in Braintree or Regal in Taunton.

I’m not familiar with the other theaters in the area, but I’d venture to say this might be the best. The seats alone make it as they’re big, leather, and reclining. You cannot beat sitting in the lap of luxury while watching Leonardo DiCaprio eat raw animal flesh.

I have been coming here for years rotating between theaters in Braintree Dedham Sharon & Foxborough. My most recent visit I believe they had new seats and that was much needed. They also added a package deal with a drink and popcorn. The price is affordable as well at I believe 8 $ a person.

My husband and I saw the new Star Wars in Imax here and we did not have a good experience. The line at the concessions was ridiculously slow. I almost missed the beginning of the movie. The theatre was uncomfortably hot. I’m not hot natured and I was in a tshirt and was still sweating. Also, while the chairs are very comfortable, when anyone in the row behind you passes by they bump into your seat. We’ll stick with the AMC from now on.

12−12−15 review. There are 5 rows of assigned seating in the cinema I was in. 3 rows of general seating with the original seats Assigned seating rows are lit of floor lettered D-​H. Row D is the row that is handicap accessible. I was in a Lux Level cinema so if you take row H you will have the diners behind you. The renovations are not complete in all locations of the cinema but this a better choice than AMC Braintree due to the size of the movie screens and cinemas. When Braintree finished their renovations seating was reduced by 50 percent. Unsure of how many seats will be lost in Randolph due to renovations. For an IMAX film, I would still prefer Jordan’s in Reading. It is a true IMAX cinema.

When did this place start doing assigned seating with reclining chairs!?!
Love the new layout. It’s designed so that all you see is the screen in front of you. No heads popping out of the seats! The chairs are pretty darn comfy too.
In the odd chance that you’re craving fried onion rings… don’t do it. They were pretty terrible.

Lux is the best there is for Spectre 007, but the popcorn is in the salty side. I asked for no butter and it’s loaded with butter

Nice theater, I went to see Black mass. The cashier was nice and the place was a lot neater with better food quality and, variety than the theaters far west.

Good theater. You can move the arm rests and the seats are comfortable.

Problems
1. Movie started way late due to technical issues.

They have a stub as compensation.
This is a ridiculous place and I am not going to recommend this place to anyone.
Pro.

We saw «Avengers» in 3D. The movie was good and the seats were VERY comfortable. The picture quality and audio were also impressive.
I found the service at the concession area to be slow and several of the employees lacked basic customer service skills –like smiling!
There was some confusion and distraction around the start of the movie because many people seemed to be unaware of the assigned seat policy. Perhaps, when the ticket taker is ripping the tickets, he/​she could remind patrons to check the location of their seats???

The Lux Level thing is misleading. Yes IMAX but it is not the kind with comfy chairs, they don’t sell beer etc. sounds spoiled I know but I was mislead a bit so I thought I would warn others like me. Don’t assume!
Also the movie started late. This is clearly the bad theater

Stadium seating, the parking is plentiful. Lots of theaters and showtimes. $ 12 for an evening movie. Food is expensive, it’s the movies! Reasonably clean, even the bathrooms.

Nicest theater ive been to in a long time. Lots of time options as well as comfy seats. Prices are a bit high but thats expected at most theaters now. Comfy atmospher. Great movie night location.

Updated this place and it’s so nice and clean! love it! There’s imax theaters that have rocker type seating! My family loves coming here and there is plenty of parking!
(Say that twice!) There is Bargain Tuesdays in which tickets are $ 7.50! You can sign up for the rewards program and earn tickets and free concession food! Each time I came this visit all employees were friendly and cool!

— Watched Transformers Age of Extinction in 3D. Amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better view.
— Comfy seats! However, the seats are a bit old and some are broken.
CONS:
— Dark parking lot. Needs more lighting!
— Unhappy young teens working behind the ticket counter. Put a smile on your face girl! It’s not the end of the world and it’s much easier being a «kid» than an adult in the real world.
— The chairs need a makeover.
